Vito even put me in touch with a mortgage lender and provided input for the lawyer as well. Being a first time home buyer, there were so many moving parts I wasn't aware of but Vito would hop on calls with me and patiently explain everything to me. The whole process was so smooth and comfortable because of him. Even after all the processes is done, he still keeps in touch with me to see if I need anything else. I would love to work again with him and Village Realty HM team in the future and would any day recommend them to my friends and family.

Someone used my email to request and confirm a viewing, when I called to tell them it was a false request all they did was laugh and ask if I still wanted to see it.

The people here treat you like family. They take the time to listen to you, and they do their best to make sure you have everything you need and want.

For instance, a washer and dryer was listed in building, but when I visited the apartment, they weren't hooked up or available for use. After I had already agreed to take the apartment, I got a call that they had misrepresented the laundry situation, and asked if that was a deal breaker with the intention of letting me out of the deal, if necessary. That sort of over-and-above service really impressed me.

Finally, instead of leaving us on our own when it was time to sign the lease, they went over each part of it, gave examples and asked if we had questions. It was really nice to know that they wanted everyone on the same page before anyone signed the document.

I really appreciated the level of service and the attention to detail - and I love my new apartment. I look forward to using them again in the future.
