Good atmosphere. Never win here. Hotel is too expensive.

Very spacious for handicap accesability, awesome architectural designed, and fun slot machines!

Machines not giving any money or spins we were disappointed this evening

In my opinion this is the best casino in the tri state. Love the staff. Great food. So much better than Jack.

Visited on a Slow week night. Still enjoyed myself. My room was very nice for the money.

As a former fan of Hollywood, I can't help but think that after reopening post covid, the slot machines are rigged. I used to see hand pay jackpots a few times a day, now I am lucky to see them once a month. In addition, I have seen where bonus frequency and totals paid during bonuses have dropped in half or lower. Its interesting that the other three casinos in the area don't seem to have reduced their payouts.

The floor layout is in a circular pattern. Makes it very easy to lose your sense of direction. And the are not enough table games to accommodate the large crowds on a weekend.

Went to Final cut restaurant. Great food and great service. The casino was clean and plenty of workers around to help you if needed

Buffet was pricy and not all that good. Would not recommend.

This is a casino hotel resort about 20 miles from Cincinnati situated in the adjoining state of Indiana. There are four floors of hotel rooms with an adjoining 3 storey casino complex. The Casino complex includes several restaurants, bars, and a substantial gaming floor area. The majority of table games are played along with literally 100's of gaming machines. This resort is also part of a group which also operates Tropicana and M Resort in Las Vegas.

Much improved since they are now under a new company. 5.00 buffet was good!!!! Actually came out about 5.00 ahead.

It was ok as far as the food. My date got sick from the food. The prime rib to be exact. It was not done. The crab legs and shrimp was good. The service is good but once food poisoning come into play. I can't go back. Just dont eat the raw meat make sure it's well done and a good clean prep station is the most important.

Casino 4 hotel 1 had a great time, but hotel had very weak amenities for the price. you get a room for break time and refresh. all it has is vending machines bed, bath, and (spotty, weak) wifi. won't be utilizing the hotel option in future.

I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. Myself and 8 friends went there to celebrate our Birthdays. We were drinking, gambling , and having a wonderful time. We bothered no one and did absolutely nothing wrong and was asked to leave because one of the birthday girls apparently they thought had too much to drink. We were escorted out and I was utterly humiliated. This all happens while they have a bum getting in line with people ordering drinks that he can't pay for but not a word was said to him. Well all I can say is they lost 8 people that will never spend as much as 1 penny there again.

It gave me something to do. But I didn't get to much amusement from it. I wouldn't go as often.

Epic Buffet The food is great! My waitress was even greater on the eyes. Wink wink.

I like casinos..they don't send me any free rooms or promos..don't have alot of money and my luck isn't very good when it comes to gambling so don't go too much

Had a great burger at the bar connected to the sports book, then a fun time at Boogie Nights club. Can't say much for gaming, since that's not really my thing.

Attendants weren't very visible when a problem occurred. Need more housekeeping because more people to staff. Otherwise, not too bad yesterday

Very nice and clean place as far as appearance goes. Good gaming selection but the table games are a bit pricey for my taste. $15 per bet was the cheapest I saw. Has a few nice restaurants and a decent hotel as well. Ample parking. Pretty nice staff as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We found a MOUSE in our room and they refused to give me my money back. Hotel rooms are dirty. Would give 0 stars but not an option.

Stayed in New tower rooms. Liked this hotel and casino. People were great and was nice and centralized to everything.

It was so fun and we lost all our money but it was worth it .

They have Sportsbook... And VIP lounge!!!

I enjoyed myself, My sister and I had a spur of the moment trip in the area. We were able to enjoy the use of a hotel room. The hotel was very accommodating and it was a wonderful experience. I will be back to enjoy my complimentary hotel stay if not in Indiana then definitely at the Tropicana in Vegas. Thank you so much Hollywood

never had an issue at this establishment. but they're always more than willing to help me empty my wallet. with that said, I always have a great time and the dealers are always nice. free bets and complimentary stay in the mail every month can't beat it. if you were closer to me I would visit more often.

Disappointed! May be because I didn t have a players card at the time booking...like being on the hit list. Rude at the reception desk, first come first serve is their motto, even if you have a guaranteed reservation booked through the hotel. Asked for 2 joining or adjacent rooms for our fun family getaway, even called in to confirm late arrival and verify we could be close together and was told it would not be a problem. We checked in late and the rooms they had for us were on opposite ends of hotel. Refused to spend a dime in the casino after that. Whole different level of service if you have a card, and you valet! Had to park on the street a block away because garage says valet only! They have a limited number of spaces to park in front. My advice, book after you get a players card, get there early, and leave early because they don t do late check outs. Only thing good was the Final Cut Restaurant. The very best service, and very accommodating. Perfect meal! Will stay at Doubletree from now on.

They had a $5 buffet special for seniors today but only had one person taking your money and the line was about an hour long was not worth it to me to wait that long. They have been doing this for a while now should have had more employees working.

Went for the all you can eat crab legs. It was a great experience! Amazingly fresh crab legs!

Final Cut Steakhouse was excellent in food and service. I really liked the shuttle bus service back and forth to the show. They even had a text message link to request your car, very innovative! They had lots of table games in the casino staffed with real people and that's what I like to see. The casino is nice better than most of the casino's in Indiana.

The reason I gave them 3 stars is the room in the hotel could have used some more love and care when it came to cleaning. Also I did not like the fact that there was no Refrigerator in the room and it lacked amenities. Also no breakfast included...paid $200 a night the weekend of the show then had to buy all my meals on top of that. Only one restaurant opened at 8:00am. The buffet opened to late and closed to early. Coming back from the show not many choices. Ended up eating pizza in the casino...not my first choice. The bar in the casino was pretty average. Not a great selection of whiskey or bourbon either in the casino.

All and all a decent place Just needs some icing on the cake a little more investment in the bar hotel and it could rival Vegas

Great place to go for seafood on Friday night; pricey.

It was very clean.
The hot water was Luke warm,could take hot bath.
I would have liked a mini fridge in the room.
We had food leftovers no where to keep them so we had to throw away.

You get what you expect. It s a casino. I haven t visited their buffet nor hotel. Our first time here, our first time ever in a casino. My woman won 8k! The jackpot on a penny slot!

Pretty tight slots. At least they are open after Covid, but no payouts all night was a bummer...

I cannot use enough adjectives to describe our stay at this hotel! Excellent, superior, relaxed...

Always liked coming to this Casino since it was called the Argosy. Every time I go here they are improving on something. Usually some kind of updating going on around the place.

Since covid-19 it is not a nice place to visit... only three spots per table... no plexiglass dividers... cannot have a drink of any kind while playing at a table... no poker... I could go on and on... not a fun place right now

It'd be better if they would put a refrigerator in every room and access to a microwave should be standard in any hotel

They say winners every so often not true only the people that spend thousands get the prizes

I've been playing poker games all my life and I have never seen loses at blackjack tables like I just did over the last three weeks. Statically player should win 49% of the time. At there tables it's more like 10% of the time.

The buffet was good. Fantastic deal for over 50 5 dollar buffet. Can't beat it, best deal in town!

I go there each time I am in town .good clean place, hotel is nice .Less crowded then other places. I will certainly will visit again and again.

Slot machines are tight, some new games, a decent crowd on Friday, some good bands on the weekends
