Place of relaxation, soothing peace as a counterpoint to the crowd in the opposite Venice. Room very quiet. Connection to the network of vaporettos excellent. You can get everywhere quickly. In Guidecca there are also some nice places because the food in the Hilton is very expensive.

The hotel is nicely located. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a wonderful view of the Venice skyline. Well communicated from the hotel to w. Brand - free water tram for guests. There is also a marina next to the hotel and the possibility of reaching the airport.
In the room there is no basic information about breakfast hours, place of issuing, information about attractions in the hotel. It also takes a long time to find the buried in the room: a hair dryer or a set for preparing hot drinks.
From the equipment, there is an ironing board and an iron, there is a missing spoon and shoe cleaner and needle.

A great hotel which is as grand and beautiful as it is made out to be.

I just had a couple of small quirks with it:

1. The shower arm tube was leaking when tried to turn it on. The maintenance fixed it in roughly 30 minutes but still.
2. The air conditioning didn't work (air was coming out but temperature wasn't changing). The room temperature was just a bit to hot throughout the day and night and finally in the morning we gave up trying to use the air conditioning controls and called the front desk to please turn the air conditioning to cold in our room while we went to the fitness room. Coming back, the air conditioning was turned off, meaning that someone had tried fixing it but had apparently also not figured out. The temperature stayed the way it was until we checked out a few hours later.
3. This is a personal thing but I felt like there was a weird dry smell in the bathroom and throughout the hotel. My wife however didn't smell anything so maybe it was just me.

Overall though, and because the temperature was only just warmer than I would have liked, my stay at Molino Stucky was very nice.

P.S. Also just letting you know (because I didn't know this) they have a shuttle running every 40 minutes to and from the main island.

Esperieza unique! Exceptional location, sensational view of the Giudecca canal, comfortable and elegant rooms. Very kind and numerous staff, in a hotel of this size you risk losing yourself but you will always find someone smiling who tells you where to go. Three days of business meeting, pampered by magnificent breakfasts and light lunches catchy!

Luxury hotel well served by a private dock (in front of the entrance) and by the vaporetto stop a few meters away.
The panoramic view can be admired on the roof with swimming pool and terrace.
In the evening the bar offers a panoramic view at night, just go to the eighth floor on the Sky line.
Meeting room, cloakroom service, perfect cleaning. Too bad we didn't see the rooms, but the sauna and social room were appreciated.
Particular Venetian masks and a strong floor are arranged along the path from reception to the elevator.

Amazing experience in a fantastic setting! The hotel was of an amazing standard with everything you would expect from the Hilton. Sky bar is amazing and the pool area offers amazing views. The only downside is it's the last stop on the water bus from the airport, so it takes 90minutes. A little pricey but I would recommend a water taxi from the Airport. Would definitely return!

Maybe I had high expectations but the room was small and a little neglected for being 5 star. Absolutely negative is the 4 euros required for the coffee served by the hotel during the meeting breaks

To be honest, the place seems run by people unable to accompany another human being, with one exception at the restaurant downstairs. The bar has no vibe, we had to stand and wait, and wait, so long to be at least "welcomed". They saw us but didn't say good evening we are busy at the moment, they just kept talking while we were standing waiting. I guess my Armani blaser didn't suit them. The personnel seems overwhelmed and demotivated. No good view at the top floor because the bar is on the back side and doesn't really face Venice. Not recommended

A wonderful hotel overlooking the lagoon. The charm of the most beautiful city in the world outside the window sill of the bedroom ... The gondolier with art brings the romantics out for a walk among the canals, the vaporetti that carry wet faces.

So far Hilton hotels have surpassed anything I could have expected. The Molina Stucky Venice Hotel and the one in Rome are unique and forever classical with updated modern conveniences making old and new while keeping its own A+ uniqueness stand out above all others. NO 1 can tell me otherwise and I am sure once you try them, you will agree.
.

July 2018 we brought even more familia because no one believed how great it was, all agree, PERFECTO! As always a great view, staff, amenities, food and overall perfect quick stop here in Venice again. Staff and shuttle service help make visiting Venice perfect! Management should be proud of itself and the wonderful work everyone does!

Another edit on this, we had another brother s birthday and Giuseppe Pozzuou, Giovanni Burrafato and Francesco Pozzuolizo all did a spectacular job making our last night perfect!

