I had no issues. They was super nice. Got all my stuff n tag off.

If I could give no stars I would. I got hired on with them and was told I passed my MVR check, background, and drug screen and was put threw three weeks of training then got pulled into office and told I was no longer needed. But what s funny is my second day training there supervisor I was with SEAN CLINE put me in the driver seat of there truck while he was under the influence of alcohol. They kept him but let me go? And wouldn t give me a reason why. Management is horrible and leaked personal information about me that I was made aware by my attorney. A lawsuit is now coming underway and there clinics and other people are being made aware that they have drunks working and possibly damaging there stuff.

In person & phone customer service is great & usually call right back. Cannot give a 5 because on my visit a customer was there raising cane because she was missing personal items from her vehicle. Got my things, got home and wouldn't you know I was missing the 2 most expensive items that were in my vehicle. Gave me all my junk, trash , clothes even some small trinket jewelry. But flat iron & fishing rod &reel were missing! They said to fill out some paperwork. But really? It's my word against theirs. But I do know what was in my car.
My advice to Home Detective is there should be 2 people cleaning these vehicles out, it should either be recorded or have cameras on the personal items from clean out to storage as well while IN storage. It's already a bad situation, but having items taken makes it worse. Maybe this review will alert the right person(s).

Never had a car repo but as a transporter going to pick up a car to take to auction this is one of the best to pick up from. We experience a lot on the road and time is money for us and they seem to know that, thanks for always getting Country Boy Service LLC in and out.

They need to teach their repo people the laws. They have one more time to trespass and I'll send them to jail. Learn your laws. Castle doctrine!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!!!!
This is a family business that does not care about their employees, they only care about the money staying in their family. Majority of their employees are unhappy maybe due to the fact that they are underpaid and unappreciated. The previous restaurant server who married into the company is over pay roll and she feels as if she is "too good" to come into the office and meet her employees but yet dictate how much she feels as if they deserve. They have a manager in the office that holds a HR degree so why isn't she over payroll as she is over all other HR issues?? Securing money and keeping it in the family. I was offered another job and told Home Dectective, they were upset that I was not able to put in a 2 weeks notice but my other job did not give me enough time. They took it upon theirselves to cut $253 out my last check and try to justify it. This company will come crumbling down sooner or later

The wait was long and I was charged for 3 days parking because that's how far out their open appointments were. They also have no bathroom. However the employees were respectful.

Greensboro office a joke . No one in office for 30 min . Then couldn't find the 4 wheeler we where picking up . Then found it and had to have them move 3 cars to get to it . something that should have taken 30.min at most . Took almost to hours .

I wish I could give them NO STARS...worst company ever! They claim they couldn t get all of my items out of the car(The Trunk) the car was sent to the auction with my items still in it and the auction destroyed ALL OF MY STUFF! Keep in mind the car had a option to open the trunk from the inside in case of kidnap or access to the car battery smh just lazy on their part!

Rude slo and tried to add a $25 day fee but law is $15 hour!
