Good service and a real good location for shopping...
Good service and a real good location for shopping and exploring the Kowloon side!
Good service and a real good location for shopping and exploring the Kowloon side!
The afternoon tea buffet has few styles and breakfast is good and normal
The room is wide, and the new management
The light switch seems to be out of control (always know that you can control the light you want to switch)
When you open the refrigerator, there will be a refrigerator light, but no matter how hard it is, the drinks in the noodles are kept at room temperature.
Good hotel with the ferry to central within walking distance
The food there is delicious and I recommend everyone to go there and have.good time with your family.
Excellent location, near the MTR exit, lots of good food all around the area. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Serviced by the Airport Express Shuttle bus.
Hari's Bar - one of my favourite place to catch a drink. Recently went through renovation but I miss the old charm.
The room is big enough, the bed is big enough, the location is close to the subway, the cleanliness can be. The price is not reasonable during the peak season.
The buffet is not good, the sushi chef smiles, seems to want to eat people, cut the cow's lady, as if the world's people have offended her, it is best not to go.
Perfect location. Good value, great breakfast, good service and smiling
Service is good, cheap, room is clean, big recommendation.
Clean place, good soundproofing, many restaurants nearby
Nice Hotel to stay and shopping There is Exhibition Hall for Business
After so many years still one of the best Hong Kong Hotel
Great location around Tsim Sha Tsui. Shopping? Dining? All are available.
The hotel staff was great, not so much in the Bistro. The rooms seem outdated and dark.
Excellent hotel and first choice for indian tourists.
Ultimate experience, amazingly managed services specially breakfast. Very suitable location. Metro station is right in front of hotel doors. 5 minutes walk to harbor.
Convenient location for victoria harbour and metro to travel further afield. Buffet breakfast is good if a little expensive. Rooms face side streets so no view to speak of. A mobile phone is in each room and free to use for calls or data, quite handy when your wandering the streets trying to find the Ladies market.
Great option if visiting HK on a budget. You'll have a hard time finding something better for the price. Also has direct shuttles from the airport for HK$130
Very bad old, worn out and bad style I never recommend it
Lobby is neat and uncomfortable. The elevator is accessible only by the guest. The second floor bar is also good. There is no pool at the top, but it is 1 to 2.3 meters deep and there are few people who swim more than anything. Tsim Sha Tsui Station is just around the corner and is within a 10-minute walk to the Ferry Port or Harbor City. When you enter the AEL, you will not have to worry about your seat when you return to the K3 shuttle.
It was a pleasure staying at the hotel last month and dealing with the very efficient and friendly staff, particularly Janet (front-desk) and Martin (bellhop). While renovations were going on, the guests felt safe, secure and well-taken cared of throughout the process of checking in and out temporarily on the second floor. The place was incredibly clean and quiet although the hotel is located in one of the busiest part of Kowloon. Rest assured that I will be back very soon.
Convenient location at the center of everything, big comfortable beds
Great breakfast buffet
Spacious family rooms
Great place to stay close to nearly everything. Only issue is when we checked in no explanation on where our room was and services they provide.
Very Nice hotel. Well maintained, courteous staff. They have a swimming pool and some well equipped gym. The location is also a big plus as it is surrounded by many big and small malls and shops.
Thank you Holiday Inn personnel, staff et AL for a satisfying 1st view of the Holy City of Hong Kong.Sure enjoyed meeting you all.
Due to the good arrangement of the front desk staff, the room can be entered at 2 o'clock. The hotel is isolated in Chungking Mansion, but after the refurbishment of the room, the whole room is very tidy and does not feel dilapidated. I have enjoyed the administrative lloung after 2 o'clock.
There are champagne, red and white wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, snacks, sushi and salad bars, etc., and there are 200 for room sever. The swimming pool and fitness room are closed due to the epidemic. You can choose the lounge or restaurant for breakfast the next morning, just use it. 469 for 2 people, positive
A very convenient and value for money hotel in TST right next to MTR exit
The handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. It seems to be called Ray. I have shared a lot of authentic places and authentic snacks in Hong Kong. I suggest you find your little brother Ray!!
Breakfast buffet OK ~ ~ There are a lot of people ~ ~ Children give chocolates and candy to go out ~ ~ ~
A unique spacious bar with yesterday's atmosphere with live band and reasonable price. Mood is definitely different from other modern hotel bar. Should try!
Check in & check out for a long time, the bathroom is small, and the smell on the first floor is smoke. However, there are many places to visit nearby, and the traffic is convenient. The Airport Express Line has connections to the entrances of various hotels.
I made a reservation on the wrong day and I visited it ... (it was not past, it was the day before the day).
Beautiful place, executive lounge is great, snacks are great, location is fabulous but the bed is so hard it's like sleeping on a rock. We had a 1 night stay only.
Excellent location. MTR is just beside the hotel. Walking distance to most tourists attracton.
It is located in the centre of tsim sha tsui area. If you wanna stay in this hotel, you can use free shuttle from kowloon mtr station directly to this hotel. The room is ok, with good service. Their strength is their location, because it is really near MTR station (tsim sha tsui station, exit E), shopping centre, street food centre and avenue of stars. Nice stay in here! Recommended hotel to stay in hong kong
Poor service, attitude has room for improvement
Old hardware, death certificate
Always long line to check in but the location couldn't be better. Also the rooms are slightly old except for the corner rooms which are triple bed.
Convenient transportation, function room place is four big and big
Near the N5 exit of MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station, the hotel food tastes good.
Hong Kong is a beautiful place to stay I enjoy staying in Hong Kong everything is organised. The only challenge I have yeah, is about the Coronas virus. That is only challenge you Apart from that hongkong is perfect.
good location, and easy to acess around the areas. During raining season, please remember to bring extra umbrella with you. Per reception, They dont have extra umbrella at the hotel. They only serve one umbrella per room.
Being around in TST for donkey years!! Convenient spot and great brand
Very friendly staff and rooms are very clean, easy access to Kowloon airport express train terminal.
The reception and service of the staff are very good!
Hotel location is close to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, very convenient
The place was very dirty with a horrible customer service. We ended up in a room covered by dust and the air conditioning was leaking over the bed. We tried to complain with the owner and he didn t want to change us the room. There s was no receptionist and we had to call him on his mobile which took hours to come up. I strongly don t recommend this place.
We had 2 rooms, one smelled bad and the other was ok. Location is convenient and room sizes cleanliness are decent
