This place is cleannnnn great service everything is new or looks new very impressed

I travel a lot, almost exclusively with Holiday inn. The first room I was given smelled like mildew.... bad enough to ask for another room. The front desk was great about accommodating my request. Second room had a different smell, but not bad enough to change again. However, the carpet on the floor was damp. This frustrated any efforts to workout in my room because they had closed the fitness room at 5pm. A lot of these can probably be attributed to Covid procedures... but it was a less than pleasing experience. 5 stars for the staff, 1 star for the hotel itself. 3 star review.

Nice, fully new place at the old grounds. Nice people. One issue: One visible entrance, a skinny sharp one lane turn-in off the south-bound lane of extremely busy S. Fla. Ave./ State #37. It's really tough. And very easy to miss. Usually the H.I. people know how important access is, but in this case they got beat.

After some harrowing experiences with hotels lately we felt like we died and went to heaven when we got in last night. Check-in guy (pretty sure his name was Jordan) was so helpful and friendly. The room was unbelievable. Really nice layout I haven't seen before, I would have been comfortable eating off of any surface in there. Lovely high ceilings, beautiful shower. Breakfast options were great. (would have been great to have some oranges, but we came right before close, they might have just been gone already) Coffee was quite decent. Firm but comfortable bed and pillows. Not the cheapest hotel around but worth every penny. My only possible complaint was that the room kinda had a new everything smell a little... Which I don't think I can actually classify as a complaint. Keep up the good work.

Very nice facility. Was there for a work function using the conference room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here during dance competition with the family. Weekend of February 15-17. This hotel is brand new (maybe a year old). Everything is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great lighting and ease of connectivity. It s behind a restaurant but can be seen from the main road.

My stay was very horrible and will never stay there again. The staff is very racists and do not clean the rooms. I found bed bugs and dirty stains on my sheets. I called front desk and they told me no refund. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

Worst beds ever! Arrived 2/21-2/23 and they neglected to tell us they had already charged for one night on the CC because they were sold out . At check in, 7:00pm they charged the full 2 nights without saying they already charged Us one night. When I called to ask about it, they girl was very rude and unprofessional. The rooms are older and were not HI quality. Will not be back!

This Holiday Inn was easy to find. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, and modern. Complimentary breakfast wasn't bad also. Definitely a place I will stay at next time I'm working in Lakeland.

Conveniently located near local colleges. Newly built, very clean & quiet. Happy that no pets are allowed! Friendly staff.

Only 2 stars because I saw a cockroach in my room. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Staff were all wonderful people.

Stayed christmas eve and christams here and it was wonderful. Im not from this state yet everyone was accommodating and understood what i needed. Furthermore; breakfast, now i had stayed at a different hotel the night befor christmas eve More

At 4am the power shut off so there was no ac and it was so hot in my room I could barley sleep because it was to hot.

This hotel is newly renovated! Very clean and modern with nice amenities available. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of restaurants around to enjoy!!

Super clean and OMG those wonderful mattresses in our room, believe me when I say this is the first time staying in a hotel that the mattress doesn t aggravate my back pain. Holiday Inn just hit it out if the ball park with those mattresses. Breakfast was good, not great but at least much better than the other hotels we have been prior to this one.

Excellent customer service, nice clean and ice cold room!!! We will be back
