The location is terrific. It is walking distance to major sport complexes. Its an easy walk from the intermodal transportation center. The hotel is also near a major mall called plantinktin hreat shops.
Wow, this place was all we needed and close and connected to everything for the convention.

All-Star service from one of my favorite Hilton properties. Make sure you pay a visit to Millie, their pet ambassador. Centrally located - whether you are visiting Marquette, going to the Bradley Center or the 3rd Ward.
My friends phones were stolen. Thanks to Milwaukee PD they found who it was. Overall it's okay. Just keep your belongings in secure places.

The Hilton Milwaukee City Center was a lovely hotel. I was there for a three day business conference and in was very convenient that it was attached to the hotel. The building itself is old. It beautifully maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming. There is even a conceierge dog named Millie who greets guests during certain hours. She is a sweet and lovable Golden doodle. My only complaint is my first day there (Tuesday) I did not receive maid services. I did not put the do not disburd sign out, so that isn't the reason. I left my room early (8am) and didn't return until about 10 pm. I admittedly did not complain to the staff since it was so late, and the next day I did receive maid service as to be expected. All in all a nice hotel. Centralized to everything in the city. Great if you're there for a convention.
Love the Monarch lounge. Went for the Kentucky Derby party. Great service, delicious appetizers and the mint julip hit the spot.

I guess since it is an old building it was hard to make it look modern or maybe it has been a long time since they updated it. I was not impressed with the room. Seemed awkward with the bed really far away from the small tv and the whole room just looked old and not well designed by a professional. Also there was barely any water pressure.
I slept horribly because of the dry air but perhaps that is not the fault of the hotel. Not sure why the air was so dry.
The associates were nice though.
Stayed out too late at Estabrook Beer Garden so my wife and I decided to stay in town at the Hilton. Nice place but our room could've used an update.
One of the few things I ever disagree with on Google Maps. I Google. I would say 4 star hotel. Lobby chandeliers are huge bright. Staffing useful in morning. Dont remember name young white guy walked me outside showed me travel center. Really three blocks and back at amtrak. Room had comfy chair and a desk with office chair. I have photo of bath amenities. Quick over night stay. Impressed me. Really in downtown.

Definitely recommend staying here!! Absolutely enjoyed the Viceroy Suite. I loved that during my stay Millie the golden doodle was part of the hotel and present in the lobby! The connecting parking garage was very convenient. Rusty at the front desk was the best :) The Miller Time Pub and Grill was such a great spot located in the hotel! Amazing food, great drink specials and friendly staff! Also enjoyed the Starbucks located in the hotel... the staff also very friendly and fast. By far the best hotel I've stayed in Milwaukee.

Hotel is older but the lobby is beautiful, location is perfect for tourist attractions and good food and drink. Rooms are large and clean. We liked the access the Starbucks and other restaurants without leaving the hotel as the weather was not great when we were there. Would definitely stay again.

The Crystal Ballroom is gorgeous and felt like it was straight out of a movie. The staff we're very friendly and informative. I highly recommend them for your event.
It wasn t really what I expected. The outside seems nice but the inside is old and dirty. Also, you can tell the staff care nothing about the equipment being cleaned whatsoever! But I did have a goodnight sleep. But this hotel seems more for crackheads who want to recover.

I am still patiently waiting the result of a refund and I hope anyone that stays makes sure they get an itemized receipt of all charges. Even though, management will tell you they've gone paperless. We stayed at this location for a few days using a 3rd party website and the other 2 days was through Hilton Honors points.
Had I not see a receipt, I wouldn't have known they charged me full price for a one night stay versus the confirmed reservation for $50 plus 12,000 hhonors points. Seth (Front Desk Manager) stated he wasn't sure of the problem but would look into it however to no avail. I had to complain in front of everyone at the front desk in order for someone to recognized the issue and correct the problem. At this point, Seth begins to say he will fix it however it will take 3 to 5 business days for them to refund me the entire charges for the stay. Seth then says, he will like to comp our meal at the Miller Time Pub for the inconvenience while they sort things out. Not two hours later, my buddy gets an alert his bank of a recent charges from Miller Time Pub for the entire balance of the comp. What the heck is going on here...we were away from the hotel so I immediately began to call the hotel to request the manager on duty. Front Desk agent says, "the manager is currently with a guest right now and he will call you back soon". I waited one full hour and still no call. I called back to the front desk as I was still away from the hotel to ask for the manager on duty. She stated, "the manager is currently with a guest right now and he will call you back soon". By this time, I am extremely upset and I run back to the hotel to speak with a manager. He's still not available however the front desk staff contacted his bank to reverse the charges.
As it stands, I will have to contact all social media outlets to talk about my experience at this hotel because Seth was NOT helpful. I must wonder if I was a different color how things would've been taken care of. Not once did anyone ask to help us resolve our issues, nor assist us as they did other persons staying at the hotel. No one asked to help us with our bags, no one we told about the racism accepted the problem but instead that keep staying, "I can't believe that happened here".
No one told us about the amenities of the hotel. However as we stay, we see other person being helped with their bags and escorted to their rooms and treated with dignity and respect.
I am sure if there was an issue with me paying for my room, something would been done immediately as well as the authorities would be involved. This cannot be accepted...period! Seth (Manager) seemed to make excuses and didn't acknowledge the known problem in his hotel. He said, "sir we have ethnic people working here so I can't seem to understand why you had a problem". What does that mean?
As it stands today and based on my experience, I will never stay at an Hilton establishment in any city because all you guys do is avoid the problem. A breakfast comp or a drink comp doesn't help. Excepting the problem and making sure the rest of the stay at the hotel is better then before does help.
Let's see how long it take for the charges to be refunded, I was told yesterday a letter was faxed to my bank.

This place has hosted our gaming conventions for years, and the staff always gives us great service and makes us comfortable, even when we're in costumes. The food options inside the hotel are good, and the on-site salon is such a nice amenity to have. The ballrooms have a historic look that makes them unique, too.
Hotel is beautiful. The room was a little out dated. But beds are super comfortable.

This hotel has a good location right in the center of the city. The hotel has several restaurants in it and a Starbucks. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Would visit again.

Stayed in this venue as part of the Midwinter Gaming Convention. This facility features very friendly, attentive staff who seem to be very eager to work with individuals coming into town for the event.

We've been there a few times now it's become our favorite hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The last time we were there, we got the room through Hotwire so my wife and I wound up with a room with two double beds. But they were great and switched us to a king size room for free. The rooms are great, the customer service is great, Millie the Dog is great (their Hotel Dog), everyone there was great. We love this hotel.
