The hotel is good. The staff is nice. The only downside is thatvthere no channel dedicated to children.

Dinner with my boss and neither of us enjoyed our meal. We asked if we could substitute the potatoes for more vegetables and we were charged for it however it looked like we didn't get anymore. I will not be back.

Very convenient establishment and close to shopping centers. The team is very responsive and dynamic in addition to being smiling. The rooms are very well equipped. Restaurant very correct on site. The breakfasts are plentiful and the service starts early.

Very convenient from the highway - large lobby bar with good food - better than average for a hotel.

Our family altogether 10 persons, checked in this hotel at 2am midnight yesterday after long driving from Portland USA. The checkin staff Daniel WONG and Xhan could be also too tired to receive us with professionalism. We are Chinese origin though we hold different passports of USA, Canada, UK and Hong Kong. We did not request a smiling face from the staff of this hotel abut at least we should have been treated with respect. We cannot forget their long faces and sarcastic body language on us, especially the mocking attitude of Daniel WONG, in response to our enquiries on free wifi and breakfast arrangements. Staff services is equally important as hotel facilities to customers. We were indeed upset, disappointed and aggravated.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Pointe Claire during a Ringette tournament. We were very happy with the service and rooms. The restaurant was very nice as well. I had a serving of their beef rib special. I was close to being put into a meat induced coma. It was delicious and oh so filling! The price was also very reasonable. We hope to have a chance to stay here again soon.

It's very good, it's comfortable and the staff is very good.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The gym had a lot of treadmills for use and good gym equipment for hotel standards. The rooms were large and the bed comfy. I was near the highway on the 15th floor. And heard the road noise all night. That kept my score from going any higher

In the drawers of the office of our room there was linen from a former tenant and a glass of candy was lying on the table. We were a group and faced with some problems encountered the front desk staff did not seem very understanding. The room was fine. Next time we will go to another hotel than this one.

Near the airport. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Too bad the shuttle ends before the arrival of the last flight.

This has been the best Holiday inn I have stayed at. Staff was awesome and friendly. Hotel was very bright and very clean... it is now our go to hotel when visiting the area.

Visited the place for a work place function. Meeting rooms are decent . Overall good place .

Great location for a exhibition. Close to the highway and ample size rooms for vendors to display their merchandise. The hotel is very clean with polite staff..

Fine hotel for a business stay if you need to be close to the airport and in the west Island. Rooms are functional. Restaurant and bar are good for a quick meal/ drink. I found the hotel to be well kept! Try to get a room that does not face on the highway due to noise.

I wouldn't call it a 3-star, but it was adequate. The bar staff and food was excellent, however.

No vacum in 4 days... growing plants in the ht tub area in grout joints.... coffee cups not clean and and and... unreall... on asking if they dont vacum... answer... no. all 3 to 4 days

The rooms are nice. The lighting is amazing. The carpet is soft. The paint on the wall looks fresh. The toilets actually flush. The elevator doors shut all the way.

I went for labor day long weekend this year.We Booked via corporate for General Motors .Our host Stephanie at reservations made it an extremely pleasant stay. Even during the long weekend rush she was very accommodating in getting us an early check in and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Thank you Stephanie.

I have a problem with the toilets that we wait for hours before cleaning, even if it's a problem once a year

Best place to stay at in Montreal. Great customer service, rooms were nice and clean and great location near the highway, Walmart and mall.

The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms as well. The front desk staff were always pleasent and very helpful. I would definitly recommend staying here if you need to be close to, or within, the west island. The hotel is also close to the main mall in the west island and direct access to the highway 40.

A really great hotel ...... The location is just right, the service is amazing .... There is adequate parking space ... The Swimming pool and fitness center are both great facilities. Strongly recommend staying here.

I am only rating the restaurant/bar of holiday inn. I recently went for drinks with some friends and was extremely pleased with the service i got. The prices are fair bar prices however our waiter, Julian, was great. He was attentive to our needs and was quick with the orders. I wasnt sure what to get so i asked him what he suggested regarding my tastes and was pleasantly surprised by his accuracy on what id like. Extremely comfortable speaking with clients and making sure theyre well served while having a good time. Thanks for the great service Julian ! Would definitely go back.

An ok hotel, but one employee / manager had a talent for increasing stress for me and another client. Breakfast opens at 07:00 (in 6 minutes) and we were seated as far away from the food area as possible. This was deemed worthy of us getting a lecture....because apparently you can t sit in any area while waiting. The way this place is setup, there is a clear separation and physical obstacles from where we were (lounge) to the dining area. Very unfortunate.

And now that I have eaten breakfast, I am surprised to learn that it is not part of the package, which is new for me. $16 for buffet breakfast is an exaggeration for what it is.

Finally, they made a big deal about how young kids eat for free. BUT, this only applies if you order from the kids menu. So for the breakfast buffet, I was charged extra for my two young kids.

I regret this choice, especially considering I had options.

I attended an event in the Champagne Room, which was beautiful. I had to complain about the public bathrooms near our conference room because all 5 stalls were dirty; I walked to the other end of the hotel in order to find another public bathroom. But the gentleman that I spoke with at reception was sympathetic and addressed the issue immediately.

The property is very nice and conveniently located. Rooms are modern and and clean. Staff is friendly. Over all I was satisfied. I'd recommend this property as an overnight stay.

Really close to freeway, room sizes are decent, shower is kinda small.

Rooms are nice the food is a bit on the expensive side. They claim you can do laundry but only have 1 washer and 1 dryer.
I wouldn't pay more than 175$ a night to stay here

Convenient Clean and good customer service. Plenty of free parking. About good 50 mnts to old Montreal in rush hour. Beside that you have everything around the hotel.

Room on the 14th floor. Superb customer service and room seems recently renovated. Good place to crash for the night, not far from the Airport, about $20-$25 uber ride.

Very nice rooms, location isn't perfect but across the highway is a large and pretty decent mall and there's also an IGA grocery store. Most things you could feature nearby but no excitement, just nice rooms

Do not forget anything on this Hotel!!! They will not help you at all to get it back. They do not want to fill the Fedex form for you. Even if you are ready to pay! What a bad service! They just don't care!!!

Almost always has teams of kids running around all 15 floors. Loud kids with no parents or security anywhere. Brutal.

I have never seen so much furniture stuffed into a hotel room. Flip out sofa bed blocks hallway and bathroom when out. Place comes with a dishwasher with out soap. No fan in bathroom. Bathroom door don't lock. Desk chair doesn't have room to move because it slams into the bed. Small hotel room with not enough room for 2 beds made into a suite

Affordable, friendly staff and a decent enough restaurant that offers room service for a small fee.

Great location for shopping, restaurants, etc.. Always booked so make sure to reserve ahead of time.
