Very nice and calm place to stay and relax. Close to the center of hereford and their is a convinient parking and nice break fast in the morning. Homekeepers are polite and very nice People. If i am coming in hereford this is the place i would stay for sure.

We stayed in The Loft apartment, basically a self-contained small flat which was nicely presented and had everything one would need - washer, iron, microwave, fridge, television and very comfortable firm bed. The host, Sandra, was very welcoming and found time to show us around her other bedrooms available in the main house. Beautiful rooms and very clean. Convenient for station and centre of town. Definitely would use again. Thanks Sandra.

A fantastic B&B only a gentle 10 minute walk from the centre of Hereford. The breakfast is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities.

Albeit I came late to check in, the service at this B&B was horrific. I immediately felt unwelcomed by the hostess. Everytime she spoke to me she seemed like she didnt want to be there. Other than that, the rooms were fine, but I would never even consider staying here again. There are much better places.

We stopped at holly house for7 weeks on a monday to friday basis. The property is in a very desirable area and in itsekf is beautiful ,well kept and very handy for the city centre and all that has to offer. Sandra the owner is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable, also the breakfasts are superb. I would definately recommend holly house and to add that, without question would stay here again. Thank you sandra for looking after us.

Worst hospitality I have seen, I arrived to check in at 8pm and the drunk owner refused entry even tho she was inside. Worst hotel expirence in my life and would not recommended staying here.

My husband & I stayed here for a long weekend at the beginning of November 2019. We were made very welcome when we arrived & our room was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was very good ,cooked fresh so was nice & hot. Nothing was too much trouble & we would definitely stay here again, our thanks to Sandra for making us so welcome ,we will definitely be back & we would recommend anyone to stay there.

5 mins walk from town centre staff were fantastic and room was clean and very nice great nights sleep live the quirkyness of the whole place and the breakfast is 10 out of 10 would highly recommend for a night or a week very pleased with whole experience and will certainly be coming back thanks everyone for a long over due night away from kids

Great location, walking distance to main high street.

Dawn (owner) and Nikki (manager) made us feel welcome from walking in the door.

We were with a wedding on the weekend and they couldn t make us feel more at home and special.

The rooms are decorated to the highest standard and apartments first class everything you need.

Grounds are stunning with a beautiful private patio overlooking a fabulous garden.

Horrible experience. Made to feel completely unwelcome. The owner Sandra was incredibly rude and when we thanked her for letting us in so late (after leaving numerous voicemails and texts as she refused answer both phones and the door after knocking and waiting in the rain for ages, so I walked around the house and tapped on a window that looked like someone was in it, turned out to be her window) she took it as a sarky comment and had a go at us, telling my husband "don't be smart with me".
Due to unforeseen circumstances earlier in the day (elderly relatives, zero reception, no taxis available) we were unable to tell her we will be running late. I called her as soon as I got reception. It was around half 8, half hour after the stated check in time. No concessions were made. The next morning we heard her talking about us as inconsiderate guests to other guests right outside our room. In fact, after we got in to our room, we heard 2 more lots of guests knocking as well. They received without all the rudeness we experienced.
The guy who works there, we spoke to him the next morning, he was very lovely and we thank him for listening to us and being so understanding.
I think if you run a guesthouse and guests are your business you either answer your phone out of hours or text us instructions about leaving a key or a lock box. This could all have been easily avoided if our calls, voicemails, texts and knocking was answered immediately.

Beautifully presented house, wonderful owner, lovely room. Superb full English breakfast. Best B&B we have ever stayed in.

The woman with the short hair who I dealt with on my stay was a LUNATIC .. Rude, confrontational and just a bit mad .. At breakfast she actually slammed my plate down on the table in front of me, walked to the next room and shouted "rude!" so I could hear ?? .. Just a bit mad and very unprofessional.. Get a hotel in the city centre instead
