The lobby area is a bit tight, but they have the seating configured perfectly. Plenty of sofas, chairs and places to grab a seat. It's very warm and welcoming and in the morning they have tea and coffee (yay for acknowledging the tea people) and they also have a wine hour in the early evening.

My stay was awful. Upon arrival after a long day of travel I was looking forward to crawling into bed but as soon as I laid down I discovered multiple brown stains on all of my sheets and the comforter as well. When I lifted them up to further inspect I saw what appeared to be several pubic hairs. I called the office immediately and was told I would have to change this disgusting bedding myself because of covid precautions....how about cleaning the room right in the first place when your guest is paying hundreds of dollars to stay here so that's not their first impression. We killed multiple spiders, the room smells incredibly musty with an AC that does not work properly. We called to inform them that our room was overwhelming humid and warm and they advised they would send a maintenance man while we were out. Upon arriving back for the day nothing had changed. The room was still incredibly unpleasant to reside in. We requested towels multiple times and hours passed and none arrived so I went to the fitness center area to find some pool towels we could dry off with after a shower. Our shower drain did not drain and we were in ankle deep water the entire time. My husband waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with nobody but the employees until he finally had to interject himself to get somebody to address him. This is the type of service and standards I would expect of a room I paid 45 dollars for and I am so incredibly disappointed in everything this hotel had to offer.

My stay for the first time in this hotel was pathetic it was awful my first time in San Diego with my family for my son bday weekend me and my family went to this room and didn t have a good experience at all , it was freezing the heaters did not work and I had my children I constantly complained me and my husband was so sad and upset because we had our kids and they began to get sick we didn t even enjoy our stay we couldn t even sleep we stayed up till check out we wanted to leave and check out early but they charged a fee to leave early it was so cold in the rooms it was to the point we had to stay in our car till check out , they moved our rooms next door and heater still didn t work all this took place at 5 or 6 in the morning when we were suppose to be sleeping. Then they had a guy to come out and fix the heater in the wall and he couldn t fix it so about another 1hr later they brung a heater to plug in the wall I just couldn t believe all that money they charge and they don t even have heat!!!!!! I was so sad for my kids I had my lil baby with my he was only 7 months old. We have all the recordings and everything I really want to take them to court cause when I was checking in the front desk already gave me a hard time to the point I had to cry , I thought I wasn t going to be able to get a room and enjoy the weekend in San Diego with my family. And then on top of that before I even got to San Diego I called the hotel on my way there on the freeway I told them I was checking in and wanted to be sure I was reserved with my name and she said yea then I asked was the jacuzzi available she told me no but the pool was open I asked was the pool warm she said yea !!! Long story short , by the time I checked in my room I looked over my balcony because it was loud and it was people in the jacuzzi ! I asked the people in the jacuzzi , I said the jacuzzi was closed they told me it was closed , they told me no it s open the pool is closed, I said wow so is the pool warm they said no ! I was so hurt I felt lied to and maybe even racial discrimination.

Great location right off the main highway and close to the mall, clean in a central location with all the facilities you could need. Friendly helpful staff too who went the extra mile where ever they could. Wifi could be faster and bar-fridges don't work well.

I have nothing but nice things to say. The hotel was clean. Staff was nice, pleasant and very helpful when asked questions. The days I was there, the hotel was busy and also quiet. The pool was inviting, clean and organized . Also centrally located on hotel circle. The hotel has a shuttle service from 9 to 5. We took shuttle to Sea World. I had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. We got discounts from travel zoo which saved a little bit of money. They also have a gym and a small restaurant on site.

We stayed here with our 2 children on a quick family vacation. Overall, everything was fine, nothing fancy but a good family friendly place. The pool area was nice, the kids loved it. It was decent sized and even having a room facing the pool wasn't too loud. I was suprised how many dirty dishes, towels and tables there were left out though. The room was fine, like I said, nothing fancy. The bathroom was small but clean.

The service from the people working around the pool area and staff were very friendly. The pool stayed open until 10 pm. Plenty of parking, Good place for kids. Restaurants aren't currently open so I ordered from a Locals pot and they delivered to the pool. The Rooms are a bit run down but good value for the price and location.

I went for the live jazz. The Sunday Sessions are held in the 950 lounge at 4:30p. Parking is free with validation. There is no cover and a good bar menu. It's an intimate venue that seats around 70, so it's best to arrive early to get seating.
