Massive HMV, does a bit of everything, nice vinyl record section.

The products were good however there were not enough videogames on sale.

I am just an hmv shop. I do not have any customers. I do not think anyone is buying a CD. The first floor is a game and the second floor is a music store. Still others are usually on the first floor. Chain Record Shop is dead and small lp specialty shops are alive again (though not ...) I feel ...

I couldn't believe there are still actual/physical stores. Theyhada good selection of music and films etc

Large selection of both music and movies available. Also they do have a good selection of headphones and earphones at affordable pricing

Totally okay, good for vinyl. The staff could be more welcoming

Glad to see one still in existence, great record selection for collectors out there nothing like flipping through them for a good hour or so.

Lots of choice and its presented well but the organisation isn't great and often merchandise advertised isn't in stock.

I went there for a cd signature as I waited in line to get the cd first I was amazed by how many music and films there were, it had great offers. Also the staff was very helpful and cheerful all the time. I hope they give them a raise.

The staff here is always very knowledgeable and very helpful. Personally I love the place and I could spend hours browsing around, from vinyls to horror movies to documentaries. It's definitely worth a visit (they have very cheap record players)

Set over 2 floors this store has a lot of space to wander around. There are different sections for film, music and games. A couple of staff were on the floor to help out if needed. Everyone seemed nice.

This branch of hmv is too small to call this place a shop

Inserted in the largest shopping center in London, it offers a wide selection of CDs and vinyls.

I've been calling for the past 40 min and nobody answered yet
