They don't acknowledge the the first time disable visitors.

This place sucks all the way around, its old and ran down, rooms are old, as well as the casino. the most interesting part of the casino is all the different displays. Slots suck big time, they will just take your money and the band sucked as well. We went to the other casinos, Goldstrike... etc, much better, people had fun there unlike the Hollywood, people looked bored and pissed. Fun factor 0

Clean rooms and property. Most employees and pit bosses and managers are rude and not customer friendly at all. Worst buffet I ever been two. Got compet two times and both times it was SUPER bad. This is like the projects casino low class customers and employees.

I didn't do anything but loose money on my last trip to Hollywood Casino Tunica. I thought gaming (slots) was supposed to be fun!

Our first and only time here and we loved it. The games cashed out well. The bed was AMAZING... Like a giant hug. Room was big. Decor was art deco and the memorabilia was neat. For the price you'd think it would be dumpy but it wasn't. Definitely worth the price. AND it had a fridge, which other resorts I went to didn't have one without charging you just for opening it. We like to travel and often have leftovers that need a fridge. Even without that, you can't beat the price. And did I mention that bed was amazing?!

Staff was friendly and the gaming was good. Went to a special event and I was disappointed in the actual event as well as hotel staff's management of it.

I love the food I love the combination slots are not real tight I always have a great time when I'm there

The slots are good variety and play. The cashier and floor staff were very nice. Food is good. Hotel connected to casino, we like that. My favorite casino in Tunica. They also have a pool if you bring some kids.

This place was absolutely lovely. I just wanted to get away for a few days. Wished they had the pool, gym, and buffet open but COVID shut it down. Very nice and laid back. Definitely the best casino for me in Tunica. Cause I am laid back and cool breezing haha. The rooms are amazing and nice staff. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back once they open it all back up.

Booked room for a 2 night stay... they charged us for the first night which was just fine...once we get there they tell us that our card got declined for the first night...in fact it did not...then they proceed to say they we owe a $50 deposit and a $7.50 charge per person for using the facility...not a problem but when we called to make these reservations none of the hidden charges was mentioned to us...if your going to throw charges in it would be smart to let the public know this up front not at the time of check in!! Once we got that settled we headed to our room...the hallway smells so horrible and smelled like sewer thank goodness the rooms did not smell like that...rooms are very nice but the ac did not work and we called for a fan and of course they did not have one and did not offer to move us so needless to say we are very disappointed and to top it off this was our honeymoon getaway!!

Love this casino. Some of the best staff. They have been getting rid of staff and I'm not very happy about it. This place used to be the top of the line. Seems like it may be going down hill but I know they will make your experience great they are one of a kind. Best casino ever!

Everyone was very nice and they are taking social distancing very serious. They'll even provide a mask if you want one. Most importantly their machines seemed like they paid better than the other casinos in the area.

Also go for the drawing. Never won, however last two weeks always same three names I hear. . Makes you think they know someone there are family members.

The rooms are nice and the staff was nice will be staying here again.

Loved all the exhibits and memorbilia. This place told alot of stories and preserved some history. The people were calm, relaxed. The staff was friendly. The slots were fun and the bartender was awesome.

We only went to the casino so I will be reviewing that: Very fun casino and great staff working there. We got $10 in slots for signing up for the reward so program with an email. I sat at the blackjack table and everyone was friendly. You could tell many were local. Loved that it was a $5 table too. They also have an amazing little diner that we enjoyed once we finally got hungry enough. Free drinks while you gamble as well... fun stop on our trip.

The rooms are dated but ok. No smoking but yet smelled of smoke. Slots and tables were absolutely awful. Couldn't even win a little on nickel or penny slots...$200.00 wasted.

Went there for my birthday, told Miss Joanne and she had a cake and bottle of Champagne waiting for us in our room..The food and service at Fairbanks restaurant is the best ever,thank you Miss Sheala for a perfect dining experience. Rooms are clean and everyone is very friendly.

The gambling was fine but the cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Have us a headache.

I love Hollywood Casino I just enjoy going when you need help I got a problem staff is always available prompt when you go to customer service counter for girls are wonderful and friendly thank you keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service experience. I arrived to this hotel very early about 5am with the understanding that I would not be able to check in this early but also was prepared
to pay for the extra night if need be so I could get into a room asap and not have to wait until noon or so to check in. The front desk lady said there was no way to check in early but
if I gave her a tip she would let me in early. I had been on the road
for hours and just wanted to get some sleep. I gave the lady 30 dollars cash and she let me check in early. I have no problem with people hustling their way for a few extra dollars but
my
point is that i m a guest at this hotel, clearly
she had the ability to check me in early. Just felt a little
dirty. I checked out the next night and went to the horseshoe

They sure don't let you win anything, not even enough to play for any length of time, take your money right off !!!

Love the decor, the rooms, amd the atmosphere. Oh, and the massage place they put in is amazing.

This casino sent me some sorry coupons, things really have changed since Resorts closed and not for the better. Bailey's should have kept its name too. It's hardly worth the gas to go to Mississippi now.

Overall great environment and a bunch of friendly people

The table games were not as good as I remembered. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

It was HORRIBLE! No machines. Most machines were out of order.

Nice RV park with security 24/7 an plenty of night lights. We always feel safe when we stay here.

I love the movie atmosphere. The personnel and staff are wonderful. If you have any problems they take care of it right then or lead you to the people who can.

The slots are terrible and the people are stupid. I have made probably 4 or 5 trips here and the experience has been rotten. Trying to break even is like pulling teeth and passing a kidney stone. Plus, the idiots here have no sense of values in their jobs. The Mississippi Gaming Commission should be doing an audit on every slot in this facility. Add to the fact that Columbus Ohio saw my mean streak when they pulled the same thing. A malfunctioned machine was the end result.

A really nice casino with some captivating Hollywood history, but the slots were very tight.

I love the snack bar and the food taste better than the restaurant food. I wish the slot machines would pay consistently.
