It is a very nice hotel. The food is great and loved the grill for lunch.

Great service, they we're under construction from the hurricane but honestly it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a while, clean, great WiFi, nice TV, didn't have that old smokey smell of old hotels. I will definitely stay here over and over again!

We came in around 3 am and Kim Ellis was so gracious and kind to all of us. Thank you so much Kim! You're amazing! Love you Woman

best staff, cleanest hotel I've ever worked with. Sylvester, Ramiro, Matt and Bob Kenyon run a truly amazing hotel. They all work super hard to make sure their guests feel at home and accommodate every need. Couldn't recommend this hotel even more..simply top notch.

Nice area. Bed wasn't that comfortable but the couch pull out bed in the suite was.

Due to Harvey, my fiance and I was forced to reside in a hotel. We got approved for FEMA so we choose this hotel being it was one of the better ones and in a nice area. The staff was nice during our stay and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We was approved for a extension which was such a relief but a couple days later the front desk called and with no remorse said we had to leave the next day due to prior reservations. I then talked to manager explaining we had absolutely no where to go, and if there was anything we could do. But that was that. I have a feeling it was more behind it than that.. but it was like he didn't want to say the real reason because he knew it was wrong.

But God was on our side and we found a hotel that worked out to be better for us.

As for holiday inn & staff- well they should have and could have handled that situation better. Won't be returning there.

The room was very spacious and clean. I spent some time at the bar and had breakfast. The service was outstanding all the way around. Housekeeping did come a bit earlier (around 8 am) than I would expect, but this is primarily a business stay hotel so they probably just try to get an early start.

Room is very clean and very nice. The staff is very plight.

Rooms were what you would expect for a holiday inn. Clean and comfortable. Hotel seemed well maintained. The gym was minimal, several treadmills and other cardio machines along with free weights up to 30lbs. I am not a fan of this lvl of hotel not having a complimentary breakfast but maybe I am old fashioned. Location was convenient and quite.

Neautiful hotel with friendly staff, restaurant, and indoor pool!

BAD SERVICE IN THE BAR RESTAURANT! The hotel itself is generally updated nicely and is also in a good location. Parking is bad. There is literally one entrance. We had no problems at check in with Macintosh at the front desk. We checked in and was initially given room 215. When we made it to the room the first thing we noticed was the bathroom sink was made out of wood and it was scratched up VERY badly. We called front desk to be moved into another room and Macintosh asked us to take pictures of the bathroom. We went back to the front desk and showed him the pictures. (Even he was disgusted) He then moved us to room 114 which was a much nicer bathroom with marble sink. The second problem we encountered was the whirl pool. We couldn't get it to function properly. Again we went to Macintosh and he quickly came to check it out and finally got it working. Unfortunately, the water never fully got heated. That was a bummer. The worst problem with this hotel is the bar/restaurant. It was only us and one other lady dining in at the time. (We noticed many shady looking employees walking around the restaurant and having loud conversations which is so unprofessional) We ordered burgers and two cocktails which was whiskey and coke. They both tasted like plain coke! How can anyone mess up a simple drink like that!!!!! To top it off we waited for our food for 30 minutes and it never came out. We were so upset that we went out in the freezing rain to get dinner. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE'VE EVER HAD. We complained to management still haven't heard back from them.

Really nice place to stay. We were there for a baseball tournament and had about 10 rooms in our group. We had 3 rooms that had air conditioning issues but they took care of it. We just moved rooms.

Breakfast buffet was not good, do not try the eggs!. Sausage was very salty. The food I ordered from the menu was really good, especially the omellette. There is no such thing as happy hour, were they take $1 off beer...seriously!?? Rooms were is really good condition (since is brand new.) The menu for room service and the menu at the restaurant have the same exact items. However, room service orders are in a lot smaller amounts! (which I don't think is right.) Good fitess facility and pool. Front desk was friendly and professional. Evening waiters can use customer service training skills.

Roomy room. Nice hotel. Desk chair was too low for the high desk. Need a different style of chair. The alarm clock was impossible to figure out how to set the alarm.

Nicest people ever. Across the board. So accommodating and truly are gracious hosts for travelers. So glad I chose them, I stayed for three weeks when moving from Chicago until I got settled.

It is a 5 star very lovely place to live we enjoyed it and will use it from now on

Really nice place clean rooms great pool and Jacuzzi

I attended a work meeting there in one of their conference rooms and it was nicely laid out. The staff was also very attentive and refilled the provided refreshments in a timely manner.

The Front Desk Agent that checked us in was very lovely and warm. The property seems slightly renovated, our hallway did have the overwhelming smell of cigarette or some form of smoke although. The room was nice, normal small amenities like a one cup coffee maker, towels and toiletries were fine. Our room looked to be newly cleaned though, as the toilet was full off dirty water and the tub had debris and was dirty from like a mop bucket unfortunately. But overall a nice 3 star property.

Place wasn't so busy. Conference room was good enough to hold 50-70 ppl.

Some common areas being remodeled (Nov 2017). The first room they gave me was not ready (hadn't been cleaned and smelled like smoke). The breakfast was better than average. Floors in room and bathroom a little stained. No USB charging ports in room.

Always a good stay. Nice rooms, relatively modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good bar and restaurant. Bar staff always good. Good water pressure in the shower.

Good bar for happy hours. Wish they would offer some happy hour deals that would make it more appealing. The rooms are you typical clean tidy HI rooms anywhere in the country.
