The room cleanliness could have been improved. Been there with family & our room was upgraded to a bigger room but the room was a bit dirty & smelly with cigarette smoke. Then, we change room & got a better one but still need air freshener. Breakfast buffet was decent. They have vegetarian option as well.

I am very happy to stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hotel this time. Because the check-in day is my birthday, the hotel upgrades the room free of charge. The room is very good and comfortable. I am very grateful for the hospitality of the floor attendants. I want to praise them and scare me. They are Tina and Amy on the 18th floor, I think I will stay again next time
It was a pleasure to sleep here, very clean and safe hotel, excellent buffet breakfast. The location is perfect, 20 minutes from MTR entrance. The negative side is that outside is full of people trying to sell stuff and lady offering g sex in the night, but the hotel is super safe and nobody come in. Specially is not the hotel fault.

Great location, right bang in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. Convenient to take the local MTR. If crowd is not your thing, this place is not for you. The rooms are very dated. Beds are comfortable but probably past the used by date.

Really good location for TST with an exit (N5) just outside it's door. Really spacious room and friendly, helpful staff. Roof terrace with swimming pool was excellent and gave a nice break for the hustle and bustle of HK. Would definitely recommend.

Decent location, good size rooms, average bathrooms, great breakfast buffet, varied selection of restaurants and interesting bar... I've stayed here multiple times over last 15 years and never been overly disappointed, would stay again.

This hotel is also the place where my friends and I have a buffet party in Kowloon. In the evening, there are stews, lobsters, lamb racks, long-legged crabs, oysters, abalones, bean curd, etc., which are not detailed. All of them are my favorite, fresh and delicious, good!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for an excellent job during our stay. Eric and his team did there best to help me and my family have a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable time. They were ever willing to provide us with directions, options for travel and also checking for timings etc. online. This is there job however the warmth and genuine hospitality is what matters and makes us want to come back. He arranged for an late checkout and an airport transfer during our checkout. I left my children's hard drive with all their cartoon series and movies in the room. I realized it at the airport, I called Eric he went to the room retrieved it and send me a email with the pics and asked for my mailing address. He sent it across to us along with an email with the airway bill. Thanks once again to ERIC and his entire team, they are certainly an asset to the hotel. Thank You!!
Have been stayed this hotel many times, but this time I just learned that it has changed some rules for club level guest, e.g. the mini bar is no longer free.
Location is very good. It is better to stay for 4 people. Jenny Bakery is next door!
There are not many buffet options, but the taste is not lost. Good employee service
Friendly staff and really close to Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The street itself has a unique Hong Kong color and the level of accommodation fees set by the people they stayed in. If you find something neat in Hong Kong for that price, it would be faster to go to Japan other than Hong Kong. Never dirty. It just looks worn out because the facility is old.

As a IHG member highly recommended. The breakfast is very varied. The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly to our children. The view is bad. The view from our hotel room window was on a shabby Hauswand. But in the situation not otherwise makeable.
Happy hour at the bar is great, 2 for 1 drinks, and the Italian restaurant on site is fantastic.

Clean and well maintained, and very reasonably priced considering the perfect location. They said they've upgraded our room, but I won't know the difference. If it also had a nice view, rather than very ugly buildings (on the side our room is located), but that's not their fault. Anyway, it is still worth it.
We arrived to early to check in but staff were very accommodating nonetheless
