Engage this company if you want your house to be microscopically looked and given citations for trivial reasons. More than 75% of the residents have gotten notices at same time.

HMS is a fantastic management company. I have had the pleasure of working with several of the Community Association Managers at multiple properties. Their CAMs are knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. They take exceptional care of the communities and homeowners that they work with and I've personally seen their CAMs go above and beyond for their clients. I work with many community management and property management companies and through personal experience, would rank HMS at the very top for service and value.

We aren t getting any response from Julie Anne or the office. We have had a lot of issues with the community and I m frustrated as to why no one is hearing back. The responses that this company gives to negative reviews clearly show there s a problem. So rude and emotional. We are just asking and have asked in emails and voicemails for these people to please take care of the tasks they are responsible for in exchange for our dues.

They charge the maximum amount legally possible for our neighborhood.

When I called in to ask about lawn care, they had no expertise and referred me to Lowe's.

When I questioned the price of certified mail, the response was "we charge more than the mail costs us because that's how a business works."

If you're looking for a house and this company manages the neighborhood, look somewhere else.

We signed on with HMS in the summer of 2020, and so far we couldn't be happier. After years of substandard service (and sometimes rank incompetence) from two other management companies, we've found the HMS experience to be a joy -- they do all the little things right and the big things even better. From the owner on down to our property manager, they've gone over and above in every respect. We're a small property at one of the lower pricing tiers, but you'd never know that by the quality of service we receive. If things continue as they are, we've found our permanent home!

East Park's Board of Directors is extremely pleased with the work of Homeowner Management Services on its behalf. In particular, we could not be more pleased with the help received from Kristi DeNoya and Melissa Thomas in their tireless efforts to take care of us and keep us on good paths. They have been very responsive, careful, and caring not only in transactions but also in advising us on issues that need to be addressed.

I have updated my review based on recent interactions. I was initially discouraged by a "business as usual" approach to problem solving.

I am a Homeowner with HMS managing our properties. I've never seen such a lack of attention to detail and capability to address needs appropriately and with professionalism. Highly irresponsible and NOT WORTH this risk.

HMS is a neighborhood management company but they don t work from us entire neighborhood just those few members who can hire or fire them. Shouldn t the company your dues go to protect and support the entire neighborhood? I d rather have no one than HMS and that is saying a great deal.

Working with MaryLou was a pleasure. I made a request on Friday and I got the approval on Monday. She made the whole process smooth and easy. I am thankful for their help.
