This hotel was wonderful. Not only was the building well managed and kept super clean, the staff was very accommodating and everyone from the the cleaning staff to the bartenders to the greeter at the door were very friendly. Our rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the rooftop had an amazing view of the city. The only thing I would suggest is a heated pool cause. Even in the early afternoon was chilly but that's just nitpicking at that point. I will definitely be back and you should stay here if you visit Lima!

After a terrible experience with a property manager of an apt I rented nearby, I quickly did what I should've done all along and booked the rest of my stay at Hilton. Ah, the relief of reliable customer service, comfortable luxe rooms, variety of amenities, and the safety of 24hour staff. This Hilton is in the upper-class neighborhood of Miraflores and has a plethora of great restaurants around it; some even attached to it like the Amazonian restaurant called Amaz. Definitely recommend making your Lima stay here at Hilton.

The hotels in Miraflores usually have better trained to all the staff that makes a big difference when you arrive and that small kindness to provide you with something simple before you even ask, make you want to move to the Hilton .. for good !
