Hilton Pasadena Review

Not too much that needs to be said about the Pasadena Hilton.

This has always been my family and I go to Hotel for our staycations.
Great staff such as Erika or Erica. Clean hotels with the best amenities, close to everything with great city and nature views.

We'll I just checked-in and been here for a couple hours and everythings perfect.

Great experience. Buffet Breakfast at hotel Restaurant was delicious. A wide, Fresh selection of food. Rooms were awesome... Bed was comfy and huge. Definitely going back.

The hotel provides all the usual services a hotel provides, including replacing sheets, towels, toiletries, etc. There is no accommodating breakfast, which is a shame but not too big of a deal. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has some nice onsite facilities (gym, pool, etc). All in all, no complaints, but nothing particular exceptional or noteworthy either.

The hall rooms were so refreshing from the heat outside. The problem was the self parking however.

Clean place. Good food in the lobby. Staff is quick to respond to your needs. They only have queen size beds or larger, so it's really family/business oriented. Don't expect to save a buck.

Liked cleanliness, location. Checking was confused about how to find my reservation through a 3rd party. Hidden prices like parking was disappointing, to high of prices at restaurant!

This is a place we chose to go on a staycation . We ve stayed here before, and it s always been great. Now, during the pandemic, few hotels are letting you use the pool. If they are, they limit the number of people allowed at any given time. We were there on a really hot day, pretty much the whole day, and there was only one other guy out there for a while. The hotel is clean, service is good, but of course due to the situation, some amenities like room service, the gym, etc. are not available. I know we ll be coming back.

Staff is friendly and rooms are fairly typical of what you would expect from a Hilton. I had some bad luck with a room next to a service door with early morning activity but after bringing it to the staff's attention they quickly remedied it.

Rooms are dated and location is not that great. Not many places to go within walking distance. If possible, highly recommend the Hilton in San Gabriel instead. Located dead center of the Oriental district.

The holiday banquet were incredible and the hotel service were awesome.

Nice place. But the bartender wouldn't stamp my velvet because he didn't think I was staying there. Another one had to tell him I've been there all week. SMH

Nothing extraordinary. Simple check in, no water bottles as stated at check in, rooms clean.

Decent business hotel conviently located for me, so i stay here often. Rooms are decent, internet is reliable, staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem here. The Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast which is ok but maybe a little over priced. Overall a quality hotel experience, but nothing fancy.

The staff is friendly and courteous, and the facilities are kept up well. This is a good location for hosting events and for overnight stays.

Staff is outstanding. Hotel was extremely nice and comfortable. Also well within walking distance of some nice restaurants and other services. A gem.

The room was very clean , it had a refrigerator. I went for a convention. The parking is not free and there are a lot of places to eat close to the hotel. I recommend this hotel and I will come back.

This is a great hotel. The room was spacious. We ordered room service and it was the best in-room food I have ever had. Thier flatbreads are really good....and the wings too. Rosie in food service was awesome. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Best waffles ever, and maple syrup!!!

Was there for a show, not much interaction with staff.

It was ridiculous because nowhere to part, parking attendant couldn't give directions where to park. Conference food was nasty, the worst breakfast I have ever seen. Waiters confused don't know what to do or direct to one that do. This worst I been to.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. Beautiful comfortable room, great breakfast in the morning in the restaurant. Couldn't have been more pleased.

The neighbors are quite enough, that is until two cars collided not far from the hotel and cops starts rolling in.

Really nice staff, comfortable beds, and amazing food. Definitely a good place to stay.

Front desk manager was very rude, beds were mediocre at best. Bathroom light was a burning out florescent light that hurt the eyes to be around. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent, as was the valet.

Friendly staff but walls are thin. I could hear the tv playing in each of the rooms on either side of my room. Decent hotel, not the best but far from the worst!

This is a business hotel. They are very hospitable. But they don't have swimming pool or gym.

Great experience all around, especially the check in staff.

The bead show is so much fun. Very organized but not much room to move around. As big as the bead show is, the space to move around the vendor is very small. Travel light.

Breakfast buffet was really good, the rooms are really nice, I will definitely come back.

Bed was super comfortable. Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff was helpful and friendly, always saying hi Everytime they saw me in the lobby.

They have several restaurants in the hotel. And room service. Pumpernickel which closes at 6pm and sells everything from sandwiches to Pho, to tacos. They have a starbuck, closes at 1pm and hotel restaurant and bar which closes a 11pm.

Nice place for late night drinks after a convention.

Attended an awards ceremony. The food was very good. The bathrooms very clean. Had a great time.

A bit expensive for what it is. Rooms are fine, but starting to get a bit run down, especially the bathrooms. It's clean and well located for walking to restaurants and bars.

A very dated room.. and a clogged drain. Could have been better. There is a 'we will make it right' promise, but for a person just staying the night, it's not worth the hassle.

Definitely love this place, very clean and the valet parking attendant are awesome and so are the staff. I would definitely stay again its.close to the rose bowl

Clean hotel, friendly service, friendly staff, early check-in at 6.30am and reasonable price. The only fault away from Santa Monica and Beverly Hills

It was a good hotel the bathroom sliding door could be adjusted, and the rooms should be a little more roomy but its california so its understandable.

I really enjoyed my stay mainly due to the great staff. I was particularly impressed with Jose who provided 5 star service at breakfast on August 26th. He was one of the best and the hotel is lucky to have associates like Jose! Clean rooms and good location. Will return. Thanks, Jose!

Friendly staff. Shuttle service helped get my family from Florida around town, made a convenient stress free stay for them.

Clean location and ease of parking. Was able to get a specially validated ticket to bring parking down to 5 bucks. Plenty of street parking on surrounding areas though.

Nice place. Attended a Bridal Expo here. Valet was $12.

Very friendly staff and helpful. I had a good night's rest. The location is also convenient to shops, restaurants and bars.