We will be back again and again from such kind, friendly staff making us feel like family.

My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip - it's so beautiful here! Pictures are from the rooftop bar where we watched the sun set over Venezia. Another picture is the view from our room (we didn't even book a room with a view, and the view was lovely).

The hotel staff is wonderful and helpful, rooms are clean and beautiful, there are multiple restaurants to choose from. They have a ferry that leaves frequently to San Marco, so it's easy to get around. We had a wonderful romantic time here.

Beautiful Hotel, staff very friendly and speak many languages. Shuttle boat is a great service by the Hotel, only 7.50 to use as much as you wish for the whole of your stay. Only downfall, is the cocktails and all drinks are very expensive, but then again, it is a 5* Hilton

Only complaint is the 3 service fee for hotel guests eating dinner in the lobby bar restaurant. It makes sense to charge the fee for outside people coming in for dinner, but not hotel guests.

Absolutely brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant.

I am fortunate to stay away at many hotels with business, and I am happy to say that this is one of the best hotels that I ve ever stayed at not just in Italy, but within Europe.

With every hotel there are things that could be done better, however, there is very little I can complain about with this hotel.

Due to the current Covid situation you have to book a swimming pool slot (1 hour - but most people stay a little longer and nothing was said), but you can do this prior to your stay if you email the hotel (the other hotel we stayed at in Venice but its pool closed, so it is good this one was open).

Getting to the hotel via the local boat service is relatively easy, and you can also use the Hilton boat service, but this is a bit more costly. (It is worthwhile doing some research on the local boats prior to your stay, as you can buy passes for multiple days at a lower cost - more days less cost).

I didn t use the spa, so I can t comment on this.

There are local restaurants and bars on the island, however, these are very limited. You get a much better selection on the main island, which you can get to in around about 10 minutes from the local boat service, and less with the Hilton boat.

There is a gold and diamond check in line. If you are not a healthy member, I believe this is free, and you get free Internet with membership.

I usually stay with IHG; I am a Spire Elite Ambassador with IHG. Hilton matched my IHG status, and gave me gold membership for 90 days. If you have a good level of membership with another hotel chain, it may be worthwhile to speak to Hilton about a status match. Google it, there is an online form. Hilton gave me gold status, which on arrival gave me a free upgrade (this is not guaranteed) and access to the executive lounge, which was a fantastic bit of luck (and made the wife and kids very happy). I would definitely stay with Hilton again due to this stay.

Very good as far as Hilton Hotels go with staff very courteous and helpful, closer to 5 stars than 4 stars. The hotel is a bit of a maze but I suggest trying some of the bars and restaurants in the vicinity as I found them very good and full of locals.

The dream hotel in the dream city. Once a flourishing flourmill, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice has been beautifully restored and offers a different view of the magical city of Venice. Just 30 minutes from the airport, they also offer a shuttle boat service to the city center. With 379 rooms and suites, the largest Congress Center and the second largest spa in Venice, a collection of bars and restaurants and a stunning rooftop pool, the hotel is the perfect location for your stay in Venice.

It is a truly unique place! externally It really looks like a fairy tale world! inside it's all well set up with extraordinarily professional staff !! There are lots of spaces where you can sit and relax! the real plus of this hotel is that there are no cars practically anywhere and you are surrounded by water! going up to the top you can admire a breathtaking view of Venice and the sea.

Lovely clean rooms friendly staff, WiFi isn't free but if you join the Hilton members club it is. You get what you pay for, nothing in this place is cheap! The cost of a water shuttle to the main island is included in the price of the room, be aware there is a local tax of 10 euro per night for staying there. It really is a fantastic place but everything in Venice is very expensive.

Excellent service and a lovely building on the shore of one of Venice's larger islands. The staff are very helpful and attentive, making the stay very enjoyable. I was upgraded to an executive suite, which is very large and well presented. In-room WiFi is not free unless you're a Hilton Honours member. There is a free ferry shuttle to St Mark's Square and Zettare every hour. I highly recommend this hotel!

