Called to have a gas oven fitted, after being put off twice by another company. Sandy was polite, professional and on time, installing our gas stove and having it working and ready within 90 mins. Thank you to Wayne for booking us in and thank you Sandy and his supervisor (who's name I didn't get, sorry) for your prompt, polite and efficient service. 5 stars!

Unhappy with service. Called and asked to get a job quoted, and passed on details for him to call and book a time with he customer. We called back over a week later as we hadn't heard any thing back. to be told he was to busy. He never mentioned he was busy on the initial phone call and never attempted to call and let us know that he had no intention to call this customer.
Wade from Mullane's came out to investigate a sewerage problem at our home yesterday. He was extremely pleasant and thorough. He even spoke to our neighbours to see if they had a similar issue.
The outcome - he phoned Hunter Water to report the problem and organised for them to log a job.
The problem has now been resolved.

Super professional, reliable and friendly, had Mullanes out to my home to investigate some water pressure issues. They were efficient, communicated what the problem was and talked me through options for rectification. Very happy and would highly recommend Mullanes.
