Great place for shopping...all shops are in one place
It s very nice and modern shopping centre, you can find what ever you looking for to shop including restaurant and caffe shops.
Great venue for amazing shops food and activities and bars etc
Nice have a variety of shops and hold Eid festivals as well. Check before you go in chance they are cancelled.
Perfect after shopping retreat! Lovely place , always dynamic vibe. Food is exceptional, staff super helpful and friendly . The manager very kind and always goes the extra mile to keep us happy. We will definitely come back .
Great experience every time, getting better and better.
It's a lovely mall it reminds me of the one in Dubai
Why oh why do we have to have these dreadful corporate hell holes? One could be anywhere just that the shops appear in a different order to others. There are spoilt brats (some of them adults) being chauffeured around in beeping electric carts. Annoying at best. These places are the biggest incentive to shop on line.
The best place to shop mostly all the shop on one place.
We changed buses in the bus station attached to the shops with the minimum of delay.
Decent shops all under one roof. Plenty of food venues too.
Very convenient mall with most of the major brands under the roof. Lots of high end brands and good food court too. Definitely worth the visit
Great car parking system that tells you were the spaces are, and lets you register a payment card before you arrive. Everything is then handled by automatically recognising your number plate when you arrive and leave which means no more cards, and more importantly, no more lost cards! Food was also good, with a decent range including more healthy options. A previously occupied table was cleared very promptly as we stood by it eyeing it up; very alert and helpful catering staff. Overall a very pleasant trip.
Compared to the one across town, it's not that bad, it is what Westfield is. It feels bleak one some days and most of the other days, shopping around there is worth while.
When you've seen the various malls in Dubai the bar becomes high but this is certainly a very good choice full of excellent options for both food and shopping. Catering to medium to high end retail you're certainly not able to see it all in one day but being spoilt for choice is a nice problem to have. Very much worth visiting.
Ngl some sexy ass shopping centre, full of pengtingd but it makes you bare tired and dehydrated init so you go to the macdonalds outside of it and your sorted cuz. Soon lan x
It's huge alright, but I did not enjoy the stores at this mall. First time that I've been to a mall and could find a single item to buy. The outside food plaza was great however, and there's a large Waitrose, too.
Lot's of various shops places to eat. Very clean.indoor parking. Would recommend
Very big place, you can find everything which you need,
One of the best spots out there that offer shopping and fun both.
All the shops that i go into are all welcoming and friendly environment. Reasonable prices for all the shops
Best shopping centre in London. Very spacious. Family friendly facilities.
No one can beat there sweets so yummy and expensive
Very hard to judge at present. Plenty of security staff but people wandering around free style. Markings on floor for people to follow but this was not working
It's a Westfield. If you have been to one then it's like you have been to them all. I was just at one in Australia last week and it was just like this one. All the chain shops you could want to fill all your shopping desires. There is always a cinema and a multitude of chain restaurants, they are always clean and light and airy. A Mecca for the shopoholic. An escape from life.
I went to eat at one of the many restaurants at this one. We did have a challenging time finding the ice-cream place that was on the listing of stores that even the help desk couldn't help us with. So we gave up and grabbed a tub of hagan daaz on the way home.
Westfields are almost an escape from reality. Take a good book, a thermos of tea and find a comfy chair in one of their resting area Enjoy the expanse and light of this temple to consumerism, the type of space and light it is hard to find in London, for free at least (try the centre court of the British library for the best light and airy space). And enjoy those clean toilets too.
An alright shopping center. It lacked maps though. I wondered around for half an hour looking for a specific store. The map said ground floor but made no indication as to how close to me.
Love the place never get bored of shopping but sometimes have to face faulty lifts
The mall is huge and there's so many different shops that it's easy to get lost. I'd highly recommend going in with a plan of what you want/need because otherwise, you might spend your whole wallet. The signage is good but it's somewhat difficult to find stores (I couldn't find guest services and there was no digital screens that I saw). It has really good links to public transit and is near the underground and bus stations.
