A nice place to set up and office hoping to get clients due to a colabrative work ecosystem

Congested food court , Facilities are not so good .

HiLITE Business park is the place where, a lot of companies working there also you can start your firm there.
Easy access from Calicut

The facilities in the Hi-Lite business park is at par with any other IT business parks in the metros

One and only worst place I ever worked. No enough lighting at pasaages and stairs, toilets are not maintained well, poor hygienic conditions, poor hose keeping and pathetic customer service. Many toilet doesn't have door closers and heath faucets. Toilet seats are very dirty. Chillers are putting off by 4:45 PM. Companies there need to work according to Hilite's holiday policy as they are not putting on chillers on holidays. Escalators are always faulty and people stuck inside frequently. Emergency alarms in escalators are not working and no response even if they works. Facility management team interfering with each and everything and tenant leased the property from unit onwers facility management team are not providing proper support and always asking to come through unit onwers. Not at all recommended to set up an office.

Location advantage. Modern facilities. Well maintained residential building. Good view.

A great place for entrepreneurs, has great amenities and located near to both IT parks. Hilite mall and Hilite apartment cluster are also located in the same compound. Very close to Thondayad Ramanattukara Bypass.

Only one business park in Calicut. Lot of business premise is here. Near by hilite mall, lot of parking area, bank, coffee shop is there.

Hilite mall and Business Park are not same even both are nearer and in a compound Business Park is located just besides Hilite mall. Offices of different companies are there in business park including Hilite projects, Hilite interiors, Hilite Builders and some other companies too. There is good parking facility and toilet and refreshment facilities

Hilite business park is located in palazhi Kozhikode near hilite mall.Its a big building containing 7 floors in which ground floor contains 24 hours opening hug a mug coffee shop and in 7th floor an auditorium and an open roof dining area is there...

It's very neat and clean place and it's a quiet place to spent time

Good For parking and Generator facilities. Rental is High. But the negative part is they didn't give any recreational facilities space or things. I will give 5 star If they give any recreational facilities for working people in Hi-lite business park.
