I'm very disappointed with them. This is the second time in a month that my online order has been overlooked. The first time, I received it very late after calling them and being told the driver left it at the store, but they would get it right out to me. I have a feeling it was overlooked, and they cooked it after I called. It was hot, and they did refund one order of wings, but one salad was not made as I ordered. Today, I placed the order online and was given an ETA of one hour. At an hour and 20 minutes, I called for a status on the order and was told it was on the way. Thirty minutes later, I called them again because I still didn't have my order. After being put on hold for several minutes, I was told the order had been overlooked. They said they could make it (and 30 minutes before it would arrive) or they could refund my money. I took the refund. Two things bothered me about today's issue: first, I was also ordering for someone else so they didn't get their lunch and I felt bad for them. Second, I HATE being lied to about anything. Tell me you made a mistake and will correct it don't lie to me. Another bridge burned. I don t know if I will ever eat at Holiday s again.

Food is delicious, staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable.. Only complaint I had from recent visit is that they only had 1 server so it was a tight time frame for a lunch break.

Food was really good. Service was slowish for the amount of people. Would visit again.

Their food is usually on point. Tonight not so much... I've had just about every crust they make. Pan, tossed, deep dish, Detroit style, New York style, but tonight was the first time I've ever had crouton crust. Hell, if you cooked it any longer it would've been cremated and had a eulogy read about it. You sure know how to take the pep out of pepperoni...

Just had pizza delivered- our first time ordering from here. I like to try to support small versus dominos,
Pizza Hut, or big chain places.
Sadly, though, I m not impressed. The pizzas weren t warm, and the $1 extra I paid for EXTRA pepperonis is a joke. There s literally 10 MINI pepperonis on the entire thing. The wings had zero sauce on them for being Buffalo Wings I had to add my own buffalo sauce to even flavor them. The pizzas looked like a frozen pizza or school cafeteria pizzas. I don t eat pizza so I don t know first hand how it tastes, but my kids did eat it and said it was okay.
So I left the 2 stars for that alone.
I don t think we will be ordering again.

Dinner the owner didn't think my one star rating was helpful. Here's my review. On my first visit in many years after bad service, poor quality food and them accepting stolen checks that didn't even have the correct number of digits for the false info provided, I was over again far from satisfied with the quality of their food. The pizza was terrible. Both the sauce and the sausage were gross and the crust was doughy. When eating pizza ordered by others that was delivered, the sauce has always been terrible, the food has often been cold upon delivery and many times messy as of it had been jostled around.

Usually good but tonight's take out terrible. I would not reccomend the 6 square sicilian style pizza ...it was bread w cheese very little topping as we ordered bbq. My husbands wings were suppose to be teriyaki they were plain no nothing!!!! Our greek salads were lack their of nothing chopped

Was the first time in there . Looking for a welders cart . Bought a better one across the street at Lowes , Craftsman 5 drawer that locks all drawers !

Always excellent. Have been going there for since they opened 30 or so years ago. Amazing pizza and remarkable food, and the owners are some of the best people on earth. I will always recommend them when people ask about good places to eat in Statesboro.

Just not the same delicious food it used to be! Used to be the best pizza in Statesboro; last visit, the dough was not fully cooked and I had to literally bake it off at home. Another time, there was no sauce or the sauce lacked flavor. So disappointing! Last night, my daughter wanted fettuccine Alfredo; it was almost not edible! Tasted like they left out the cheese & cream; had LOTS of herbs, and lacked salt. It was just wrong. PLEASE bring back the old recipes!
