November 2018. 2 adults and 1.5 years old child. They lived on the first line - the furniture seems to be 50 years old, but all intact and working. Plumbing working, family room is quite spacious, with two stained glass doors and balconies. There is a gap under the entrance door and for mosquitoes to fly. They gave a children's bed - the mattress is not the size, all the towels are left to fill in the Free space (the head of the child fell there all the way up and side). Plasma TV, what channels I do not know - did not watch. The reef is cool, but the beach is very small, there is little space for swimming, and therefore when there are a lot of people, then each other is on their heads all over the fenced sea. Panton cool, cool fish. Near construction - noisy, and when it is ready, the place for swimming will be even less, maybe, many break through the fence and swim there, where there is a nearby beach. The food is monotonous, a lot of things are tasty, sweet is monotonous, and the fact that deliciously understands in seconds. For a child, you need to pick up food. I took yogurts, cookies and mashed potatoes with me, so it was something to feed. On the second line numbers are better and newer, but the noise of the airport is in the way. Playground in the sun all day, so we did not appear there, although because of them, and chose this hotel. Wi-Fi conditional, at the reception only. The whole staff is just super! They love children very much, solve any questions, they do not require or hang a dollar. Vacationers are mostly Ukrainians, Belarusians, Arabs, some Russians, Englishmen, Portuguese and African Americans (apparently because of the summit). All vacationers behaved well. The animation works well (they have a working day from 9.30 am to 3.00 am, so if they are sluggish, do not judge strictly). As for entertainment, I can t say anything - with a small child it's all inaccessible. Our vacation was great. Photos mainly from the second line (pools, slides).

Let's start. The hotel is a slag, the numbers are not monitored, + they also left for diving on the penultimate day they stole 5 packs of cigarettes (they drove off because we had no evidence)
Arrived in the morning, we waited until 11 o'clock at the reception. Fly away in the evening so it turned out that in 12 they are evicted and bye, (lunch, dinner can be forgotten) $ 10 each if you went. Then he raised a panic.
Two stars can be given for quite a tolerable shore by the sea.
On the second day, air conditioning flowed in the room, resolved the issue for about 2 days. On the 4th day, the safe broke down (the batteries sat down, but the charge turned out to burn, they changed 3 hours, at that moment they took a tour, they needed passports, they lost money) they didn t even hint for compensation!
I will also add, in the photo, Hilton, which is located on line 2, so do not be fooled by the beauty of the id.
All main establishments on 1 line.

There's a big language barrier, the staff are very rude, room service is very poor. Not much information given about what to do in Eygpt and where to go. No tour around the place given when check in. For first timers it's very difficult.
I had to figer everything out myself, I wasn't even told how to use transports here. Not very welcoming. Most importantly the Internet connection dose not work in the lobby area at all.Wouldn't come here again.

We are a family of four and stayed three nights in January 2019 in two adjoining rooms. One was the Diamond Suite (bedroom + living room) and the other an adjoining room was a Deluxe room. Both bedrooms were the same size. We were in the newer part of the hotel which is a shuttle drive away from the original ocean front property. All the rooms are pool facing and it's quiet at all times.

What I liked about Hilton Sharks Bay

1. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. When I emailed Hilton about our room service taking over an hour and arriving cold, the staff went into full gear. The Assistant Manager Mohammed Elsayed called me to apologized and removed comped the meal. When we ordered room service again before leaving the hotel, the Restaurant Manager delivered the food himself and apologized as well. After our meal, one of the restaurant staff called to see how the meal was. I was very impressed that the staff responded quickly and vigorously! Thank you for making things right.

2. The newer rooms are spacious! The Diamond Suite had a living room which was nice to lounge in. The bathroom was large. The space made for a nice stay.

