TKD training for kids and adults. I've been with Marty for over 17 years. How new studio is large, clean, tons of light, high ceilings, parent waiting area with coffee.

Marty and his instructors are top notch! If you are looking to help your kids stay active or stay fit yourself, Holmgren's has a great balance of fun, fitness and serious martial arts. Marty has been instructing my son for 10 years. Marty is, without a doubt, the most influential teacher my son has ever had in any subject! He does not just teach physical skills but helps students understand discipline, etiquette, and is a incredibly positive role model. His teaching style is fun, and inventive so the kids really enjoy being there. I can't say enough positive things about the instructors at Holmgren's, just go and see for yourself.
