Lovely food but the carpets in my room could benefit from cleaning.

Can be expensive so timing of booking is key. Good food and bar.

Lovely clean airy new airport. Dont go to sohocoffee shop tho its extortionate and rubbish. Focacia and bacon egg roll yuk. Coffee not the best would never go back to that eatery. Nice shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel. Accommodated 2 adults, 2 children and a baby in the same room. Not many Holiday Inns would do that.

Room is clean and tidy. Friendly staff but both breakfast and dinner are just average.

Have stayed here several times for work and have always received great service. This time, as they were unable to offer an upgraded room , I was pleasantly surprised to find a hamper with all the toiletries you normally find in upgraded room along with a hand written note. This is the first time outside of the USA that this has happened. An example to the rest of the Holiday Inn hotels to follow.

Average hotel in the middle of no where. Good luck trying to get around without a car.

Used for a stopover for an early morning flight from Bristol, only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Rooms were comfortable and food was good.

Good hotel chain for those of us who are going to work in the UK, you know what you will find when you see the name, great English breakfast.

Wonderful welcome from all the staff. The bed was very comfy but the shower room was a teal letdown,,,, no ventilation, I couldn't use the mirrors as I couldn't vent the steam also why would anyone think it a good idea to screw the hair dryer to the inside of the dressing table drawer. Baffling.

From the moment I called the hotel to discuss my reservation I have nothing but praise for the reception staff they go out the way to make u feel welcome and when I called the hotel the guy that picked me up from the airport in the shuttle bus he was so lovely and helpful could not do enough when I arrived at the hotel Peter the receptionist I always thought he was a manager has he is so thoughtful and thorough just a amazing guy even asks if you're ok! Could not do enough really believe he should be promoted!
And the resturant girls and the girls in the bar the Hungarian soo polite and helpful and of course the lovely Bristoian she is so helpful and happy person just feels great to be here! I so hope these great staff are recognised by their managers and they should be rewarded! will defo come again and again!!

Does what it says on the tin so to speak. Comfortable beds and friendly staff

The Lady at the check in was very helpful, .did not like having to pay for the car overnight.plus 10 pounds a night if you left the car a high price just to sleep but other than that no problems.

Great airport where you can park up, walk to terminal in 5 minutes and 15 minutes later be through security and having a coffee. Friendly staff, reasonable range of eateries and shops. Way better experience than Heathrow!

Stay and hotel staff was lovely and friendly. Nice outdoor garden if you want to eat/drink/smoke outside. However, food at breakfast time is of limited quantity. We were scheduled to have breakfast at 0945 and was expecting a full english breakfast. On this occasion they ran out of baked beans, eggs and hash browns. We even said we were happy to wait for a new batch to be cooked but they daid they literrally had no food left.

Mass commication issues between customer, Branch and head office in the car rental upstairs. Would not use again

Below average HI. Rooms are basic with poor beds. Staff were not to usual HI standard.

Doesnt adhere to COVID cleaning standards and not disabled friendly
First - check in at reception - no clean pens, all pens were in dirty pot. Then Lift closed due to covid social distancing so forced to take stairs, even though I hurt my ankle that day and couldn t walk, advised still need to take stairs. Room ? Clean - I took pictures, remote control was filthy, carpet stained and some other areas dusty. I stayed at other IHG hotels and they adhered to cleaning for covid, here NO WAY! Bar free drink beer was flat, thankfully he let me changed to another drink, which too was flat and warm (draught) but lost the will to live. Garden ashtrays full on each table, empty glasses too. They do not adhere to the clean aspect of COVID and no care if you need to take the lift and not stairs due to a acute or long term medical condition. I seriously lost will to live to argue as had a long day, ankle was throbbing, head spinning.

Just a rating for the food. It's alright for UK hotel food. Nothing amazing but certainly alright.
