I had no plans of buying a home but by luck I met Vito Bruno from Village Realty HM through friends of mine and today I am a proud owner of my dream home.i am grateful for everything Vito has done for me. Vito is extremely professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He patiently listened to my needs and accommodated all my requests .
Vito's focus was always to get me the best deal and for me to have a stress-free process.
Vito even put me in touch with a mortgage lender and provided input for the lawyer as well. Being a first time home buyer, there were so many moving parts I wasn't aware of but Vito would hop on calls with me and patiently explain everything to me. The whole process was so smooth and comfortable because of him. Even after all the processes is done, he still keeps in touch with me to see if I need anything else. I would love to work again with him and Village Realty HM team in the future and would any day recommend them to my friends and family.
