Very clean, spacious, quiet, great lighting and many USB ports. Staff welcoming and accommodating. Room had plenty of platforms to put our suitcases. Cinnamon Rolls awesome. Crispy bacon and well stocked breakfast bar. Best Breakfast Bar I have enjoyed anywhere. Only complaint, and not serious, is the bulb was out in the sweet pull-out makeup light. Room 408. (I think) Meant to report. Still bright enough to see though. Great stay. Thank you Staff.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We arrived late tonight so I suppose we got the worst room but for $230 I would expect much better. The room smells so bad like a wet dog and the bathroom smells like pee. But the worst is, the AC unit is making everything in the room wet and damp, including our sheets and clothes. It is just gross. I don't write reviews much or complain but the good reviews I read led me here. Boy are we disappointed.

We were able to rest easy at this Holiday Inn, it is *sparkling* clean.

The room had the most wonderful handicap accessible, spacious and squeaky clean shower with a beautiful heavy glass door. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets fresh. We arrived well after 1 am to check in, and found Jordan the night desk attendant to be very personable and accommodating. Extra pillows and blankets were delivered promptly even at that late hour.
We awoke to what seemed like an army of cheerful employees cleaning every imaginable surface in the lobby, neighbouring rooms and dining area. Even though housekeeping was using a vaccuum next door, we couldn't hear it in our room.
We were late getting to the free breakfast buffet, but we were welcomed in by staff anyway, and encouraged to eat as much as we liked without feeling rushed. The coffee was decent, good selection of breakfast foods hot and cold.
I really cannot say enough good things about this hotel. You won't regret spending a few extra bucks. You'll get the quality you paid for.

Very new well kept hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. Good location for getting around lakeland.

I really enjoyed my stay as everything was remodel, very modern and the amenities were very easy to access. The staff was friendly and Walmart was right next door for easy shopping. All in all - I would have to give this location five stars!

The nicest Motel we have stayed at in Lakeland!!!! And the breakfast is Great, everbody is friendly and very nice and helpfull.

A family member stayed here while visiting us. I liked the cleanliness and decor of this hotel. O believe it is a good deal for the price.

This hotel has a wonderful friendly staff who really care about the people who stay at their hotel. The complementary breakfast is a bonus. The rates are just OK!

This must be one of Holiday Inn Express's newest design because it's the only one in the area like it! Nothing like staying in a brand new hotel. What a great location. Super centric to all of Lakeland's hot spots.

Had a great stay with the family. The rooms are very nice and clean. In town for a dance competition and needed someplace that was comfortable. Thank you for the free breakfast this morning.

The room was nice, the employees were attentive, great breakfast options and fluffy pillows.

Had a fantastic stay here. Everything was OK but most importantly, the staff was great and very friendly. The hotel itself is also beautiful both outside and inside. Great food options too!

Front desk was courteous and available around the clock. Went out of their way to provide us with local area information and restaurants. The only hitch was the room had a musky odor and a little worn. However, very quiet, linens were clean, and bed was comfortable.

Very clean and we'll kept. In A quiet area and the breakfast was the best I've had that was offered in a hotel. Very happy with this experience and reasonably priced stay.

Comfortable bed, large rooms, seemed newer. Only there for a single night. Knocked off a star for the price.

It was okay until I went into the bathroom and found two roaches. They may need to call the exterminator. Hopefully I want be taking any of these home in my luggage.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast staff is fabulous and they are constantly replenishing and keeping food area tidy. I highly recommend this site!

Would have just given the place four and a half stars (just because I don't ever give five stars), until they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got back my clothes that I left hanging in the closet in my room !!!!! Kudos and Bravo to this HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS And thank you I will return

Sheets dirty. Carpet need to go. Most hotels now don't even have carpet.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The people who work there are super helpful and sweet as can be to. The price is super afordable especially with all these great amenities and staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice ,clean, and quit. New property everything was great.

