A good hotel for families. Great location and prices.
Lovely hotel, everything there. Saff very friendly. Would definitely stay again
Hygiene a true disaster mold. Beds of water in the room that are sagging ... never again
I have never met such friendly and accommodating staff in any other hotel. They really make one feel at home.
Great staff. Good location for everything London. Good local restaurants and easy to get to the centre. For London it's reasonably priced too.
The AC worked very well, everyone was professional, decent hotel.
Room was ok, breakfast as expected staff friendly. Close to tube line too. Only downside is area is a bit rough.
Very pleasant experience staff were lovely and accommodating
Nice hotel near Camden and tube station, cinemas and other amenities.
Great hotel but the rooms facing finchley road are on the noisy side. Breakfast is not amazing but does the trick. Staff is super friendly and the location is simply excellent
Handy for the tube and just like you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express
Enjoyed the weekend stay on my way back for another few days today
Clean, comfortable and strategic location (in front mall)
I put as many stars as there are stars in this hotel. Very friendly staff and the presence of three Italians at the reception makes you feel almost at home. The rooms need updating but it is one of the few hotels with family rooms that can accommodate up to four people. Excellent breakfast although over time I have seen it slightly lower (I often come here since 2002). If they modernized at least the bathrooms would be perfect. Another gem, hard to find in hotels, is the presence of liquid soap and not the usual soap. Both the liquid soap and the bubble bath are branded "where" and therefore of good quality.
great transport links, 3 minutes to the next subway, friendly staff, clean, speed of response to requests and wishes still has potential
Great hotel. Staff were excellent! Excellently priced Breakfast was awesome. Best of all Finchley station right across street.
Nice evening with family, room was fine , but very dirty and mouldy windows, area is ok as you can go shopping late at night, parking behind the hotel is great, nice staff, breakfast provided
Clean room, nice shower, friendly staff, and great breakfast
Functional and fit for purpose. Helpful front desk team.
I did not enjoy my stay here. The facilities and location are good enough. However, my bed was very uncomfortable, the breakfasts unappetizing and the staff cold and dismissive
Noise from the street, moldy carpets, no closets in the rooms
Very nice the man mihai nita weal done for this hote 5 star
Hey people best one l stayed in...staff are so professional...and look after you...rooms are very clean..beds so comfortable Amazing pillows....will definitely stay again..thanks to Barbara Bertalan for looking after me as l missed breakfast. Made me a perfect coffee..
Great hotel room breakfast and friendliness no milk supplied and train noise but near to tube and lots of restaurant s
Staff very friendly and helpful. At any time again.
Excellent hotel, excellent location on Finchley Street, 2 minutes from the central underground station. Very clean, courteous and courteous staff who gave an excellent response to every question. Traditional English-style breakfast, including scrambled eggs, beans and sausage sauce for those who like. From our experience, if you have 2 adults and 2 children, it is better to take 2 rooms rather than 1 (a fold-away bed that does not fit into sleep ...). recommended!
A nice hotel ideally located a 5 minute walk north of Finchley road tube station. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and offers continental and a small selection of hot food: sausage, beans, scrambled eggs. Ideally located for Wembley stadium /Arena. Good value for money.
Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. Location in zone 2, 100 meters underground, very affordable. Excellent rating.
Well situated location. Friendly personnel. Breakfast ok, no vegetables. Clean rooms. Not much space in the room. Open wardrobe :( that i did not like. For two pax closet space is insufficient.
Always stop here when I'm in London, just next to Finchley tube
Very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast.
Courteous staff, clean and quiet .. only a very slow internet connection
Functional hotel. Close to Finchley Road tube (not Swiss Cottage). 4 parking spaces, so book if you want one. Rooms are small. Restaurants and shops opposite. Great choice when you want somewhere cheap close to town and with easy access to the M1. Breakfast buffet included so good value.
Room was dirty and smells terrible. They forgot about my breakfast. Bathroom smells like pee.
Friendly staff and attentive. Very convenient when coming from Luton airport by shuttle. Good breakfast. Metro in front. I recommend this property.
Great Hotel, near the metro. Double bed was good, the sofa bed unfortunately sagged. Nicely clean. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. And WiFi well arranged.
The beds that the Holiday Inn Express are lovely and comfortable. it's in a very convenient location ...the bus stops just outside the door and the tube station less than a 5 minute walk away
I have stayed here before and been pleased however on my last visit I was told on arrival that I could not go to my room as there was maintenance work which I assumed to be a repair. When I went to my room at 11.30pm that night I soon realised it had been at least partly painted that day as there were strong paint fumes. There was also a dust sheet of some kind over the bottom sheet on the bed. There was no fan in the room although the hotel assumed there was and that this would have helped the paint fumes as they had also left the window open.
I complained the next morning and was told that they were aware of the painting and I was given points less than half the value of the number required for a one night stay in compensation.
Hotel in a great location opposite Finchley Road tube, also very helpful and kind Italian hotel staff. Clean room, the sofa bed is very large, so is the bathroom. Good breakfast. In short, when I return to London I will already know which hotel to choose !!!
The stay at the hotel was uncomfortable unpleasant and an unhappy experience.
The rooms air conditioner was not working . The staff did nothing about it other than arguing with me,trying to convince me about the air conditioning to be okay.
The staff is impolite , casual and inhospitable.
Great service, room and location. Will definitely book again in future and highly recommend for short stays.
Great location, in the city center, cinema opposite part of a shopping center with brand shops, sansburry supermarket, restaurant Nandos among others
It is very very big chain of Hotal. Holiday Inn can be located in the all most all corners in the city of London. But the situation of this Inn is right under the main high way A4 in Brentford city of London. This is right on side of Kew Road where everyone can reach without any difficulty..Brentford station is also nearby. Cleanliness and free internet facility are the main attractions here. Rooms are quite big in sizes. Customers feel this Inn as their home away from Home. This can be termed as Most recommended Inn.
