Very poor customer service. Did not expect such a poor level of quality from a Hilton. Very unfriendly staff. Even the manager failed to rectify any problems my family experienced. Breakfast was big, but the quality really wasn't there for me, especially for a resort. There were few drinks and bland food. Even the orange juice tasted watered down. The omelettes are good at least. Would highly recommend double checking if you want to stay at this resort. For me, this resort was disappointing. The pools are beautiful, but the staff and service took away the enjoyment I was expecting to have from this resort. To think that this experience comes from a Hilton of all companies leaves me dumbfounded. Do not let the name fool you. Would not stay again.
