I had a photoshoot here. It was really nice inside of the lobby, and their rooms were amazing. I fell in love with their showers in the room and the sink has like this little light that made the sink area real cute. Overall, i am pleased by how well it looked.
Rooms are noisy. The room next to me threw a party with a bunch of teenagers and alcohol and the staff did nothing. Several lights in my room do not work. I have called the front desk - and every other department from guest services to maintenance to room service - and nobody answers the phone WHEN I AM ALREADY IN THE ROOM AND HAVE ALREADY PAID. The thermostat does not work, and I wake up in a night sweat. There s a rotting bird carcass inches from our window that appears to have been there for months! This place is awful, understaffed, and less appealing than a roach motel. Stay away
Booked a stay elsewhere that fell through last minute, booked with this property and the staff was so helpful and so nice. The room was great, everything was clean. The parking garage was closed for some reason but the front guest parking was fine until the weekend but still worked. I liked it and would stay again.
Came from another property (non Hilton) and was mad that I didn't choose Hilton for my entire stay. The room was large and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Slept wonderfully and at peace. I loved that it was so close to shopping!!
The upper floors are quiet it's a good place to stay convenient in the middle of Mission valley there's a Starbucks in the same parking lot so that's good it's open 24 hours
Stayed here last week to visit my son. My son s place is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. This Hilton is very conveniently located next to 805 freeway and Mission valley shopping mall. So there are plenty restaurants within 5 minutes drive. The place has been renovated and the rooms are quite new and Modern.
During the pandemic, this Hilton implemented many covid safety measures to keep the guests safe. For checking in, I can just do it on my app and go directly to my room with a digital key. At the door of each room, there is a disinfection seal signifying the room has been disinfected. I felt pretty safe when we checked into the room.
The staffs here were super nice. They tried to meet all our requests and were very efficient in getting guests situated into the rooms.
Their gym and pool are open. Only one guest can use the gym at a time to keep everyone safe. No food is served at the hotel right now. All hotel restaurants are close.
Parking is super easy. The hotel only allows guests to park in lot in front of the hotel. No underground parking for now.
Great Place To Come For A Getaway! Or Any Other Occasion. Always clean. Service Always Very Professional. Room Service Always There For The Ask. Love the Swimming pool! Definitely Recommend To Come Visit.
Hotel staff was friendly. Parking was $29 per night. Room was clean, well maintained, a bit noisy on the road/freeway side. Lots of road noise at night... would recommend the mountain side of the building if you want a more quiet night. All in all, not a bad place to stay. Was happy to be there. Very direct route from garage under the hotel up to the lobby. That was very nice. Hotel lobby was very nice as well.
The front desk was really nice. Beautiful hotel. I just didn't like that there is no windows in the room and my air conditioner was not working that well.
So this is not a 4 start hotel- I'm sorry to seem harsh,I depend on others honest ratings when traveling.
I get its the Covid thing but if ppls money is involved and with health, at any time, this is not what we expected coming from the Northeast for our sons wedding.
Hot water faucet was not working right they kind of fixed it but very kind workers.
Cleaned rooms every 3 days... yuck.
We had to keep asking for obvious needs-
Nicole and dimed for sure- waayyy too expensive for a place to sleep!
Pool... pics on website are very deceiving, entrance nice restaurant- 40.00 bucks for coffee, soda, breakfast san and muffins...
Thought it was included, nope!

I'm sorry to say- spend your hard earned money where you will get decent professional service, we do them the favor by patronize them!
The parking- 30 bucks a day, really... could have let us know that one! Way too expensive for doing them the favor of keeping hilton going by giving them business I am a bit disappointed and irritated by this and the 11th floor pot smokers tuboot- do you but do it outside it was low class and chaotic.
. Hope this helps looking travelers! Sorry Hilton mission valley- this was a huge disappointment!