Big shopping centre, lots of restaurants and cinema
So many lovely shops, very big shopping centre and you might get lost in it
One of Westfield shopping mall branch in London. Very cosy and spacious even in crowded time it still feel cosy. Lot of food to choose to fill your hunger belly. There also Halal food available with in Westfield food court
If you want to save lots of time and plane to shop for more than one brand that is right place. Good connection by bus or underground from any direction. But if you don't like overcrowded shopping centers avoid this one. Modern shopping centre once a bigest in country
Lots of variety of shops and food around, with a nice atmosphere from the ice rink (not sure of this is here all year round, I went in early December)
Great shopping centre, you'll need a day here to really visit everything. 4 hours free parking for disabled badge holders was a welcome treat though!
Amazing variety of shopping and eating options, from Diesel to H&M and restraunts to quick snacks. There's something for everyone
So much fun for the kids. My 6 year old had a blast but there were a couple of places he couldn't get into. There are a few things for under 4's upstairs which is great for my little one. Plenty of places for parents to hang around while the children go off and enough food places inside too. Highly recommended.
Wide variety of shops and food options. Spacious layout prevents the mall from feeling busy even when it has many visitors.
No wifi service. It does connect but no commection.
We entered through village which is the fancy part of the mall. Total joke!
Electric automatic doors never work and escalators were out of order.
Lots of work to be done until this place becomes a 2018 shopping mall
Westfield in shepherd's bush is awesome. Only concern is direction for sat-nav is not right. Due to construction work is going on to extend westfield, post code which is available on westfield website is for the parking which is closed since last year. Though yellow small boards are there to indicate directions. Please be don't miss them.
The beauty department has s horrible rude floor manager Maggie which ruined my experiences. Entitled Carella devil character. Evil. The sales associates are rude, fat and unhelpful. Beware of Maggie.
The primark is fabulous, WIFI fabulous but those vending machines are over priced !! The public treat Westfield s toilets badly tho
Thanks to Ahmed for helping my wife with her flat tyre yesterday. Much appreciated.
A huge and beautiful shopping mall full of restaurants cafes shops department stores and cinemas
Great selection of shops and food. Easy to navigate and close to local transport.
Not too busy, especially compared to Stratford Westfield. Easy parking too, has most of the same stores, no Primark or Argos though which are big down sides for me. Not as many toilets either, but the centre is smaller. Worth a trip.
Westfield has been a great shopping centre ever since it came to the Shepherds Bush area. It s a great shopping hub, with plenty of space and resting areas for when you get tired of walking around. It s even better since the recent expansion near White City. We ve got some new clothes shops like Pull and Bear and Monki, which is lovely, seeing that I usually have to go online to shop at these retailers.
It was a nice day out. The ice-cream is pricey. My best visit was to the car exhibition of the Tesla and Alfa Romeo. I was even more happy to see that the Tesla only had three to four people checking it out but when I got to the Alfa Romeo side it was another scene. There was a big crowd and just sitting in the Gulia gave me a Wow feeling. Loved it.
Wonderful well arranged mall neer to underground station
Fantastic shopping centre with a wide variety of ships and easy access to the area via bus and car

Lots of shops. New ones still coming. Could spend all day here.
A good selection of shops and places to visit but can be very busy and attracts some troublemakers
Serves it's purpose of lots of shops in one convenient place. Sadly always crowded and too warm.
Just a place for anything yoy need. Big enough that you wont get bored after 3 minutes walk.
It's a good shopping mall I can find everything I need in there
Clean, airy and busy. You can browse around the shops without feeling pressured to buy.
A great shopping centre, way better than Westfield Stratford! Much more variety!
Nice place with lots of stores, good prices and offers.
Shopping!!!!! Huge place always sales going on from affordable brands to high ends it s a place where all can find something
So many stores under one roof. Good atmosphere too. Expect to shop till you drop!
Westfield has got everything, wish I had more money. Spacious clean and crammed with shops, restraunts, cinema and more, could spend the whole day here
So many shops, from cosmetics to Indian dresses. I was so impressed! And also the Jaguar car that you can buy , at the exposition, define gave the impression that everything is possible in London!
Good weekend shopping. Afternoon not very busy. Lots of snack stores, yogurts, bubble tea etc.
Amazing shopping centre but to busy for me at a weekend
I went shopping here and didn't have a good experience on boxing day. It was crazy busy and was way too packed. Not my scene really!
