Still not the best area of Miami, its located near the I-95 on/off ramp overpass where a lot of unfortunate homeless people reside. At night its not the best of places to plan for a late night stroll. I know they are in the process of changing the whole art district around but a lot of what was the the problem still remains.

Beautiful hotel. Bed was pretty comfortable. Didn't have a shower curtain for my one night stay which was annoying. Room was also right next to the elevator, so we could hear it every time it opened. Other than those email things, would definitely recommend! The Bay view is fantastic

The hotel is nice. The neighborhood isn't go great. I am not sure I'd walk around at night. Dining options around the hotel are limited. Breakfast for 2 at the hotel buffet runs about $52 -- this includes an 18 percent service charge.

Great service, and good Conference venue. Undergoing some renovation especially with elevator system...a bit confusing and slow.

Great bar/ restaurant with lots of outdoor options for sitting and chatting.

Close by to Publix and several bay side eating options.

Spectacular. The pool view is fabulous. It has PUBLIX nearby and all services. One of the best hotels we have stayed in in every way.

The surroundings are a bit ugly, but that's already a Downtown Miami theme.

Definitely the hotel leaves much to be desired, very expensive for the services and facilities offered, the breakfast has an extra charge and is not advised in the reservation but when you approach breakfast, internet has charge to be used by each team, the rooms do not have well maintenance are old and the air makes a very loud noise, the corridors at the time there was smell of marijuana and the elevators also smelling and dirty, the shampoo and rinse were not enough for two people, going down and going up to the rooms is not direct , the area is not the best given that it is close to a poor area, I would not choose this hotel again !! Very disappointed!

I still can not hide the oldness. If it was about 30 years ago, it would have been a luxury hotel .... Correspondence is not kind, too.
It seems too over-charged. It was over 180,000 yen in 4 nights.
Certainly it was 30,000 yen per night at the time of reservation, but I gave up without being able to protest in English.

Great beds and great rooms. I stayed on one of the higher floors and the view of the water was great. The valet service was great. The hotel was also located right by public transportation that made it easy to get around.

This has been the worst hotel experience we ve ever had. Horrid customer service, lied about when we could check in, no longer have transportation from airport to hotel, and completely not family friendly. I m happy my kids are going nuts in their lobby as we wait for a room for 2 hrs and still do not have a room that we paid $350 for one night only. Hopefully we get a room before we have to check out.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at the staff are rude...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at the staff are rude the managers don't seem to care about how their employees act toward customers.
We had to wait over 35 mins just to speak to somebody who worked at the hotel.
Because a older guest was having an issue with something which apparently takes all the staff you have on board.
After we arrived early after a long flight and arrived at 6 am to the hotel just to be told they had no rooms available yet and were comeplelty rude to us.
We had called ahead and had it in the notes in our reservation that we needed a room in the early morning since we arrived really early.
Instead we got told no they don't have that.

When we talked to one manager they seemed helpful over the phone.
the same girl was their the next day that yelled at us and was rude.

Well we needed to change ect and were told to CHANGE IN THE BATHROOM. Which was dirty smelt terrible and looked like they hadn't cleaned it in days.
We left our luggage downstairs with the only nice person that worked at the location and went to the beach where we slept because we couldn't at a 4 star hotel because they don't know how to plan better.

We got sun burned from staying hours outside because the hotel was so beyond rude we weren't offered any accomandations until we said we knew tons of big names in the radio industry and were falling them because we won our trip to Miami and speaking to a nice manager over the phone that night after 6 pm
We finally got our room around 4 pm
And the same rude arrogant workers were still working who took out my key threw it on the counter and was still acting like a stuck up snub. Didn't even tell us what floor we were on what we had in the rooms.
Then we asked if they could at least send out luggage up from down stair because it was heavy and even that was impossible she told me we should just get it downstairs In the rudest voice. Other people's luggage was coming up from the bell hops cart.
After we got the luggage we had to carry it up back through the lobby and then find the other elevator to where the rooms were located because we still didn't know where anything was.
I've stayed at motel sixes that have been cleaner then this location more helpful gear consumer service soft towels free breakfast brought to us ect. And WERE TALKING ABOUT A HILTON HOTEL THAT'S RICH AS ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT SUCKED. I have a ton of friends who are now canceling resevations with the Hilton because of what I experienced and I know alot of people.
I also want the 78 bucks that was deducted from my account back that I was promised would not be deducted because we're promised a refund from Victoria and another manager since we had the worst experince ever.
I'm somebody who knows alot of famous YouTubers bloggers ect and will not stop until I get help with what happened at this hotel.

Treated like royalty from the start here. We had a terrible time with Delta(getting bad review fly SW or AA) even getting to Miami. We arrived VERY late to our reservation but rather than making it an issue they apologized for our travel woes and upgraded us to bay view rooms. Then after some claiming baggage issues I was missing an item and the young lady today offered her personal for me to use . Visit Freddy and Talita DOWNTOWN HILTON MIAMI .

As this is my first stay in Miami, it's hard to determine if this location is in a dingy part of time (as there are homeless right outside the door), but even having to consider this isn't a good sign. While the accommodations themselves are great, the hotel could be "tightened up"... While still in my room, someone knocked on my door explaining that my room was checked out. I also saw breakfast as included when I booked, but it isn't applied to my room. The place is good and close to many buildings but be leery of a few things when staying.

Stayed here a the day before a family cruise. That staff was great enjoyed the luxury the hotel was going through renovations that you can hear but overall great hotel especially the staff who helped us with information about the city and kept fixing are card key issues. I went to sleep with my door slightly open and security gently knocked on the door to inform me it was open . I would definitely stay again

Hotel was overpriced for what they delivered. Elevators were a mess - at least 1 out of order, 1 erroneously stopping at every floor. Long delays waiting for an elevator - and we were only on the 7th floor!
Water pressure seemed low, resulting in low flow from showerhead.

The hotel was fine. It s not necessarily my style to stay in a downtown hotel with garage parking. Unfortunately I traveled from Ohio and had a luggage rack on top of my van. I was forced to valet and pay $50 per day for parking. This was probably my fault for not looking at the website or doing my due diligence so I won t take it out on the hotel.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was not happy with the dining and the service was near awful (failed to greet, offer suggestions, offer drinks, refill drinks, etc...)The food was fine and the portions were large.

Overall I have a hard time faulting the hotel for my personal preferences. This was the hotel that was holding the conference and for convenience we stayed there.
