My wife and I want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We enjoyed your hospitality from the get go. Our first encounter was at the front desk who treated us like royalty. From then on, every encounter with your personnel was excellent. If it was breakfast lunch or dinner again it was first class. We have been in the hospitality business all our lives and we know that to attain that level of service is true dedication to the industry. Keep up the great work, have a very prosperous and successful season. Every one from staff was very helpful.Once again thank you.

Rooms are quite clean & nice , spacious too. Loved the bathtub in washroom. Breakfast & Dinner buffet was also quite tasty. Overall worth & value for money place.
Only drawback I found very dark & badly maintained basement parking with no lift facility.

Must Visit.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Crowne plaza hotel Okhla. Its a decent place with friendly staff. Hassle-free check in and check out facility. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food was excellent. Delhi-6 food festival organized by the hotel offers variety of street style tasty and amazing dishes. I really like the ambience of the place. Overall i had a wonderful stay .

Crown Plaza Okhla , Excellent Hotel,. Rooms are neat and clean. Maintain all precautions to prevent Covid-19. The service provided in the hotel is good and staffs are friendly. Really amazing food. It's an excellent place to stay with family and friends. It is at a suitable Location for for a business traveller too.

Gives you a royal feeling. We were on the 6th floor with a pool side view so the view was amazing. Room service was quite prompt and hospitable. Would love to revisit the place.

This property has always been one of my favourite one's in the city! As the title suggests, this hotel has literally been my home away from home! One of the primary reasons for me to choose this property is because of the close proximity it has to my office, which is just 2 minutes away (Okhla phase 1). But then slowly it also became a place of leisure where I could just go and chill with family or friends and feel like home!
I've been a loyal customer to this hotel for a very long time and I've been coming here for as long as I can remember!! The staff here always makes me feel special! Like family!

I visited this hotel for the first time after covid to spend 2 nights for my birthday and it was so good to see the familiar faces I've known for ages (specially Mr Amit Chautala). They were kind enough to upgrade my room to their business suite and also sent me a really nice cake to make me feel extra special! And when I was leaving they got me a special box of chocolates which was the cherry on the icing.
The rooms were also properly cleaned and sanitized properly! Which was a major concern for me post covid.
The front desk manager Mr Shailendra made sure that I get the best treatments and services possible. The f&b team was also so nice and served me breakfast in the room even if it was not an option.
Once again, thank you to the whole team of Crowne Plaza, Okhla for making me feel special on my special day! Thank you for all the love and care! Definately coming back really really soon! And most definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

Have been staying with Crowne Plaza Okhla on a long-term basis during March 2021. very descent hotel for business travelers. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to work from hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful and responsive to all inquiries.
Room and other places in hotel are clean, sanitized regularly and well kept.
Excellent food variety and dinning in town! Chief Sumit and all of the restaurant staff are kind and always welcoming. Food is delicious and of very good quality. Restaurant staff are professionally trained and provide very good hospitality services.
Really enjoyed having gym classes and using gym facilities, gym instructors are very professional and helpful too.

A very decent place with excellent staff. The morning buffer breakfast had pretty good variety. The spa is still closed because of covid restrictions.
