🏢 My experience with this property management company was average. While they did handle the basic tasks of managing my condo property, I found their service to be lacking in certain areas. 🙇‍♀️

➕ On the positive side, their website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information I needed about their services. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiries and setting up a meeting. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional.👨‍💼👩‍💼

➖ However, I did have some issues with their communication. There were times when it took longer than expected for them to respond to my emails and phone calls, which was frustrating. Additionally, I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing regular updates and reports about the management of my property.📞📧

📍 Overall, while they did an adequate job, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and proactive management. If they can address these issues, I think they have the potential to be an excellent property management company.👍
