Recently spent a week on the 3rd floor and the care from everyone was exceptional! From food delivery, housekeeping, aids, nurses and doctors, I was treated very well, by these professional friendly and caring individuals. I am grateful to the staff on the 3rd floor for helping me during my stay.
I am deeply grateful to Advanced Hyperbaric Recovery of Marin for helping my child to get his health back. My son was extremely sick with Lyme disease and multiple co-infections. Different antibiotics were used for a period of several years and gave us little success. We consulted with physicians at Advanced Hyperbaric Recovery of Marin.
I was here being treated for a kidney infection. I was absolutely miserable but I had really wonderful nurses and doctors taking care of me. Especially Terry, she went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed.
I don't think the patient, I'm sorry, customer service here has ever been worse. Try to get answers about bills, have my calls transferred several dozen times with no response. Go in for a drug screening for a job, HAVE to contact them before i can start, and get the same results. Must be nice seeing walking dollar signs and not patients. Pardon my language but this place is a god damn joke. Always has been, just has a "bigger" fancy title now.

The 4th floor Nurses were the Best. Took care my daughter and Grandbaby like a QUEEN AND PRINCE.
My father who was admitted with pneumonia had a nurse and CNA take away his blanket and turn down his thermostat on the med/surg floor because he had a fever . He spent all night unable to sleep because he was cold. This is abusive and not how you treat a fever. Horrible care! Supervisor was dismissive and said besides that he received good care . Zero stars.
This hospital is really top notch, provided excellent care to my baby and I. It is a beautiful facility with wonderful nurses and doctors. The facility is modern and clean. Everyone was nice there, from the greeters to the cafeteria workers.
Called from my place of work to check on something for one of my patients. Jake kept answering the main line phone and just kept sending me to a department that was closed even after I expressed that I needed to speak with someone urgently. I had to call 3 times, and on my third call and attempt to explain why I needed someone in the sleep lab, he raised his voice and told me to call back after 7pm....I told him that wasn't possible as our office closes at 5. He was very rude and very unhelpful. I finally had to TELL him to transfer me to another department to try to have my questions answered. This review made me select a "star", but in reality -- Zero stars for Jake in reception.
