Usually visit luton showroom so my visit to this branch is purely due to my favourite salesman Foyzul Alam. He is an amazing salesman and i have experienced excellent customer service everytime i have bought a car from him. Foyzul is superb and gives his customers the best sevice in all aspects. I would like this opportunity to thank foyzul for his time and service especially on short notice. I highly recommend foyzul as he found me a car within a couple of hours and one that fits all my requirements. I am an exceptionally happy customer and wish him every success in new managment rolse as it is well deserved.

The level of customer service I received, when something had gone wrong with my recently purchased Prius which was still under warranty was top class. Thomas Carolan which I believe to be the branch manager, handled everything in such a professional way, I think he is a real asset to the company. He has gone out of his way to help me in every way possible. I am grateful for the excellent customer service.

Just picked up a new CHR from B Stortsford,Vehicle very impressive and the sales team this branch brilliant,Matteo was our salesman and he and Aamir (Sales Manager) and Foyzul (Sales Controller) are very friendly and work together to make the experience of purchasing your Toyota as smooth as possible and overcome any concerns you may encounter.CHR hybrid already doing 59 miles to the gallon.This is my 3rd Toyota from B Stortsford never any niggles with this branch.

I came in out of pure curiosity, off the street having been in the area, and needing a new car. The Customer Service here from that moment has been phenomenal, where Mark (who little did I know would sell me this Aygo today) answered all my questions, was VERY patient as was Aamir the sales manager and all his colleagues, especially as this was my first transaction on my own of such a high value and my previous car having many many issues, Mark ensured I fully understood all the legal aspects to his and my satisfaction, and I could have at any point backed out, but I'm glad I didn't and I am happy to come back here from Hastings for any future vehicles, at a fair price, for the service given. Thanks also to Foyzul, who came out to make sure I was happy and that all aspects that were required were completed (quality control.) Worse dealship, got service done on a reduced taxi rate and non of the liquids were topped up, no pollen filtre changed and the service manager claims thats the point of doing service on discount.

What a joke....will never visit again and definitely writing to Toyota UK.

Fantastic service at this dealership, Shane was very patient with me when I kept changing my mind! In the end I ended up with the perfect new car, which more than met my expectations. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, plus the coffees good. Shane also arranged flowers and a card for my birthday which was on the same day I picked up my car which was such a lovely surprise

What a fantastic experience at Toyota in Bishop's Stortford. I bought my first Yaris Icon Hybrid in 2017 and haven't looked back since. I have just upgraded to the new Icon Tech. Samantha Freight was brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. I can't thank Sam and her manager Aamir enough. The deal on my new car is brilliant. Love hybrids. The service you receive after purchasing the car is of a very high standard too and they always have time to spend with you. Coffee is also great!! Next time you're in the market for a new car, they are definitely worth a visit. Note of warning- you are likely to leave with a new car!!

Dealt with James at Bishops Stortford, excellent customer service, very helpful and considerate when looking at a CHR, sets the standard on how sales should be handled.

Usually I would not bother reviewing a company, especially if I have a bad experience, I will just not give them anymore business; in this case we will do both: not give them anymore business and leave a review. We have had terrible experiences with this dealership misselling cars, doing magic maths to make it seem like you re getting a good deal, making promises to include things in the deals and then not honouring those promises...I could go on and on. We have everything in writing and emails and they still don t honour the deal. If we have to we will be seeking legal advice and help, but for now, I have written to the managing director and I have written this. Should the dealership wish to honour the deal and make this right, I will change this review bout it does not change the fact that you need to be very careful with this dealership, take someone with you that understands maths and accounting, make sure you do your research into how much a car is really worth and how much you should pay, etc.

The dealership is fantastic. Whenever I need to service my Toyota Aygo, the staff are welcoming and provide an excellent experience. My car is always returned to me with a wash and in tip top condition . The dealership is helpful and provide brilliant customer service. Free hot drinks are offered and the staff keep me up to date on the service and care of my Toyota. I will definitely being going there for my next Toyota.

Bought four cars here, last experience was abysmal. Avoid at all costs.
1) Blended cost of GAP and SMART into the monthly price, hiding the fact they've jacked up the price.
2) Mis-sold me a more expensive model that I didn't want.

4) Said they'd give me a free service if I filled a survey. Never sent the survey.

A real shame as I used to like this place, but won't be back and maybe not even buying another Toyota.

I bought a Prius from this dealer last year and have been back twice for service to the car. They are a very friendly and professional outfit. I was also delighted earlier this year when they repaired a puncture for free and even washed the car for me!

Shabby operation. Located on a tiny plot where they need to play genga in order to park your car. The sales department make you.feel like you.should be honoured to be allowed to buy a car from them as there is such a large waiting list for each model you pick. Should you have a Toyota dont get it serviced here there are no experienced mechanics on site. If you have an alternative dealer you can use - do your self a favor and use them.

Kindness, availability, hospitality and above all maximum help to find the best solution for us and for our business.It is not the first time I have bought a vehicle in my life and honestly toyota has never been one of the favorite brands but their services, the range of vehicles they offer and especially now with the 0 interest rate loans I think going for a tour with them is worth it. Well I wasn t even considering changing my car... My wife was. Matteo was attentive, knowledgeable and helped my wife choose her new car. As we were leaving he handed me the keys to the RAV4 for a test drive and from that moment I was sold on it. A week later I took possession of a new car.

Wow. Keep passing this dealer on gullivers travels. They always have a coffee and welcome ready for me and now a great deal and car waiting! All that remains is my number cruching to see if I can afford it. Knowing these lot, I think I know what the answer hopefully will be, very refreshing and patient with customers explaining the auto industry, and these aren t the typical salesmen here no not at all they want to make a profit but in an ethical way and for that reason they have my 100% respect. Fantastic experience. I was assisted by Matteo in choosing my first car. I had no experience in buying car in the UK and he was able to explain in a really simple way everything. I am really happy about the car he suggested, it perfectly fits my needs. In the future I won't hesitate to go back to him if I need to change my car.

After looking and finding the Yaris we liked, Shane came and explained all the different controls as we had had our old Yaris 14 years, so a few things had been updated. There was no sales pressure from Shane and it was great having all tax, insurance etc; sorted for us when we went to pick up the car. Also a very nice thought from all the staff writing down their best wishes and the lucky mascot ISSHO. We are always well looked after when we visit with friendly chat and lovely coffee. It was nice also to meet a new member of staff Adrienn, we wish her well.

There was an issue on the quality of cleanliness on picking it up, however, Samantha dealt with this quickly and we are now enjoying our car immensely.
