Friendly staff, nice atmosphere for rummaging around.

Big HMV store over 2 floors. Great selection of cd's and vinyl. Although its in Westfield its not too busy. The day we were there the staff were not particularly bothered however. Worth a trip if you're at Westfield.

I ve that shopping centre, where you can find everything you need.
Shame a few units are now still vacant.
Much better lay out than the Westfield in Stratford, in my opinion & the opening of John Lewis was the cherry on the cake

I hope they re-open more HMVs throughout London, HMV has always been my go to place for Blu Rays and DVDs. To be honest HMV is the only reason I even go to Westfields Shepherds Bush.

Quite a variety of records and such but, wasn't very interesting and there isn't a whole lot of good posters.

Different sections are made out clearly as the shop has a nice layout and flow to it. Sales area is efficient and not messy like you find in some shops - the only slight issue being the hoodie stand going too far down vertically as not everybody can get to the floor easily or at all.

Good selection of popular dvds and cds too much space taken up for tshirts and other merchandise.

Great selection of music from cds and vinyl. The vinyl collection is pretty bit compared to others and if they don't have the vinyl/cd you are looking for they can order it. I was disappointed to see that they don't sell singles and cassettes. Also the staff can be helpful but not necessarily the best customer service in the world.

Still nice to actually visit a physical store. It's moved location and now over 2 floors.

Got the Christmas presents I needed. Much better than ordering online from a faceless monolithic organisation.

An incredible brand in which we really find everything. An exceptional choice of items!

Gotta love a proper music shop. So much better than online! Reminded me of the many hours I spent in my youth searching through vinyl.

A perfect place for music & movie lovers! As you can find all your favorite music & movies here, old & new in all formats (CDs, DVDs, LP etc) with very good quality & you could have some good deals as well

Valuable music retailer on the high street. It is in the public and music industry's interest for there to be competition for trade. It won't be in anyone's interest if Amazon becomes the de-facto monopoly

I love HMV and the assistants are always kind and helpful and love their job.

One of the few HMVs left with 2 floors it's nice that they are still around it's worth a visit

I CANT BELIEVE HMV ARE STILL AROUND!
Alive and flipping kicking somehow against all the odds. In a world of almost purely online entertainment, it's great to see them standing. It's different searching through rows of tangible items. Here, they also sell Vinyl! Like real physical Vinyl. They sell tons, of DVDs, T-shirts, posters, other electronics and CDs as well. Not to mention the sprawling toys, games and nostalgic geekery aplenty. Theres bound to be something for someone this Christmas. The staff were also awesome. Relaxed and knolegable. Yep I still hate Westfield though. Why not make your stay shorter by visiting here first.

Great shop and great stuff for those who like old school things CDs, DVDs and Vynils. Excellent selection oldies and new things. Great staff, good service. Have purchased various things there always good.

A classic music shop that proudly stands in an age where physical copies of music are consumed less and less. Wonderful selection spanning across two floors with excellent staff!

I'm a collector of DVDs and sometimes I can't find films I'm looking for, but HMV always has them and at great prices. The staff is very pleasant too and it's just a wonderful place overall. I can't recommend this place enough.

hmv is an amazing shop. Always have a great selection and dvds/cds. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Very complete ... They have a lot of variety ... for years I bought all the music on HMV

Music store, cinema and more. I found two films that I couldn't find in Italy. Above all they had THE of Sorrentino coming from us ... ??? ... I don't know when. And great music with many special things. Absolutely to visit.

AHHHHH SOOO MANYYY KPOP ALBUMS LIKE OMGGG YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE WHOLE OF BTS' DISCOGRAPHY APART FROM THE DEBUT ALBUM AND YOUNG FOREVER ALBUMS THAT IS AMAZING AND LAODS OF OTHER GROUPS I STAN AS WELL... the staff we so friendly about it and I was shook and proud of how far the genre has come that HMV are really doing this....
Thanks so much i was really shook and although I'm desperately trying to save money for next concert standing i couldnt help but buy the oldest (BTS) album you had and hopefully when I'm a little but der and can get a job I will make more money to buy some more albums when I can :,,,))) maybe as well. become an album entrepreneur considering I already have 6 albums lol. well stocked up which is good

Like every HMV it resembles a gadget store/Hot Topic more than a records store, but it's the only place on the "High St" to buy physical music/films. Staff are helpful, but store feels cramped.

I know I don't buy CD anymore but it's like the old days still like going there I bought head phones. Really helpful stuff .

It is a fabulous place to shop for music. It was a majestic atmosphere..

Full of BTS or BT21 whatever they're called. My kleine Tochter was very impressed - as was my credit card

In an impressively-sized Westfield shopping center (Shepherd Bush station on the Central Line), His Master's Voice (La Voix De Son Maitre, famous record company) HMV offers on two floors a remarkable selection of records (CD and Vinyl) and films, as well as related products. The sellers are knowledgeable on the subjects and all the news are proposed in due time.
In addition, the Westfield offers 20 cinemas, restaurants to suit all tastes and a variety of shops, from Louis Vuitton and Tiffany's to Marks and Spencer. Rarely seen for a Mall.

I went to look.for vylin and found it it so great to go to store that sells CDs

Smaller and less stocked store than Oxford Street. It is located inside a gigantic shopping center

There were so many anime merch! The poster i really wanted for 2 months still weren't in stock though...