As an American, I would recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs. Their staff lacks professional rapport, basic customer relation skills, and has a severe lack of empathy for foreign travelers or their needs. If it wasn't for the courtesy of a random Italian security guard speaking Italian to the reception desk, we would have never gotten a water taxi to even get to the hotel lobby in the first place. We were basically left outside to rot for an hour and a half at 4am. Had this security guard not tried his absolute best talking to three separate hotel staff we would have sleep in the Italian streets. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I'm here now and the weak a/c is a big issue! The rest of positive reviews here are all valid because it is a lovely place. And for us, the shuttle has been working perfectly and I like being away from the crowds of Venice, there are wonderful restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

very large hotel that is located in an old mill. Tastefully restored, spaces that are difficult to understand right away, there are many blocks, but the rooms are cozy, even if small for the level of the hotel. Friendly staff, very poor breakfast. Not always pe rooms have the view.

Imposing nineteenth-century neo-gothic construction formed by several bodies. For a long time it was the seat of the homonymous mill which was one of the largest in Italy. Its owner was murdered by a former employee in the S. Lucia station in Venice. Currently home to one of the largest hotels in Venice

Compared to the exterior and the view, the interior room is not very good... There is a dedicated shuttle (extra cost), but if the time is not right, it takes time to walk to the water bus stop, etc.
The hotel is very large, and there aren't many rooms like this in Venice. Room size, toilet is large and bedding is okay. However, the basic amenities are not provided, the elevator smells of rags, the bathtub is less washed, and the parts are below the expected level.
While writing a review, I noticed some bugs flying...

Service is not bad, but not good. Most of all, the service is slow and inactive (I asked for a cup of cappuccino at breakfast, but I went for two, or I ordered cappuccino and espresso, but I brought cappuccino and black coffee... It was a service to look at. The staff was not insufficient compared to the customers, but I don't know why) Breakfast is not very good.
The taste and composition are just so... Most of all, there is just a chunk of food on the bottom of the plate!!! (Shock)
After a few days, it seems that the business is mainly for conference guests rather than regular guests.

Overall, considering the price, I don't want to recommend it. (Review written during stay)
The only thing we would expect from a five-star hotel to meet is the room size and bedding. Not eligible for 5-star hotel

Ok so this hotel is beautiful. It has amazing views of the city and the shuttle takes you most of where you need to go! Here is the frustrating part, there are so many dang rules here... With the massive pool, only 8 pool chairs are allowed on deck, don't mind the other 20 down on the other level, we got yelled at for moving them to the pool to sit. Then on another night there were a few darker clouds in the distance and the staff told us we had to get out because the rain was too dangerous... Then when we and others did not go as fast as they wanted, they called security on us to remove us from the pool area. I'm a pilot, I know what dangerous close look like and those were not it. The executive lounge is tight and super small, I have never been to an exutice lounge that small before. 20 people and the thing is maxed out! You can't have access to the sauna and hot tub unless you are a diamond member and then only for 2 hours, once per stay, and you can only bring 1 other person with you... As a diamond member with Hilton for several years the service I received here was piss poor. Views are great and the facilities are ok but I expect more with the amount I spend at Hilton properties as a diamond member. There is no benefit to being a diamond member at this hotel... Kicked out of everything, limited added benefits. I travel Hilton because of my status, but will likely never stay her again until the service changes for those of us who are used to being treated better as diamond members....

Essence of Venice with the comforts of home. The hotel can be reached directly from the airport via the public water ferry for only 15 euro and while the trip is long (1.5 hours) it is to jump on right at the airport ferry terminal and it drops you right at the door to the hotel which after a long flight is perfect. The hotel ferry to the main island runs frequently, is spacious and has comfortable seats. The staff are all incredibly friendly, accommodating and willing to help you with anything. Michele always greeted us with a smile at breakfast, shared some history on the buildings origins and help us work on our Italian. Agatha at the front desk is a Venice local and was able to provide us with great recommendations for dinner in Venice as well as other stops while in Italy. Everyone speaks English which helped when we mispronounced the Italian phrases we looked up. Can't wait to return and to try out the presidential suite next time.

Priced. Fantastic help. Very little preoccupation for the guest transportation from ferroviaria or airport. They charge your steps. They major attraction the top terrace is closed most the time. Nice view , spacious, in and out the room, very expensive everything for no reason. Great view of the city of Venice across the water and many others good thing.

BUT light urine smell on the bath room and black colony of fungus on the bathtub corners. I have pictures upon request. Bad. !!
