Camping Fusina Tourist Village Review

(CZ) The camp is a bit miserable on arrival. There are industrial areas around, and the environment does not seem nice. At night overhead, airplanes fly to a Venetian airport, and occasionally, a cargo ship is passing by. But all this is a tribute to the victim for being near Venice and taking them comfortably by boat from a nearby pier. Otherwise, the restaurant is not worth much and the toilet is not downright luxury. Otherwise, the lady at the reception was very pleasant and welcomed us to the camp clearly and pleasantly.

The campsite is close to Venice which allows a crossing quickly. Unfortunately, it is not central and there is no opportunity for people without a car to find a supermarket. Furthermore, it was impossible in the evening until early in the morning loud what was quite disturbed. The toilets were due to the people celebrating pretty dirty and no longer walkable. Bathing possibilities were unfortunately no available.

Look at Venice's lights in the evening and take the ferry directly from the square the next morning .. ideal!

Good camping without special places and easy to get to Venice

Beautiful location, convenient for boarding, unfortunately the rooms advertised do not correspond to those that are actually rented ... misleading advertising.

The camping place was perfect but there isn t any oppertunity to swim. The stuff isn t acceptable. Caroline is a racist against germans. We came back if Caroline get fired. Thank you to the headmanagement.

Camping Fusina is in a fantastic location in relation to Venice. The boat to Venice (Zattare) is a 2 minute walk from the reception and for 13 euros per person you have a return.
The campsite has many shady places. Sanitary, showers, shop, a bar etc are all together.

Great value for money 15 euros each in a 3 person bungalow (no towels, only sheets). In the summer, the humidity inside the bungalow is deadly, but with the windows open you can sleep. I recommend it for a short stay! In addition, the campsite has a restaurant, a bar and a supermarket.
MANY MOSQUITOES.

The camping was wonderful. The food available in restaurant was good. Their is special water stop adjacent to the camping area and all types of passes are available inside the camping area (I.e at the reception). The space was big, their was a pool but it was closed for some reason. Rolm service was good enough.
The Taglia was awesome, more than we expected. The timings for restaurant eso also good.

Camping and excellent embarkation point for Venice.

It's the best chepest place to stay in Venice. You can take a ferry near the camping to Venice or you can take 2 busses (which is a cheper choice). You can find in the camping a supermarket and a restaurant with a bar.
For me it was a great stay in Fusina and a great vacation in Venice.

A friend recommanded this place to us and of course we tried it. Very cool place near the seaside with a view to Venice.
The ferry station is one minute away and you can buy the tickets directly at the service station of the camping place. The staff was very polite and helped us with some informations and tricks.
Great place for 1 oder two days and a good place for travelling with the car. Also enough space for any tent or camper..

Great place right at the harbor entrance of Venice. Very nice and friendly staff. Sanitary facilities as far o.k. but shower cubicles could be bigger. International audience. Market and restaurant with beer garden in the square.

We were in a bungalow, and it is the worst I've ever been to. The very scarce equipment, because there is no microwave. Nor do they include towels. The pool is mini and you need to wear a hat, and even the first day we arrived with very little time to bathe, the lifeguard closed it five minutes before the hour. You are also sold, because the only way to get to Venezia is through the boats and they are quite expensive. I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately no swimming in the sea is possible.

Very nice and modern camp with friendly policies about leaving at 2pm and car parking during all the day. Just 25 minutes from Venice by Vaporetto. But minus 1 star for unorganized pizzeria and very very loud music during a dinner. Don t forget a repellent!!!

The bar has 3 croissants on the cross at 9 in the morning, the shop has nothing and what little it has makes it pay by weight of gold. I strongly advise against it

The campsite is located on the mainland overlooking Venice. The reception was very friendly despite the delay. The big advantage of this place is a boat taxi, which runs every hour to Venice

Nice campsite, ideal for a visit to Venice, partly a nice sanitary, but you have to withstand crowds, many young people stay here.

Campsite with everything you need, clean sanitary facilities. Ideal connection to Venice by water taxi.
A little louder due to the shipping traffic in the port, but also interesting.

A good place to spend the night cheaply and park the car for those who came by car to Venice. Cafe, bar, small shop, swimming pool, parking for yachts .... It is a pity that you can not swim in the sea ....

Everything is there! Very neat. Friendly and helpful staff. The pizza you can order there, if you want to go fast, is extremely delicious. With the best I have ever eaten. Toilet and shower area very clean.

Perfect for going to Venice at a lower cost. The package boat is at the foot of the campsite, watch schedules.

Camping recommended!
Very good location to get to Venice quickly by boat (runs every hour). Very friendly staff, clean, great views of the water and the harbor.
Good value for money.
Not to be recommended: the restaurant (not pizzeria) was unfortunately not delicious and we would not visit again.
Otherwise everything was great!

