This store has a good choice of vinyl. Of course being HMV they only sell new stuff so it may not be the right place for many vinyl lovers full stop however you can still get some good deals here. Also the store has got a ton of gadgets like t-shirts another funny music related stuff.
So sad to see it disappearing, love to go and get a dvd or a PS4 game

Great place. They have music records and vinyl disks too. Great nostalgic experience for anyone who grew up with one of these devices. They have a great collection of headphones and speakers.

One of the last of the stores in London ,Very friendly staff and well displayed sections I travel all the way from Greenwich to this branch as I've found the staff at the other stores not as helpful or willing to look on the system if they don't have what your after in stock .
This place has improved a lot since re-opening.
They now have a huge vinyl collection which is fairly priced and personalised music recommendations and reviews from the staff in the store itself. Additionally, there are often offers of their products (such as DVDs) and the book collection is greater than before, with many cult classics.
Just an all round good place to spend some time browsing, even without purchasing. For those familiar with the store FNAC available in other countries, HMV seems to be moving closer to that model (imo a good thing!).
Rubbish, useless staff, you can't even try the audio product and if you ask them they are not allowed to touch it either. You may as well shop online, you'll get definitely much better customer service. Good selection of Vynils though.

They had BTS LY,MOTS:Persona and MOTS:7,BLACKPINK Albums and lots of BTS' old albums too.And they restock regularly with kpop albums.Th only place I buy my albums

Great musical variety of different styles. It is a very good place to buy merchandising and TV series and movies. The staff is very attentive and friendly to tourists. CDs are usually on sale, for example, two for ten pounds, which is economical. It is a very good place.
Big selection of videos games and music but just so expensive compared to online and other retailers. There's nothing special here you cannot get elsewhere and what is worse is that the hmv online store is separate to the bricks and mortar store. One to avoid.
This branch is smaller less busy than the main Oxford street store.
Probably because of that .staff have more time for you .

But for me the best part of the shop is the ever expanding vinyl section .the vinyl now stretches almost from the front door to the paying desk

The only thing i don't like is the technology section why ? Because HMV sell really bad turntable makes i only saw one good turntable from Audio Techica

Hmv with two floors, my favorite is the t-shirts and merchan section.
It's a good experience to browse music at HMV. It's one of the stops I make when I visit Westfield just to see what's around. Although, I never really buy anything as all my music's digital. However, still nice to have a browse through.
Wide range of genres and a large amount of cds, tshors and vinyls

The HMV from Oxford was better, but this one is worth for the great service and CDs of contemporary artists. Anyone looking for jazz, rock, rock ... classics will have to shoot London.
