Poor catering service and the food is not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel

Food is excellent but the facility is kind of old fashioned

One of the good hotels in city, prices depends on sessions! So sometimes its expensive.

The food is bad, carpets need to be renewed.
And they close the lights in the lobby when it's after 12 am! I do not understand why really, how can guests walk or sit in the lobby when it's dark!

I attended a training course where the hotel was provided with beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool sessions and the lunch was delicious

You get a flashback to the 1980's while staying there. Nice and cozy. Not directly on the beach though.

We attended an engagement party, the hall was big enough to accommodate the number of guests but the service was slow and you can tell they are not very organized, when it was time for the buffet the food was warm to cold, and it wasn t very good.. again not well catered when it comes to events like that.

Food quality is bad .. they need to hire better chefs ..only going there for shisha with family

Nice place, Cost viza viz Hotel facilities are good. Breakfast is excellent nd lavish. Swimmi g pool facility keeps the kids busy.

Did not enjoy my stay there. The front desk did not deliver the upgrade that they promised and did not say no either. I did not chose them for my next few visits to Khobar.

My review on this hotel is a little mixed :
1. We were here for a conference and rented the main ball room. Appaling condition and was leaking as it rain the first few days. They resorted in using black garbage bags to contain water.
2. Flies in the ball room. Unhygienic.
3. Bathroom was a mess in the ball room. Extremely low and wet.
4. Carpet and curtains were filthy.
5. There was no main access from hotel to ball room. There is a survice corridoor where guest are not supposed to use.
6. The wing I stayed in had a damp/moldy feeling. Corridoor was humid, they left the industrial blower on and was noisy.
7. Had to leave the A/C on 24/7 as there wasa damp smell.
8. Breakfast buffet was unappetizing. Lunch buffet was OK.
9. They had 2 nice yards, one for family and the other open to non families. I was fortunate to have rooms not facing the yard. I can imagine it to be extremely noisy.

Will not recommend this place. Only reason we used it was becuase it was cheap and i can see the reason.

It was cleaned and the resturant varity of food was good.

The wedding hall is beautiful but needs to be developed

I attended a training course in which I did not go down, but I was disappointed with the parking lot and the maintenance maintenance of the faults

Place is great, too much waiting, food is bad, and service is poor!

Holiday inn hotel, It s in the city of Khobar is at the end of King Road coming from Dammam and next to the Red Sea Residential Complex. There is Huge space for recreation.

Great hotel great staff everything was well maintained and the food was great

It is very crowded due to the existence of a wedding hall, as well as a smoking tent.

A quiet and nice atmosphere even though the price of the coffee shop is high

Good for hangout specially on Friday it'll be helpful if there's some cafeterias

Swimming pool is small not as the picture and the area around is not clean

Location is good, parking is lovely, employees r friendly, welcoming and supportive, the place all in all is cozy, but there r some factors to be considered, such as the rooms furniture is bloody old, breakfast buffet is not bad but it needs some more items.
But again, as an overall, it's a pretty lovely hotel to go to it again.

Booked myself here for 3 nights. Stayed there for a night as if now, 2 more to go and I am not sure if I want to continue. The moment I entered the room, the smell of mold and dampness hit me. The room seemed clean enough, so it most probably is the AC which is at fault. The bathroom is tiny and the shower area barely has room over my head and I am not very tall! (5'7"). I had asked for a room on the first floor though there are only two floors (G+1), they said they dont have availibility although I barely saw any people around the hotel. I had asked for a change of room or upgrade but i was refused that, so much for being a "IHG Gold Elite" member. This is my 3rd time in Saudi and the previous stays were at Holiday Inn Khobar on the Old Airport road and that was much better in comparison. Quite disappointing.

I stay here almost 2 full weeks. Bad room cleaning a lot of times they forgot to put even towels ( especially face towels) room service the burger that I order was cold and burned. I ask in breakfast time over easy eggs check the picture eggs was alive.... room card every day 2 to 3times you have to go to front desk counter due to not working to enter your room.....Such a bad experience never again...... Nothing to do with Holiday Inn Brand.....