Location is good. Direct view of Vendig. Connection by ferry in 5 minutes.
Sanitary facilities are getting old and not always clean. But there are worse places.

Great to visit Venice, the vaporetto departs every 100 hours at 100 meters. Stayed only 2 nights, positive rating. Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We were right! Visiting Venezia is a good option since the campsite is only minutes away from the boat that takes you and you can buy the tickets from the boat at the reception. The campsite is very well kept and the reception staff are very attentive. If you are looking for mosquitoes in the summer.

Great place, for a getaway to Venice. Super-equipped house, minus enough space in the rooms. I recommend.

Good location near the harbor, lot of parking lots, clean showers and toilets. One good restaurant inside, one beer house with tv for sports and music and one small shop. If you plane to take of early pay in advance. We wait from 5 am to 7:10 am for somebody at the exit gate. The working schedule is writen at the front office

Very clean campsite, shady pitches very nice. Big problem: noise at night: if you want to sleep avoid this campsite. 70 students who sing, drink and talk loudly until 2am, make fun of you kindly ask them at midnight to stop, worse the night watchman says he can not do anything, they are accustomed and have all the rights. Pity.

Very good organization. One is informed at the reception in detail in national language. Acceptable price-performance ratio.
The only point of criticism: You do not need to wrap a baguette in plastic foil!

Excellent structure, well organized and clean. We stayed in bungalows, they have various types of accommodations (from the most basic to those a bit prettier) that can be viewed and booked on the website. The staff is very kind and willing to help and give information. The location of the campsite is very convenient because out of the chaos of other areas, it is very close to the boarding point for Venice (sometimes referred to as line 16 but it has a separate ticket, if you want to use other vaporetti you have to do the cumulative)

Very nice campsite, Venice can be reached directly by boat. Pizza very tasty. Everything in place what you need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which actually deserves one more star.

Good location close to Venice. Accomodation was fine water was clean and showers were hot. The music from the club house was very loud though.

It is already the second time that we go to tent at this campsite and we enjoyed it very much. Clean, organized, very friendly staff. Very convenient to reach Venice because it is located in front of the vaporetto stop. This year we also found the surprise: they built a swimming pool!

We enjoyed the free installation, sanitary architecture 60 years (which deserve a little more maintenance because it is metal parts) ... against .... the price of the boat pr a family of 5 pushed us to reduce our visit to a day when initially we thought to make an evening AND a day in venice .... moreover we suffered mosquitoes (but on a lagoon we suspected) but also .... the noise of the refinery burned all the second night ... Fortunately the pool catches up .... but .... it should buy bathing caps at 3 euro .... hats given free sometimes in swimming pools Municipalities and which are not worth more than 50 centimes Max has purchase. Pity. We will come back but .... surely not to fusina.

Well equipped camping site for caravans and tents. Located on the other side of Venice, ferry station just 100 metres from the camping entrance. Good prices, tasty pizza at the restaurant.

Convenient to go to Venice, welcome, but in an industrial area with lots of noise (young fetards at night, merchant ships that frolic the camp)

Friendliness at its best. Camping: tractor type. Easy to get to Venice. Boat practically on site. Good sanitary. Bad: mosquitoes from 3 pm until well into the night. Sit down in a camper van in trouble
Too bad for the campsite ..

Open spaces under trees.Overlooking water to Venice, so recommend if thats your goal.Stayed with motorhome 7m in May. English speaking on arrivals desk and very informative. On arrival we went straight to water edge (which is main channel for large container ships entering harbour) but after seeing all the mozzies..moved back into centre of site which was much better. Grass pitches.
Site was'nt very busy and I believe it could be noisy in summer with Italians who rent the cabins. Site toilets are all clean and in moderate new condition. Nice shop onsite and restaurants and bar. You can get a boat taxi 4 minutes outside the site to Venice which was very easy to do. one small comment is the waste disposal area for motorhomes had 2 water hoses unmarked as which was for drinking and which was being used for washing out toilet tanks..so disconnect hoses and use your own. :)

Clean and everything you need for a short stay near Venice. Big inconvenience last boat from Venice to the camping @7.30 pm and 9.30 pm on Friday, sat, sun

An ideal CP to visit Venice. We were here in early March and the place was only moderately visited. It is ideally located, the boat station very close, but all around only industry. It has everything you need, even the two restaurants were open at Carnival time, but it was bitter cold in the premises. Even in the clean sanitary facilities, which probably had hot water, it was very cold. The place offers a lot of shade from old trees but also problems when looking for SAT reception! I have also seen a pool that may be in operation during the summer. The staff were very friendly and caring. There are also fresh pastries for breakfast. Visiting Venice during Carnival was NOT a good idea!
