We, as sisters, have ordered a bouquet for delivery to our mother's grave in connection with her being 80 years old.
We all live outside the village, but were contacted on the same day by another family who informs that the bouquet looks absolutely fresh. My sister who ordered the bouquet and paid unfortunately has not been met constructively. It is a pity that there is no greater focus on customer satisfaction. We have been good customers for many years and put a lot of money into the store. Unfortunately, confidence is broken.

On my 50th birthday, I get a call that they are standing in front of my door with a bouquet for me. I'm telling you I'm in the cottage. They immediately ask when I will come home because then they will bring me a new bouquet.
Now I have come home and they have just been handing over a really nice bouquet.
It is in my book really nice service
