The 1st test kit (colon cancer screen)sent to me had a broken test stick. A new kit was sent to me. Without entering personal details, I can say that the process was clumsy, and could not possibly be reliable. I mailed it off hoping for the best. The kit also contained a sticker with a sample code number. The sheet read that to access results, to visit homeaccess.com. I was to set up a user name, password, and keep my sample code number to access results. The site showed no options to set up a new account. When I opted for the check results tab, the register today function was unresponsive. Then I read a note saying that test kit results were not available online. I will be contacting my insurance company, who strongly advocated for this
test to find a more suitable alternative. Reading other reviews, I see that I am not alone with being dissatisfied.
