Had an interview at Spaces Hammersmith for an office manager role, the centre manager was shouting at a contractor - not professional in my view (if you re going to do it, do it out of sight). Sooooo lucky we moved to a better space closer to the station. Lovely building but don t waste your time here. There are lots of better options around and closer to the station.

Escape the madness at home or the office and achieve your professional high at Spaces. I have been a client since before the lock down and have nothing but the best to say for this gem. With the kids at home it is hard to do anything meaningful for work. Spaces is where I go to get stuff done.

Damn good coffee too (when they are open).

Spaces is a little oasis for the mind in the middle of the Hammersmith jungle.
Clean, comfortable, professional, orderly, well arranged, private and whopping 600mb/s internet is what make the place ideal to conduct my business. The site team Ema and Osbert are par none being always eager to help. Many a times Osbert seeing me stop the car in front of the building comes out to hand me the parking fob. Who else does that?
5 stars is a low score for all the hard work and professionalism Spaces stands for.

We regularly come to Spaces Hammersmith. The building and facilities are good.

But the service from the short Asian looking lady who works there is awful. Over many months being there she is always rude to us and other customers and has an unpleasant attitude to everyone, never helpful. I've even seen her showing around potential customers and she's rude to them too. Very surprised she is still employed there - she must be putting off and turning away customers. Cannot believe she works in any customer facing role. She puts us off from coming there.

There is a guy who works there called Osbert on the other hand who is fantastic. Friendly and always helpful. Please hire more people like him.

Fantastic centre. Highly professional environment to be in, companies working here are serious, respectful and a pleasure to work alongside. The centre management team are also extremely helpful and pleasant. If you have any questions they are always quick to help. I can see myself staying long term at the centre and moving various teams from divisions of our company to offices here in time as things develop. Only positive things to say about Spaces workspace and their team.

I implore anyone considering using Regus/Spaces to please read my review below. My experience has been atrocious. I cannot recommend The Foundry or any other office run by this company. This is part of the Spaces brand, sister brand of Regus under the IWG umbrella.

I was someone who told everyone what a fantastic experience it was to have a Regus office and encouraged people to trust the company and sign up. However, I have just changed a 5-star review to a 1-star review. Why have I done this?

I was told at around 6pm on Thursday 9th September that I would have to vacate this building (Brentford Vantage Regus Office) and select a new Regus office as Regus had either failed to agree terms with their landlord or due to financial pressures were forced to close down.

In this situation I have been forced to spend the day driving to various locations looking at options but could not find one that suited. Regus were not flexible in terms of the size of office / location as it had to be an exact like for like move. The fact is that this scenario was thrust upon clients like me and that the point that the lack of availability was a major issue had not been factored into the equation. It did not feel like consideration for personal circumstances mattered, it was a case of each client being a number on a piece of paper that had to be 'handled'.

What is unforgivable however is the fact that even though this situation is not the fault of the client, we are still forced to keep the contract to the letter even though Regus patently broke the spirit of it. In what obscene universe does an office provider who gives a week s notice before forcing a client out expect the said client to honour and pay a month s notice period, 6 months notice period or even a year's notice period dependent on the contract? In other words, we have to continue our contract in a location or office that may not suit us whilst Regus can simply say, sorry but you have to move right now, it s not our fault. There is no choice! A classy organisation would at the very least allow tenants to end the contract at the point that they were forced out. They say you discover the class of an individual or organisation when times are difficult. Sadly, to my disappointment it seems class is not a quality that Regus has in any way, shape or form.

As someone who has based their office at the Vantage building with Regus for the last 15 months, always paid rent on time, enjoyed working here and met some fantastic people this whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is not a way to hold onto clients Regus. Unfortunately, I must say to anyone reading, this no matter the location of the Regus office you are considering - don't do it. It could be your office that is closed without notice. Then there will be no consideration to the impact on your business, your needs or your personal circumstances. Then you will also be forced to pay for the privilege. I know this to be true as that is my first-hand experience.

UPDATE - After persistent raising of complaints and enormous stress I have been able to end my contract on 21/09. Giving me 3 or so business days to find a new location - disgraceful. I appreciate being allowed to escape this company but I say to anyone thinking about a Regus office - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS COMPANY IS THE EQUIVALENT OF AN UNETHICAL DOUBLE GLAZING COMPANY

Response to reply from owner

You actually do not want to help, posting standard replies. What is important in this situation is that as many people as possible are saved from experiencing the atrocious and clown like organisation better known as Regus / Spaces / IWG

It s more than a 5* business facility and definitely worth locating your business at The Foundry, Spaces in Hammersmith. There s nothing like it out there and in the locality that comes anywhere close to this new and modern work space. From individual offices, co-working space, casual seating, dedicated booths and a silence library area. They have it all, to suit your style of business! There has been no expense spared in the furnishings, seating areas, lounge setting and dedicated booths. Ideal environment for professionals and businesses that want to make a mark and be established in one location for the long term. This Spaces location in Hammersmith is a place where you ll be proud and pleased to invite your clients, fellows and suppliers. There have been a number of reviews about Spaces at The Foundry in Hammersmith about noise levels and that of poor service. These appear to be questionable. Some of these comments appear unfounded from experience when you compare with the other independant 5* reviews. Interesting to note the huge and unrealistic disparity in ratings. As for being close to Hammersmith Station you are literally within walking distance. Best to make your own mind up by visiting Spaces at The Foundry, Hammersmith and meeting the team led by Eema and Osbert. They, in particular, along the Centre Management Team are hands on, professional, courteous and ever so helpful. Any issue are dealt without any fuss and promptly.

Spaces in the Foundry is fantastic. If you want an exceptional office space, paired with the incredible hospitality then get yourself an office here. We moved in almost a year ago and cannot get enough of the place. Eema and Osbert (building managers) are seasoned veterans in customer service. Great value for money and would highly recommend! (The squash court is a great way to start your mornings).
