Out of all the hotels in Meera door and Chungink mansion this is the best and the most expensive one. Good rooms, spacious and clean bathrooms. Food was average as an Indian, good management and staff. The location is also very convenient to travel and roam around.

I like the location so we used to stay here a lot in the 80's. Good they renovated a few years ago. The rooms are nice and still spacious. The elevators are fast, that's a plus.
The staff are helpful and the ones I encountered in the front desk and concierge were very pleasant and accommodating.
Special thanks to housekeeping. They were exceptional.

Location and breakfast are good, but there is an old smell in the hotel room.
I stayed for three nights, other aspects are good, the customer attitude is good, that is, can not stand the humid taste of the room's super rich taste, every day ask the house to keep squirting air freshener, but the wet taste of the room is still very strong, it is recommended to replace All carpets in the hotel
I was quite happy with this hotel until I tried to book a baby sitter for 2 hours. They told us HK$1500.00 for 2 hour. We stay in hotel chains like this so that we can arrange a baby sitter while we travel. But that is BEYOND ridiculous.
This is not a hotel for families and I won t be supporting the chain any longer.

The room smells of musty, out of fashion in deco, light control system is too complicate to operate easily.
Checked in very late after mid night around 00:30-01:00 and been told by front desk staff they 'extended' our check out time to 1300, what a nice geasture ---this is slack season as no traveller coming to HK, in the middle of the week, no staycationers either.
Rooms and facilities not up to a 4 star. The presence of prostitutes in the lounge bar in which a normal tourist cannot sit without being harassed is unacceptable.
Great location in TST, a stone s throw from a handful of malls like i-Square, the hip K11, Harbour City/Ocean Terminal, Silvercord etc. MRT also easily accessible, and there are a ton of places to grab a bite around the hotel.
Prices are generally on the lower end, but there s also been some obvious cost-cutting over the years as of 12/2019, they don t have those local cellphones at every hotel room you can use for the duration of your stay. No more bottled water (which is a good thing honestly, but others in our party complained), but there s a water dispenser at every floor now in its place. The room we stayed in was newly renovated though so that was nice.
Service was really great - when someone in our party fell ill to the flu, the concierge did their best to help (difficult to do especially during Christmas Day when most clinics are off, and a house call would ve cost us nearly HKD 4000). They even called our room to check in and see if we needed anything else.
For one night it charge me HK$2000... The reason is because I am a walk in customer , I should ve stayed at the five-star hotel

Location is good but the place needs a little update. The air in the room was a bit thick, and the carpet needs to be removed. They did gave us a very late checkout

Place just 1 minute away from mrt station, but if you bring luggage with you, JUST USE TAXI. The mrt nearby only have long stair with no escalator or lift.

The hotel is located in the downtown area of Tsim Sha Tsui, next to Chongqing Tongmei Building, opposite I-Square, very busy! However, once you enter the hotel, the atmosphere is completely different. The tranquility of Li is good and the style is good. It is very comfortable.

Clean room centric to ferry to get to mainland or Macau. Free airport shuttle but you must budget extra time for it. It's 50 mins to airport without traffic.
Yes it is centrally located but the rooms are dated, no proper ventilation in the bathroom and whatever small repairs done it still shows the years of wear and tear. Comparing it to other hotel rewards club membership, it is really a bit on the low side. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous as usual though.

Booking with Agoda is just a small room, which is disappointing.
Got my booking directly from IHG as they were running a promotion for members. Everything is nearby and within walking distance - MTR, supermarket, convenience store, , etc. The hotel is right on the red MTR line (Tsuen Wan / Central) so transport to everywhere is very convenient. Plus, if you are into Jenny Bakery, their main outlet is just next door (very short queue when I was there).
My room had two double beds, thus, it sleeps 4 comfortably. We didn't have any real concerns about the sleep quality. Our room was also rather spacious (by Hong Kong standards). If you are into hotel breakfast, they have a Kids Stay & Eat Free guarantee. Kids aged 12 and under eat free at breakfast when dining with an adult.
Something that I like about the hotel is that they provide a Handy smartphone inside the room (which you can also bring out). Apart from surfing, calling local numbers, etc (things that you expect from a smartphone), you can also turn it into a personal mobile hotspot for your own phone.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not all positive. I had one of the un-renovated room and the wear and tear was showing. The decor was also so 80s but that didn't really bother my family. If you prefer something nicer / newer, you should highlight to the hotel when booking that you would prefer a renovated room.

Highly overrated on internet. The please is average and doesn't have any view. You can stay if you have to visit the neighbourhood. The area is too crowded and will ruin your holiday. If you are looking for solitude and a quieter place skip this hotel. The only positive fact was presence of mamy Indian restaurants at walking distance.

A very happy holiday. The rooms are nice and meticulous. My biggest memory is that the tea cup has a lid. Few hotels have such arrangements now. The staff in the catering department is very attentive. Very suitable for business people. It feels like Grand.
Nice place buy as Hong Kong way the staff is not that friendly at all, only the door man.
Dinner buffet, there are few types of food, especially desserts, cheese cake is like a mousse cake, it is not worth the price! The environment is very bright, the atmosphere like a teahouse, noisy!

Extremely delighted by the service. A colleague of mine forgot his wallet with more than 2000 usd. In his room and we had checked out. We realised it when we reached the station enroute to guangzhou. On calling back the hotel acknowledged the presence of the wallet with every penny intact. Kudos to the house keeping staff and the management!!

Hit and miss with this place. They can punish you with a bed thats like a rock or you might get a plush bed. I booked thru Agoda and the two times I stayed there it was completely different beds. I'm not going back
