Terrible experience with this company. We bought the product and shipping code was given to us, but the code doesn't work and when we call their only number we listen to the message over and over and doesn't give us an option to contact an assistant. Terrible feeling of not having solution to your issues.

I've bought recently Dormez bien pillow. It came to be exactly even beyond my expectations. I'm having since then absolutely relaxing nights with no neck or back issues. Simply this kind of pillows proved to be the best choice for healthy sleep especially when they are on sale.

Wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order with Home Store & More!! Was told my order was "shipped" last Monday but it hasn't even reached the couriers Fastway yet. Tried calling and the same experience as the other reviewer - the line went dead after listening to the same message 3 times. They have 120 and I have no product - not exactly what I call customer service. Don't know how I'm going to resolve this!

I read the reviews after purchasing from here, and was very wary, but I'm actually happy to report a great experience with customer service representative, Nichola. I received a shipment of several plastic boxes with lids very quickly, but two of the lids were damaged in transit. I sent an email to customer service detailing the damage, and they sent me a replacement lids with 48 hours. Unfortunately, the lids were a slightly different version than the one is initially ordered and didn't fit. Again I contacted Nichola at customer service, who promptly and kindly offered to replace the entire order.

Excellent store, staff are amazing,each and everyone of them are a pleasure to deal with.So helpful and efficient,a pleasure to shop here.
