Hollywood Casino/Robinsonville,Ms Review

It was a very nice place to visit.The people were friendly and helpfull.

The location was very good, the rooms were very clean and nice. The service was pretty good considering how busy they all were.

By far the nastiest casino. Not too many people work the floors so if your machine is down you are stuck for a long while. Band is so loud you can't hear your machine and they suck. I could possibly put up with a loud band if they where good. If you are planning on winning a little, well don't. Did I mention NASTY!

Took us over an hour to get our players club, Staff was not happy to be at work, computers were down constantly, friend bit by spider in room. Could NOT report it because computers were down. Dirty room smelled like marijuana!! I won't stay here ever again!!

Could not win on anything in the whole casino the slots wouldn't go the bonus at all the Table games they don't have them open something has to change

The room is clean, but they don't tell you about the security deposite hold they put on your account before you book it. They only say the need a card on your account in case they need it once you are at the front desk. They don't even tell you at the front desk they will put an actual $50 hold on your account, so make sure you plan for that. You can slightly hear the speakers in the room from the casino also. Lady at the front desk was rude and very not customer friendly. She held a good attitude even if you call down for a quick question.

Great casino and decor. Also love the easy comps! Great place to gamble and stay!

Best and biggest projection screen in Tunica for big sporting events! Staff is very friendly, the bar food is awesome, and the overall atmosphere is very accommodating!

Had a great time first time there. Fantastic breakfast the cook was very nice

Food is top shelf , come eat get full but don't drink and drive.

Had a great time. We actually went mainly for the crab leg buffet. The buffet and staff were excellent. The price was very worth it.

I like the casino but i would like to get my name called in the drawings sometime and win some money....

Slot play was horrible. People from another State said they would never come back. They lost over a 1000 dollars. Could not get a bonus on the machines. If something doesn't change soon. A lot of us will quit coming. Need new management. Make it fun again!. You are causing great customers to leave and go elsewhere. So sad .

The lady at the hotel desk talked down to me. I was very offended by the tone of her voice. Within the 5 hours we were there 1 waitress come by one time to see if we needed a drink. The lady at the players club when I got there was very nice but overall my experience with the staff was definitely horrible

The rooms are great. The bed was comfortable and I rested extremely well. This seems to be the quieter of the casinos. They also have mini fridges in the rooms.

Tight machines it' s not like it used to be, i stayed going to hollywood because you could see your wins but now its not fun anymore

We have two free night at Hollywood Casino for playing at the casino and online.

Our stay was fine.We did leave a day early.I enjoy your poker room the staff is top notch.The reason we left early was due to the inability to get a game going.We would book a stay more often if a poker game was more accessible as my wife likes to play slots while I play poker. The hotel and casino employees are all wonderful. Every single one of them smiles and greats you throughout your stay. The rooms are comfortable and have the most wonderful memory foam mattresses you could ever imagine. Only complaint is the choices in tv channels for the guestrooms. The casino area is large and offers a large variety of games for everyone. The slots are a bit on the tightside. I also love that you can help yourself to drinks and don't have to wait. Overall a great getaway.

I stay here for RV Park. Buffet great food great prices. For same play across street at Sam's Town I get comp buffets, hotel rooms and slot play. Good staff. Deli/Grill pricey. Not as smokey as nearby casinos.

The casino is still my go to when in Tunica, but the buffet here was pretty terrible and expensive the last time we went. You expect the casino buffet to be outstanding and it's just not what it once was.

Rude employees at grill. Flat out ignored me at order register, kept wiping tables and looking at me. Came back behind counter and went to the back. Customers who were eating were appalled.

Didn't.win everyone looked depressed only good thing about it is as long as you sit at.a.machine and play you get free drinks.lol

Hollywood was awesome. The prime rib and seafood buffet can't be beat!
