This property has always been one of my favourite one's in the city! As the title suggests, this hotel has literally been my home away from home! One of the primary reasons for me to choose this property is because of the close proximity it has to my office, which is just 2 minutes away (Okhla phase 1). But then slowly it also became a place of leisure where I could just go and chill with family or friends and feel like home!
I've been a loyal customer to this hotel for a very long time and I've been coming here for as long as I can remember!! The staff here always makes me feel special! Like family!

I visited this hotel for the first time after covid to spend 2 nights for my birthday and it was so good to see the familiar faces I've known for ages (specially Mr Amit Chautala). They were kind enough to upgrade my room to their business suite and also sent me a really nice cake to make me feel extra special! And when I was leaving they got me a special box of chocolates which was the cherry on the icing.
The rooms were also properly cleaned and sanitized properly! Which was a major concern for me post covid.
The front desk manager Mr Shailendra made sure that I get the best treatments and services possible. The f&b team was also so nice and served me breakfast in the room even if it was not an option.
Once again, thank you to the whole team of Crowne Plaza, Okhla for making me feel special on my special day! Thank you for all the love and care! Definately coming back really really soon! And most definitely recommending to all my friends and family.