3. Snorkeling. We came to Sharm El Sheikh to snorkel. Hilton has its own beach area to snorkel. We brought our own gear but there is gear you can rent or use. The coral reef is beautiful and we saw a lot of fish and different varieties. I thought it was better than the snorkeling we did on the Big Island of Hawaii, We also snorkeled at the Main Beach at Ras Mohammed National Park. The drop off in the coral reef was great!! Loved it! Between these two places, we were very happy about coming to Sharm to snorkel.

What I didn't like about Hilton Sharks Bay

1. The food options are not the best quality. There is plenty of food but I felt the quality could be better at breakfast and room service.

Would I stay here again?

Yes. It's an affordable option with its own beach. If I were going to Sharm El Sheikh again, I would stay at Hilton Sharks Bay.

The Hilton has been on the market for several years. The Einrichtugnen are not so very up to date, but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The crew is very hospitable and extremely nice and helpful. The food is very well prepared and varied. Price / performance is ok.

The rooms are poorly cleaned. Arrived 13.12.19. They said there was no wind, but here the wind rises to 24 km per second. Because of this it is very cold and it is not possible to rest. Animations are horrible about competitions even do not want to talk. They are fed daily, the restaurant is dirty and the tables sticky. Wait until you pay for the waiter. We have a number on the first line, not bad but small and old. And so everything is wonderful. The only thing is that I do not recommend sightseeing, you just drive the old town, and in temples literally up to 10 mins of time to visit, but to shops, hourly lectures about oils and perfumes, confectioners and other though all the time of the excursion, you just lost your time for bathing, lunch arrived but the wind was already blowing.

The worst place ever

The worst place ever
So bad environment
So bad service
So bad community
The rooms is super dirty

If you evaluate only the reef - it is fantastic.

If you evaluate only the reef - it is fantastic.
There is a small pontoon, the stars bathe with masks. Depth of about 6 meters.
But the level of food at 3, service-as when, sometimes positive, but waiting for a tip, room cleaning at 3. Of the pros- near Soho, a promenade with shops where you can walk.
Great attitude to children.

Very lovely place for holidays, with your family and friends. Amazing sea water, with many aqua activities, snorkling, diving, parasailing, banana boat.... etc.
Delecious food with varieties suitable for all tastes. There are many activities in the afternoon for kids and adults.
Very close to the famous Soho square in sharm el sheikh.

The place is very nice, the service is good and everyone is very kind, especially the waiters. Remember that it is a good idea to leave a tip, even if it is small. The only flaws worth mentioning are cleaning, not always optimal, and food, given the limited variety of dishes. For the rest, excellent resort, wonderful coral reef present, recommended.

We lived on the second line, but since it was cold we could not swim and appreciate the pools and sunbeds. But here on the first line the sunbeds are terrible, old and broken. The beach is very small, Ukrainians occupy sunbeds with towels in the morning, which is very unpleasant. They themselves sleep, while others can not lie on a sunbed. Panton is plastic, small. You can t buy the kids at sea. The food is not very tasty, the choice is great, but everything is not appetizing. The location of the hotel is on foot from Soho, but everything is very expensive there. The old town is far to go, but there are a lot of taxis. The hotel employees are smart, they have no complaints. The second line number itself is not bad. But the Internet is only at the reception and it s not very, constantly falling off. In general, I do not recommend it.

I was surprised by the negative comments because I was enjoying the duration of her case there and my room was on the sea (the cave) and the staff was another taste and paper and most of them were named Hassan and Kaman, the gift of the receptionist.

Good "four". +: gym, reef, infrastructure, location, food rather good than bad))) Animation rules, unobtrusive. The area is well-kept and clean. The staff is responsive, but you must be persistent in their requests)))
-: Wai Fay normally catches only in the lobby, there is no beach at all, a small beach, there are not enough sun loungers or a place for everyone. I would like a more thorough and quick cleaning in the restaurant. Some rooms and common areas (lobbies, bars) require renovation. Many tourists, respectively, should take a seat on the beach early and come to the restaurant later.
