Was a bit disappointed had no door card had to ask a member of staff to let us in the room the heating didn't work we had a small portable heater that did the job restaurant was cold but the food was good

This hotel has seen better days.. I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago: it was clean and pleasant. Now it needs refreshing. 3 stars for the quality of the bed and the nice front office, not for the cleanliness.

Perfect location for an early flight, the room was clean and well appointed with all the usual equipment ie. kettle, hair dryer and a large TV. The staff were all very friendly and the service they gave was top notch.

Convenient for the airport, reasonably priced food (including room service), free shuttle to the airport. Overall a bit of a drab hotel, which felt on the dirty side. Needs some renovation or deep cleaning.

Room was nice. Service WHEN available also good. After 11pm no drinks or food served. ROOM SERVICE ALSO UNAVAILABLE. Miserable place to stay. No shops around. So I gues buy a sandwich before coming here.

The hotel was comfortable, the room clean and a good size. Pre-booked parking was very easy and straightforward and the shuttle bus easy to book and on time. Just 10 mins from hotel to airport drop off. Would happily book again.

For an airport hotel, is nice and comfy. The room was clean and had everything you need. They're even a small bar and restaurant downstairs for those that need a meal the night before a long haul flight. They have a shuttle to and from the airport.

It's an OK hotel. Parking is annoying and it's in the middle of nowhere. The bed was comfortable enough and it's standard holiday inn restaurant fair (ie not very nice and criminally overpriced).

Dropped off colleagues, upon dropping off they invited me in for a soft drink. Stayed about 20 mins. Something called 'ParkingEye' charged me 100 pounds for the pleasure. Appealed. They said they needed to see a receipt of my beverage. I don't have. So they're upholding the obscene charge. How about a proportionate charge? Unfair. A lot of my colleagues stay there and I've been dropping them off after work out of courtesy. They invite me in for 'one' and this is my thanks from this vicious company! WiFi is notoriously bad at this hotel.

First time to the UK, so excited. Days ahead, I make our reservation. I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle from the airport ( here for my global speaking/book tour from the US, 3 weeks in UK tip to tip).

We arrived after a long day of international travel and call Maria at the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We wait in the cold for over 30 minutes, and it never arrives! We see other shuttles two or three times, one even laughs at us because we've been there so long.

We finally made our own way to the hotel, told a trainee about the issue. He said that Maria FORGOT to tell the shuttle driver about us! He at least apologized and gave the 2 of us ONE drink voucher. I'm accustomed to excellent customer service traveling full time, and was stunned. No plans to return.

We were passing to go to airport stopped for coffee which was excellent and very efficient and friendly staff

It appears that I didnot spot that it is a pay and display? on the Holiday Inn forcourt so future fellow holiday users please beaware

Holiday inn do not respond to emails? I have emailed them on numerous occassions across 3 different addresses and no reply. BEWARE PARKING EYE SCAM IN OPERATION.
They eventually replied after 4 weeks and after posting a bad review.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Bristol airport. The room was clean. My problem was the was no mobile signal in the back of the hotel on the ground floor. I was in 105. I had to go outside to use it properly. I could have went to the lobby but it was late. The service at the bar was initial slow but improved after 6pm.

Problems with payment and invoice took more than 30 minutes. After I left the hotel and went to city centre, I noticed one additional transaction with my payment card. I claimed about that and received money back but I didn't received any explanation or word sorry for that. Rooms were ok.

In need of a refurb. Dated bathroom room and facilities gas a dark feel to it. Praise to staff at breakfast excellent. issue with breakfast included in room rate that reception didnt resolve despite seeing booking form, however staff at breakfast brushed aside and were excellent. In all I wouldnt recommend a stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location, both for the airport and surrounding area.
The staff are friendly and helpful, showing a real interest in their guests.
Special thanks to Jasmine on reception and Paul and Kat in the dining room.
The food choices were good, the presentation was good and it was always nice and hot.
The rooms are light and airy.
We will definitely be back.

The hotel was overbooked and we were rejected at reception after 10.30 pm despite having booked 2 rooms a few weeks in advance. Eventually they arranged rooms for us in another hotel nearby. I still don't understand why the hotel did not informed us about the situation and did these arrangements in advance.<br/>I enjoyed the stay at the Hampton by Hilton at Bristol Airport.