Really nice hotel. Only been open since 9/16, so the rooms, elevators, common areas are all new and still have that "fresh" construction smell. Room was nicely appointed with Keurig coffee maker, small fridge, iron, hair dryer, new t.v., indirect lighting etc. Service staff was friendly and always had a smile and hello.

The room was clean and nice. It was quiet and close to a lot of restaurants.

Extremely disappointed with this holiday inn Lakeland location. I've been staying with them for a couple of months and never really had a problem till i booked a week RSVP at this location in south Lakeland. I checked in, went up to my room that evening which - place my door tag Do not disturb. Came back from work later that night to find the cleaning crew had been to my room to clean the bathroom, made both beds and moved my personal belongings. Within 5 minutes of my arrival I call the front desk about this matter. They seem to not care. When downstairs to show them pictures because at this point the 2 young immature boys at the.front.desk were looking at my likening was lying or i had 5 heads. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager . They told me their wasn't one around but will have a woman name Sally call me in the morning. Still havent gotten an apologies from them

I was in town for business and realized rather late that I would need a room for the night (I didn't end up checking in until almost midnight). A very kind woman at the front desk empathized with my exhaustion and scrounged me up a snack (as I didn't have the chance to eat) as well as a razor and shaving cream. The room was clean and quiet with good temperature control. I've stayed there two nice and both times have been great!

Typical Holiday Inn Express. Newer property, modern room, etc. Breakfast was a tad nicer than other Holiday Inn Exptess hotels though, as far as the hot food.

Clean new property. Nice large breakfast area. Good location, restaurant next door and Walmart within walking distance.

Nice, bright, spacious, well appointed rooms. Good customer service but no cookies or fruit in the afternoon. Decent gym, but way too warm. Typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast, there were no bananas one day, and red delicious apples were the only other fruit available.

A great place to stay, love the big rooms and the nice people.

I initially was supposed to stay at the Imperial Swan, but after looking at the property and the room I opted not to. I needed a hotel in the area and found the Holiday Inn Express and it was a world of a difference. Seems pretty new and the room was big. Nice bed. And overall just very clean and I was glad I made the decision to stay here instead of the other place.

I wish I would have taken notes about all the things that surprised me. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. I really enjoyed breakfast. It's within walking distance of Walmart also

After a horrific experience at the Imperial Swan. We made the best choice to to stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Jordan Kidd was a "ROCKSTAR" IN getting us checked on knowing the nightmare we went thru. Jordan is a great addition to any hotel would be great to have him. Great breakfast very nice rooms, great staff.

Great hotel, clean inside and out. Receptionist were great. Close to restaurants and outlet stores. Here for the Strawberry Festival. No complaints here. Pool and housekeeping were accommodating

I am so impressed with how nice my stay was. The staff was very pleasant and excepted my service with open arms. I slept like a baby and the bed was soooo comfy! I missed the continental breakfast because I slept in but my travel partners said it was yummy. Overall great experience!

This hotel is newer and clean. Check in was fast and easy. Elevator was down the first day but up and working that afternoon. Staff is friendly and courteous. Second stay and would stay again.

Very new facility. Great breakfast. Beds are slightly too firm for me but the room was clean.

I am spire elite member, so I pretty much live In Holiday inn, and one thing I want from my stay is a high quality internet connection, and due to the fact this hotel does not have a wired connection (cat-5) is negative to me, that is why I am giving a 4 star rating, and will look for a different hotel........after connecting to the wifi I could not play my video game, keep losing connect. I even call the wifi company to reboot the access point ...... no luck.... I also changes the 4 star to 3 stars. I work 12 hours a day I dont want to spend the little time off I have trying to get a ok connection to the internet.

Not the nicest Holiday Inn. For the price, rooms are small, bed is overly soft and lumpy. We were rather disappointed, considering the high price it is demanding. Did I mention they ran out of hot water at 5:30 in the morning? Even when the shower was working properly, it was low pressure and not as hot as I would have liked.
