The People at this Holiday Inn were absolutely fantastic! We had to spend the night because our flight out was cancelled and they received us wonderfully. One problem is that they don't have the possibility to take children under 3 in their shuttle bus. That made us waste a lot of time with 2 little people getting more and more tired. Great place. It would be nice if they got some car seats for the little people.
Nice hotel. Very cozy and good for people who want to stay in the city for a couple days.
I thought the stay was wonderful however, the hot tub in the pool didnt work, which was disappointing

The beds in our room were very comfortable. The room was very clean with a wonderful view of the vicinity.

Walmart, Marshall's and a nice supermarket are at walking distance.
We found excellent Mexican food by Marshall's.
We had the option of free breakfast included. Good choice! The breakfast buffet had omelet station where they prepare your eggs to your choice.
Lots of fruit , cereals. Very nice place. I would go back again in my next vacation to Montreal.

Rooms are tiny, bathrooms r gross and don't lock, beds are uncomfortable, lamps are dented and when I got here my tv was unplugged and my phone was too. It's not worth the price and the poor quality tv with 20 channels. At least it has a fridge.
A very nice Hotel but on the expensive side. Very noisy rooms as the hotel sits literally right on the highway. Depending on which room you're in you better bring ear plugs! The restaurant is very good but again very expensive and the menus never change.

I have 2 complaints. I ordered a salad and was surprised at how small it was for how much it cost. It was a side salad (as far as the rest of Canada would be concerned), but was still $15, charge me yes, but some value would have been nice; we're talking lettuce here. Second, and I know this will seem trivial but the microwave in the room was filthy, and all the controls in French; I had to get a maintenance guy to come up and explain how to make it work. I know what you are thinking, it's a microwave..... yeah, this one not as simple as you might things. I respect that I am a guest in this part of the country and should try to conform but I have always gone out of my way to accommodate any guest that stays at my house, you would think that there would be a reciprocal notion. Even if they just put English instructions in a drawer. It was enough of a deterrent that I felt it worth my time to leave a comment. Otherwise, a nice hotel.
Went to west island mommies family day. Balkroom was nice and big and air conditioned. The hallway was very muggy.
Was a guest in 1 of the halls for office Christmas party. Service was great. Bartenders were nice.

I have stayed at this hotel occasionally for many years when traveling to Montreal. Several years ago it was run down and very tired looking however with recent renovations and a facelift it is now a modern looking hotel. Room was clean and reasonable.
If you plan to stay there ask for a room on the upper floor facing north, a great view in the morning overlooking northern part of Montreal and the Laurentian Mountains in the background. Additionally the hotel is very close and convenient to many good restaurants with reasonable prices just north on Boulevard St Jean.
EPTech event. Not rented room. Visitor during this trade fair: very nice organization of places. Clean and well-appointed rooms at the sound and multimedia level. Clean toilets. Lunch menu expensive however 18 $ + TX + tip is too much for a small food.
I have currently been attending the hotel for the past two days. It is where a formation for my new job is being held. The first impression I had when walking in was "wow". It is very classy, chic and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodate to our needs. Well deserved 5 stars.

Booked a room with two double beds for the Canadian 10-pin Finals. We were guaranteed two double beds. We get here and we're given a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch. The staff was trying to help, manager was dismissive and didn't want to hear it. I had heard such good things about this hotel, only to find that they were wrong.
Won't ever be back to stay at this hotel.
We come here every year and it is always great. The only issue is there are no locks on the bathroom doors.

Room is a good size with a comfortable king size bed. Pillows are good. Location is decent. There is a mall across the highway. Restaurant is good. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The rooms and service we're very good during my short stay. The hotel restaurant is a bit expensive compared to other holiday inns, but the food was good.
It's nice Hotel and located at very nice place Point Claire, Montreal. They should serve Water bottles in room, it's very uncomfortable if you forget to buy and suddenly you remember at mid night to take water.
The beds are honestly amazing. Like seriously. Best night's sleep in a long time. Our keys didn't work originally so we had to go back down. The housekeepers are nice but the Marquis restaurant is awful. Slowest service and the wait staff just idles.
Conference room ok. Coffee average. Lunch at restaurant very good.
The employees are very personal. They try to please you. I had breakfast this morning. It was very good.
I was given a nice room and nice view from the window.

What can I say... it's a Holiday Inn! Not too bad if you need to be in the neighborhood like I had to be for work. The room was clean and the restaurant was okay. All the staff were very friendly so that was a plus. You can see the mall across the highway but getting there is difficult if you don't have a car. The IGA and Shopper's are within walking distance so that is a plus!

Everything excellent, cleanliness, comfort, restaurant, gym, warmth, highly recommended.
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi is always a plus and the resteraunt offered a great food selection. Family had a blast hanging out in the pool.

A bit claustrophobic at the entrance and kitchen, but a very comfortable sleeping and couch area. Perfect for one or two people.
