We've used Holland flooring twice now and they have the best customer service of any vendor we use. Tom, Patrick and Roger are professional, personable and worked with our budget to get what we wanted. They were very communicative and met all our dates for measuring, installation and material delivery. I rarely give people 5-stars because there is always room for improvement but Holland Flooring has the best customer service which is ultimately what I look for. They hit the bullseye!

I have purchased flooring from Holland Floor Covering for many years. Tony usually is my sales representative;however, I have also worked with Tom and Roger(owner).They are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.They due their best to provide excellent service without applying pressure to buy.
I recently had a stairway, hall, and two bedrooms carpeted. I am a perfectionist and dread having workman at the house. Tom and Ivan were the installers. They arrived on time,were extremely friendly, and did a perfect installation. I could not find a scratch or blemish on the walls or woodwork.Unbelievable!!!! They cleaned up all the scrapes and even vacuumed the entire area. On a scale of 1-10, I would have to rate them 100. Thank you Holland Floors and Tom and Ivan.

Holland Floors installed new carpet in our home and less than two years later it s completely disintegrating in different spots. When my wife called Holland they told us the carpet must be very cheap and basically told us to go pound sand. Why would Holland install a cheap unstable product? Completely disgusted with their customer service and lack of integrity.

The carpet itself is great, but do not listen to them if they say they will screw down "a few places" if your floor squeaks. My wife wanted to replace our carpets, and I made it extremely clear that the main reason I agreed to replace the carpets was to get rid of some of the floor squeaks while the carpets were removed. Tony told me they would fix a few places, but if it is extremely bad, it is a different service. He told me to mark the spots that squeaked and they would be screwed down, but there is no guarantee on it.. My wife went over the squeaks with the installers when they came.. I am not convinced that they did any screwing down at all. There is not a single problem area that stopped squeaking. So we bought $8500 worth of carpet and have about 10 spots in high traffic areas that continue to squeak just as bad as they did before I bought the carpet.

Additionally, when the installation date came, they realized that they cut one of the carpets wrong for our 14x24 family room.. They brought over a generic carpet for the room while a new carpet came in. They did a decent job mitigating the error, but it was annoying to have to put everything back in the room and then take it out again 3 weeks later when the replacement came.

I have to say, I don't leave many reviews, but I know that I look for them so I thought I should help everyone else out there... Holland did very well by us. From the start, they were very helpful, and patient, as we tried to figure out what kind of wood flooring we wanted. They gave us advice, allowed us to take many samples home, and gave us the time we needed.
Tony was a great sales person, not really pushing us, just trying to guide us and give us the information we needed to make decisions. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, including some of the challenges we faced with uneven subfloor. They had their installers go out to see what they could do to level it, gave us realistic expectations as to what they could do, and ultimately carried it out.
And the installers were great. We had our entire first floor done, which of course means a lot of emptying/ moving out of stuff. They kept things clean, worked quickly, but also took the time to make sure it was right. When they were working on the area that needed leveling, they made sure to check with us before moving to the next step. We asked them to do more, and it was clear that the installer held customer satisfaction as high as the sales person, and so he spent more time on the task and did it to our satisfaction.

We now have a beautiful floor, the house looks the way it was meant to be.

Holland Floor Covering installed hardwood flooring in our home. They did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with all aspects of the work. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Everyone else we worked with at Holland were helpful and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Edson and his team of installers were great. They did a great job and treated our home as if it were their home. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called and spoke with Tom Burns. I originally called because my wife wanted to carpet our basement 6 days before Christmas. Tom was able to provide me with the carpet selection I needed, have the basement measured and a signed agreement within less than 24hrs. The carpet is going to be installed on Christmas Eve and just in time for our family Christmas. THANK YOU Tom and Thank you to Holland Floor Covering.

Just had a great experience with Holland Floor Covering. Needed to have some floor boards repaired, some scuff marks addressed. I first dealt with the customer service manager Mike who came out for the estimate who gave me his thoughts on the repair. Then today the installer Julian came out to do the work. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When we are ready to replace flooring throughout our home, we certainly will contact them first.

The girl who helped me was so great. She got me the best price possible and the exact flooring I needed for my kitchen. Sarah really gives every customer her undivided attention and truly cares about the outcome. Definitely take your time to check out their showroom. The tile section is Amazing!!!

I have spent some time researching flooring and when I started visiting local showrooms, I knew I found the right one for me. My experience with Holland Floor was unique starting with my sales rep. Tom was listening to me and asked questions regarding what I was looking for specifically. Tom understood that my family and I spend a lot of time together and that we actually still play board games on the floor, in front of our fireplace. Tom determined that comfort was as important as quality and also brought up additional points like the value of resale of my home. I never would have thought of that. So I knew that my needs were being considered and I was not just another sale.

The delivery day went smoothly and the installers were on time, clean, professional, and did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up after themselves! They knew I needed to get back to work so they worked diligently to get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality!

Overall I highly recommend Holland Floor for those looking for Service, Value, Quality, and consideration of time.

Great variety of flooring. Roger and his team know their stuff!!

Holland recently installed hardwood in our study. This was one of 5 rooms in our home that they have installed hardwood as well as two carpet installs and one master bathroom tile install. There work has been excellent. Any minor issues discovered after the work were quickly resolved completely to our satisfaction. They are great to deal with and bring great suggestions to the process. Our home is so much nicer do to their contribution. I highly recommend them !!!!

I was very pleased with the service and I love my carpet.. I have dealt with the company for over 10 years. I keep going back..The company is very caring to meet your needs and concerns..They go out of there way to please you..would recommend highly..Roger is one of the best business men..

First person I dealt with asked me my occupation within 10 seconds of talking to him. I was offended by his paternalistic behavior. Second person became upset when asked about price matching and other reasonable questions. Found better prices by far online.

Holland Floor Covering has been great in our experience. Everything they have done so far (hardwood flooring, carpeting, tile, and backsplash) have been top notch. What keeps us coming back is the service. We always deal with Tom Burns and it is truly a pleasure doing business with him. He s helpful and honest without being the least bit pushy. The installers are amazing. They do a great job, are always willing to answer questions and make reasonable changes on the fly, and they have always been genuinely nice. Yes, you will pay a bit more at Holland, but I believe you get what you pay for. Everything they do comes out great and they are always easy to deal with. Worth the extra money in my opinion. Go see Tom, you ll be glad you did.
