I find it hard yo believe how does critically I'll patient wait whole night and whole day for results and when they come.... Still hv to wait hours for doctor to check them ,,,two days at P3 and back to P2 for doctor who never came...horror hospital at Leratong in West Rand,Gauteng,,think of patients plz...I saw lots of doctors locally and foreign and interns but none is attending to patients who sits hours waiting in steel chairs...
Very very upset. I got to Esselen clinic today 03/03/20 at 9:30 I sat on the chairs moving with the que that was very slow.only to get in the consultation room at 15:55 to be told to come back next day because they are knocking off, to make the matters worse that old lady told me the alarm is gonna make noise if there's still people in the building by 4 so security is chasing them away. I'm really disgusted with this kind of service,I spent my whole day off just to go wipe the chairs.my baby didn't get her immunization. The nurse had started to write on my baby's card and on the record book but her friend was giving her pressure to return everyone that was still on the chairs at 3pm but the sister continued until she couldn't take any more of the pressure her colleague was giving her.. it's so painful bcz we do not afford to go to private clinics where people's needs come first.
Imagine being in Cosmo clinic for more than 5 hours waiting to be assisted and then a person called her self professional nurse N dube says Am tired came back tommorow while busy discussing with friends and laughing at her self phone... Such a big mess with Low Service
I brought my pregnant wife at Rahima Moosa Women and Child Hospital at 9:30am because she has flu and until now 15:52 we are still waiting at the hospital for the doctor. This is pathetic service more on a Sunday where there isn't even a lot of patients.

My farther went to Kalafong hospital yesterday morning. Around 12:00 they were doing some fluids tests. However we were disappointing to know that by around 18:30 he was still in hospital with a drip on his arm and yet not activated. He was only examined by the Doctor around 21:00 and only left out of the hospital at 23:00. I just imagine if there were no family members to do the follow up and wait for him. How sad would it be, sadly it happens to others. On the positive side is that the white doctor took enough time to examine him and put him through the scanner.

Poor service at Tshepothemba hospital i was having covid 19 symptoms difficult breathing but was left there until i decided to go home with out getting any help.
Poor service at Edenvale. Security walks with his hands in his pockets as if he owns the place. They are rude and spit outside and swear at the patients but I suppose when the minister of health comes here everything is perfect till they leave. I want to report this matter to Psira and see if their Security is Psira registered. All staff including the Security are constantly on their cellphones as well. So much for patient rights to treatment.