Very clean, friendly staff, very helpful and good location. With the 'u-bahn' to the center
Great hotel!
Tube (metro) station is 4 min walk, there is a great shopping center across, and the street is one of the main ones there.
Also the breakfast is really good!
Room size was great. Bed was huge for1 person and heating worked well. Plenty of room for bag, but could be an issue with multiple bags. Bathroom great size and shower good pressure. Little to no noise from adjacent rooms or hallway. Included breakfast was a bit dull and uninspiring, but ok to get started for the day. Very closely located to shops, restaurants & tube station (note: only stair access at station, no lifts). Bus stops right out the front of entrance. 20 min tube ride to Paddington or Kings Cross stations - very handy for day trips.
Clean, comfortable, price ok for London. Very handy for Lords cricket ground.
Hello stay from August 2 to August 26, 2016 Room 307 beautiful stay in London, this hotel is very pleasant super location (close to metro stop finchley road) many buses close to, as well as many restaurants for all budgets and for all tastes . Very friendly staff always caring for us, plus there is one person who makes the effort to speak French. We fly a room on the parking lot so very quiet, very clean and actually what is said about the bed for the family room sofa bed not comfortable at all. Small plus very nice the opportunity to leave your luggage for free on the way back and especially very close to the station ST PANCRAS 3 metro stops it seems to me. I recommend this hotel excellent value for money with the breakfast very very rich
Small, busy but efficient branch in noisy but convenient location
There are two things that work in it's favor: it's people and location. Otherwise, this property needs modernization, sounds proofing for it's windows and new carpets.
Friendly staff. Decent enough breakfast, it is a holiday inn after all. Rooms are clean and of good size for London. Location is convenient and gets you to the city centre in a 15 min tube ride
Well, he is not super-worthy but he deserves his money
Very good hotel. Far from the center, but very near to the metro and to a bus stop. The bus from Stansted airport is near.
Wonderful location, close to several transit stops. Free breakfast helps defray the cost of an expensive city and the options are good.
I usually love every visit to a Holiday Inn Express and this was no exception, the team are warm and welcoming its friendly and yet has an air of style and effecient grace. When you stay at this Hotel you get a real sense that all the staff are happy to be there, to assist and help you and really enjoy their jobs.
The rooms are good and functional, Possibly not every room is marvelous but if you really dont like a room go down and discuss it it with one of the Polite guys on the front desk and ask to change. The rooms have block out curtains so a good nights sleep is almost gauranteed, though if you are sensitive to mild noise and vibration then ensure you ask for a room at the rear of the hotel, best you join IHG rewards program for free, to book the cheapest rate and put your room preference in your profile. The airco is great and keeps the room an ambient temp. The complimentary Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs has a very good buffet selection with bacon eggs and cold foods.
Within easy walking distance to the hotel is a huge shopping mall directly across the road, and bus stops near by and a few tube stations to get you all over London. The guys at the desk can help and assist with all your bookings, maps and advice on things to do.
All in All I love the staff here and there infectious behaviour makes me love their Hotel. I recommend this Hotel.
A LIKE IS APPRECIATED FROM YOU IF YOU READ MY REVIEW
Mediocre holiday Inn. Think I was invisible tonight as I was the first person to the otherwise empty bar, and the third person to be served.
Tamas was very pleasant though!
Nice Holyday Inn as usual, close to all amenities, shopping, cinema, tube, restaurants, etc...
This hotel is well looked after and is ideally located for both the 02 and Wembley arenas. There are plenty of restaurants with different cuisines on this road. Price is reasonable and includes breakfast.
Conveniently located opposite the O2 Centre in Finchley Road. Has a free breakfast as part of the service each morning.
Located 200m from Finchley Road tube station this is exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Basic but comfortable rooms and a reasonable breakfast for a reasonable price. Rooms at the front of the hotel can suffer from traffic noise.
The room was a disaster we had 2 beds where one was terribly uncomfortable and that is seriously bad! But the breakfast was delicious
Clean and comfortable room, great and kind service at a reasonable price. The only flaw: at night from the window you can hear the passage of cars in the street below.
Okay room , not the most comfy though. Room was on the front of the hotel and as such subject to constant noise, not a hotel to visit if you are wanting a good nights rest!
Very good hotel Excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful. Employees very willing. Room a little small and with little place to store but impeccable in cleaning. Very good location with access to transport, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping center
Lovely staff. Clean hotel. Great on reception. Only issue is the breakfast foid area is too small but i guess the management know this
As always, the IHG staff are extremely professional and courteous.
Comfortable room, good pillows. Porridge at breakfast is a pot to which you add hot water. Not the real deal, why can't we have proper porridge?
Hotel located in zone 2 metro Finchley road that takes you to St pancras in about 20min. In front of an O2 shopping center with restaurant, cinema and 1 large Sainsbury's supermarket. Spacious and clean room, nice staff, very good breakfast.
Great place to stay, amazing staff the only down was the breakfast, a little bit basic
Perfect hotel to visit London. Breakfast included perfect to start the day well. There is not much variety, but you can not ask for more to be included. The family room is very small for four people and the sofa bed very uncomfortable for two teenagers of 15 years in our case. Very close to the Finchley Road subway that leaves you downtown in less than 20 minutes.
This hotel was clean and close to transportation. Staff was helpful and attentive. Okay breakfast.
This is the second time we come to this hotel. Small but clean rooms. For breakfast you can have anything delicious. Very kind in giving information on places to visit / places to eat
Very nice and clean, rooms not noisy good for over night stays
