great variaty of music and dvd's just missing some games but in the shoppingcenter there are other options for that

My sister dragged me to here and I don't know much about it but she seems to like it a lot

Always been, always will be my favourite music store. In addition to all the box sets of series and film DVD's and music HMV also sells so many games and some really cool accessories and T-shirts and posters.

Very nice place to buy music, movies, memorabilia. Staff is happy and helpful.

Still HMV..., very friendly staff still but Just not the megastore I was used to in Regent Street. A lot less stuff due to smaller shop.

There are 3 HMV stores in London. I visited 2 of them. The one at the Oxfordstreet is bought quite empty and one sees that there many people shop during the day. The HMV store in the Westfield Center, however, is well equipped and shines through abundance.

I remember going in there years ago and it was really good. 90% of the customers are goths and scruffy 20 somethings now though. At least they are spending money in there and keeping HMV still going.

Heavennnn! They have everything you could think of. Tech, gadgets, movies, games, vinyls, even manga and anime DVDs!

Very good for buying CDS, DVDS and other essentials.

I did not expect it to have so many cds and so much anime merch!!!! It was actually pretty cool

They have most items, but they didn't have in stock the albums I was looking for.

It's always good to visit places like these, brings back memories.

Not at the levels of the London HMVs of the past, those now closed in the city center so to speak ... It rises inside the brand new Westfield shopping center, slightly out of reach from the classic metro routes, but this makes it decidedly less crowded and chaotic. .the Format is the classic we are used to, with the difference that vinyl (the main reason for my visit) is placed right from the entrance and this is a choice given the smaller sizes compared to past stores, even if mind you, small it is not ... the wide choice, of every kind possible, from the classics, to the pits, to the colored editions, up to those exclusive HMV that lately appear on sale ... I have not found what I was looking for (but in the few record shops the center still remained, it went even worse) ... I still found interesting records at half price, recent records among other things, and this gave a sense to my move to Westfield ... It was worth it and I stayed ap paid more from this store than from the so-called "indie" ones, which will also be cool if you have a lot of pounds in your pocket ... I recommend the visit then, also to see the Westfield shopping center, which is huge and polished .

Always love to visit Hmv and this store is a real stand out one. Glad they seem to be doing much better now, hopefully their success continues!

Large shop with great customer service. I was able to converse with someone at the till and have a laugh, which is very rare for me. They have a large selection of DVDs and CDs and I m satisfied with that. Although, I hope they can implement more video game products and merchandise in there.

I love HMV because I usually buy Anime from there they sell a lot of good stuff but I wish they could lower the price's a little :).

Awesome branch to visit, slightly awkward for disabled customers on scooters to navigate so allow for this. Staff lovely and friendly

No longer honouring their refund policy which is on the back of your receipt. They are also now not honouring their point system.

i was gutted when hmv oxford street shut down, i'm so happy that this one is here. i bought 4 cds today; if not stopped, i will spend all of my money here!!

What's the deal with shops nowadays? It's they aren't playing music at the most loud volume possible apparently they are not happy. And it's uncomfortable to shop like that. The whole time you are waiting to get out of there before you get a freaking headache. I must not be the only one who thinks that.

Apart from that, the usual HMV with the usual deals. I rather go to the one at Oxford's Street, malls stress me.

Amazing layout in the shop, well organised, vinyl, calendars, toys,posters, old movies, new movies, tv series CD, speakers, earphones all available. Good place to have a look around and purchase music nor movies.

Best HMV store! Love coming here. Staff are always super friendly and happy to help. The store looks new and open planned. Always buy my Blu-rays and t-shirts from here.

Ok for dvd and Blu-ray, music selection is massively depleted.

One of the few places to browse a good range of CD and DVD. A very good range.

The staff was amazing helping us find what we want to find and helping us find Harry Potter.

HMV rises from the flames of closure like a phoenix. They seem to have realised they need to lower their prices a bit to compete with the Amazon and Zavvi of the internet too (finally). Also, bonus points awarded for the throne they provided for the Porg tour. All hail the Porg.

Brilliant selection of vinyl and CDs over a wide selection of music styles plus great range of DVDs. Very knowledgeable staff. Just wish more stores were available.

Not impressed that the HMV Westfield Shepherds Bush website showed the store as open from 12 to 6 on Easter Sunday when it was in fact closed all day.

Got there at 21:58, I know it s late but if you re gonna close the store earlier then what it says on Google Maps/The website just put 5 minutes earlier there

Staff are very friendly and patient and willing to guide you through your options. Dylan, in particular, is a gem. Awesome guy!

Mega mall stores are like in any luxury mall but the dining venues are unwise as far as choice and quality and a visit is just impressive

Soon to be closed down (again) it's easy to see why HMV has been so close to bankruptcy for so many years. Shelves of overpriced CDs and DVDs, low quality collectibles and audio technology, no attempt to diversify or keep the store fresh and exciting for repeat visitors. Even the stairs here are dangerously undermaintained. HMV could've been the kings of the digital revolution but instead they sat and festered on a dying business model which they doubled down on when things got tough. Hopefully they'll be replaced by something a bit more dynamic.

I tried to return a speaker that does not pair with my sister s Huawei phone and they argued that they can t take something that s working perfectly . It s NOT - for my sister, it s not pairing. They wouldn t even change it for a different speaker, as they say the problem lies within my SISTER S PHONE (!?)
Will never return to this shop.

After closing the Oxford Street branch the biggest HMV shop near City. Easy to reach by tupe, right in the middle of the Giant Westside Center Wood Lane

Nice shop, but Bond Street is better with more choices

Very large HMV store with multiple floors, staff working there seem to mind their own business more often than come up to you and ask you if you need anything.
Clean and organised location, however the selection of certain things are limited.

Great atmosphere playing 70s disco vibes. Lot's of products with good discounts great help and service from staff.

Interesting comics, mangas, albums, vinyls and general media. It's usually not very busy too so it's nice to go with friends and look at all the entertainment that exists in the mainstream world.

Great one way system marked on the floor, well stocked, great staff.
